The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me,
روح الرب عليَّ،

Because He has anointed Me To preach
من أجل هذا مسحني وأرسلني،

the gospel to the poor;
لأبشر المساكين،

To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.
