The Spirit of comfort,
الروح المعزي،
fee-etafiⲫⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲁϥⲓ̀ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ ni-apostolosⲛⲓⲁ̀ⲡⲟⲥⲧⲟⲗⲟⲥ khenϧⲉⲛ epshaiⲡ̀ϣⲁⲓ entipenteekostee:ⲛ̀Ϯⲡⲉⲛⲧⲏⲕⲟⲥⲧⲏ:
came down upon the Apostles on the feast of Pentecost,
حلَّ على الرسل في عيد البنطيقسطي،
avsajiⲁⲩⲥⲁϫⲓ khenϧⲉⲛ hanmeeshϩⲁⲛⲙⲏϣ enlas.ⲛ̀ⲗⲁⲥ.
and they spoke in many tongues.
فتكلَّموا بألسنة كثيرة.
AsshopiⲀⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ etavgokⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲩϫⲟⲕ evol:ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ:
It came to pass when,
وكان لما كملت،
enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ ni-ehoouⲛⲓⲉ̀ϩⲟⲟⲩ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ Tipenteekostee:Ϯⲡⲉⲛⲧⲏⲕⲟⲥⲧⲏ:
the days of Pentecost were completed,
أيام الخمسين،
navthoweetⲛⲁⲩⲑⲟⲩⲏⲧ teerouⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ hiouma:ϩⲓⲟⲩⲙⲁ:
that all twelve Apostles,
كانوا معاً،
enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ pimeetesnavⲡⲓⲙⲏⲧⲥ̀ⲛⲁⲩ enapostolos.ⲛ̀ⲁ̀ⲡⲟⲥⲧⲟⲗⲟⲥ.
were gathered together.
الإثنى عشر رسولاً.

لما نزل من السماء،
afforshⲁϥⲫⲱⲣϣ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ efowaiⲫ̀ⲟⲩⲁⲓ efowai:ⲫ̀ⲟⲩⲁⲓ:
resting upon each one,
إنبسط على كل واحد،
avsajiⲁⲩⲥⲁϫⲓ khenϧⲉⲛ hanmeeshϩⲁⲛⲙⲏϣ enlas.ⲛ̀ⲗⲁⲥ.
and they spoke in many tongues.
فنطقوا بأسنة كثيرة.
AsshopiⲀⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ ounishtiⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ enhoti:ⲛ̀ϩⲟϯ:
A great fear occurred,
وكانت مخافة عظيمة،
ou-esmeeⲟⲩⲥ̀ⲙⲏ asshopiⲁⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ etfe:ⲧ̀ⲫⲉ:
a voice from heaven,
وصار صوت من السماء،
asmahⲁⲥⲙⲁϩ pimaⲡⲓⲙⲁ enavkeeⲉⲛⲁⲩⲭⲏ enkheetf:ⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧϥ:
filled the place where,
فملأ الموضع الذي،
enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ nimatheeteesⲛⲓⲙⲁⲑⲏⲧⲏⲥ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ Pi-ekhristos.Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅.
Christ’s disciples were gathered.
كان فيه تلاميذ المسيح.
O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ navowonhouⲛⲁⲩⲟⲩⲟⲛϩⲟⲩ eroou:ⲉ̀ⲣⲱⲟⲩ:
They appeared to them,
وظهرت لهم،
emefreetiⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ enhanlasⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲗⲁⲥ enekrom:ⲛ̀ⲭ̀ⲣⲱⲙ:
like tongues of fire,
مثل ألسنة نار،
o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ navfeeshⲛⲁⲩⲫⲏϣ teerouⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ efowaiⲫ̀ⲟⲩⲁⲓ efowai:ⲫ̀ⲟⲩⲁⲓ:
and separated upon each one,
وكانت تنقسم جميعها على كل واحد،
enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ nimatheeteesⲛⲓⲙⲁⲑⲏⲧⲏⲥ ettaieeout.ⲉⲧⲧⲁⲓⲏⲟⲩⲧ.
of the honorable disciples.
من تلاميذه الكرام.
