Ineffable is the power of your wisdom,
وغيرُ مَوْصُوفةٍ هي قوةُ حِكمتِكَ،
emmonⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲛ ehliϩ̀ⲗⲓ ensajiⲛ̀ⲥⲁϫⲓ na-eshtishiⲛⲁϣ̀ϯϣⲓ epipelaghosⲉ̀ⲡⲓⲡⲉⲗⲁⲅⲟⲥ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ tekmetmairomi.ⲧⲉⲕⲙⲉⲧⲙⲁⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ.
and no manner of speech can measure the depth of Your love towards mankind.
وليس شيءٌ من النطقِ يستطيعُ أن يحدَّ لجةَ محبتِكَ للبشرِ.

خَلَقتَني إنساناً كمحبٍّ للبشرِ،

You had no need of my servitude,
ولم تَكُن أنتَ محتاجاً إلى عُبُوديَّتي،

but rather I had need of Your lordship.
بَلْ أنا المحتاجُ إلى رُبوبِيَّتِكَ.

Because of the multitude of Your tender mercies, You have brought me into existence when I was not.
من أجلِ تَعطُّفاتِكَ الجزيلةِ، كَوَّنتَنِي إذ لم أَكُنْ.
AktahoⲀⲕⲧⲁϩⲟ enetfeⲛ̀ⲧ̀ⲫⲉ eratsⲉ̀ⲣⲁⲧⲥ neeⲛⲏⲓ eowahsoi.ⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲁϩⲥⲟⲓ.
You have raised heaven as a roof for me,
أقمتَ السماءَ لي سَقفاً.
AktagroⲀⲕⲧⲁϫⲣⲟ empikahiⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ neeⲛⲏⲓ ethrimoshiⲉⲑⲣⲓⲙⲟϣⲓ higof.ϩⲓϫⲱϥ.
and established the earth for me to walk upon.
وثَبَّتَ لي الأرضَ لأمشِيَ عليها.
EthveetⲈⲑⲃⲏⲧ akmashtamⲁⲕⲙⲁϣⲑⲁⲙ emefiom.ⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲓⲟⲙ.
For my sake, you have bound the sea.
من أجلي ألجمتَ البحرَ.
EthveetⲈⲑⲃⲏⲧ akowonhⲁⲕⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ enetfisisⲛ̀ⲧ̀ⲫⲩⲥⲓⲥ ennizo-on.ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲍⲱⲟⲛ.
For my sake, You have manifested the nature of animals.
من أجلي أظهَرتَ طَبيعةَ الحيوانِ.
AkthevioⲀⲕⲑⲉⲃⲓⲟ enenkaiⲛ̀ⲉⲛⲭⲁⲓ nivenⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ sapeseetⲥⲁⲡⲉⲥⲏⲧ ennachalavg.ⲛ̀ⲛⲁϭⲁⲗⲁⲩϫ.
You have subjected all things under my feet.
أخْضَعتَ كلَّ شيءٍ تحتَ قَدميَّ.

You have not left me in need of any of the works of Your honor.
لم تَدَعْنِي مُعْوَزاً شيئاً من أعمالِ كرامتِكَ.
EnthokⲚ̀ⲑⲟⲕ peⲡⲉ etakereplazinⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲕⲉⲣⲡ̀ⲗⲁⲍⲓⲛ emmoi.ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲓ.
You are He who formed me,
أنتَ الذي جَبَلْتَنِي.
AkkoⲀⲕⲭⲱ entekjigⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲕϫⲓϫ e-ehreeⲉ̀ϩ̀ⲣⲏⲓ egoi.ⲉ̀ϫⲱⲓ.
and laid Your hand upon me,
ووَضعْتَ يدَكَ عليَّ.
AkeskhaiⲀⲕⲥ̀ϧⲁⲓ enkheetⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧ entihikonⲛ̀ϯϩⲓⲕⲱⲛ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ tekeksousia.ⲧⲉⲕⲉⲝⲟⲩⲥⲓⲁ.
and inscribed in me the image of Your authority.
وكَتَبتَ فيَّ صورةَ سلطانِكَ.
AkkoⲀⲕⲭⲱ empithoronⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲇⲱⲣⲟⲛ enkheetⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ nisaji.ⲛⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ.
You have placed in me the gift of speech,
ووَضعْتَ فيَّ موهِبةَ النطقِ.
AkowonⲀⲕⲟⲩⲱⲛ empiparathisosⲙ̀Ⲡⲓⲡⲁⲣⲁⲇⲓⲥⲟⲥ neeⲛⲏⲓ eounof.ⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲛⲟϥ.
and opened for me Paradise to enjoy,
وفَتحتَ لي الفردوسَ لأتَنعَّم.
AktiⲀⲕϯ etotⲉ̀ⲧⲟⲧ entimetrefti-esvoⲛ̀ϯⲙⲉⲧⲣⲉϥϯⲥ̀ⲃⲱ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ pekemi.ⲡⲉⲕⲉ̀ⲙⲓ.
and have given to me the learning of Your knowledge.
وأعطيتني عِلْمَ مَعرفَتِكَ.
AkowonhⲀⲕⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ neeⲛⲏⲓ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ empi-eshsheenⲙ̀ⲡⲓϣ̀ϣⲏⲛ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ epopkh.ⲡ̀ⲱⲡϧ.
You have manifested to me the tree of life,
أَظْهرتَ لي شجرةَ الحياةِ.
AktamoiⲀⲕⲧⲁⲙⲟⲓ e-etsouriⲉ̀ⲧ̀ⲥⲟⲩⲣⲓ emefmou.ⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲙⲟⲩ.
and made known to me the sting of death.
وعَرَّفتني شوكةَ الموتِ.
OutojiⲞⲩⲧⲱϫⲓ enowotⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲱⲧ peⲡⲉ etakshashtⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲕϣⲁϣⲧ e-eshtemowomⲉ̀ϣ̀ⲧⲉⲙⲟⲩⲱⲙ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ enkheetf.ⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧϥ.
Of one plant have You forbidden me to eat,
غُرسٌ واحدٌ نَهيتَنِي أن آكلَ مِنهُ.
FaiⲪⲁⲓ etakgosⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲕϫⲟⲥ neeⲛⲏⲓ jeϫⲉ emperowomⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲣⲟⲩⲱⲙ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ enkheetfⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧϥ emmavatf.ⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲩⲁⲧϥ.
that of which You have said to me, “Of it only do not eat.”
هذا الذي قُلتَ لي لا تأكلْ مِنهُ وَحدَهُ.
AiowomⲀⲓⲟⲩⲱⲙ khenϧⲉⲛ paowosh.ⲡⲁⲟⲩⲱϣ.
But according to my will, I did eat.
فأكلتُ بإرادتي.
AikhoⲀⲓⲭⲱ ensoiⲛ̀ⲥⲱⲓ empeknomosⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲕⲛⲟⲙⲟⲥ khenϧⲉⲛ ta-eghnomee:ⲧⲁⲅ̀ⲛⲱⲙⲏ:
I put Your law behind me by my own counsel,
وتَرَكتُ عَنِّي ناموسَكَ برأيِي.
aierameleesⲁⲓⲉⲣⲁ̀ⲙⲉⲗⲏⲥ enekentolee.ⲉ̀ⲛⲉⲕⲉⲛⲧⲟⲗⲏ.
and became slothful towards Your commandments.
وتَكاسَلتُ عن وصاياكَ.
AnokⲀ̀ⲛⲟⲕ aiholemⲁⲓϩⲱⲗⲉⲙ neeⲛⲏⲓ enti-apofasisⲛ̀ϯⲁ̀ⲡⲟⲫⲁⲥⲓⲥ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ efmou.ⲫ̀ⲙⲟⲩ.
I plucked for myself the sentence of death.
أنا إختَطفتُ لي قَضِيةَ الموتِ.
