The Galilee of the Gentiles,
جليل الأُمم،
nee-ethemsiⲛⲏⲉⲧϩⲉⲙⲥⲓ khenϧⲉⲛ epkaki:ⲡ̀ⲭⲁⲕⲓ:
who sit in darkness,
الجالسون في الظلمة،
nemⲛⲉⲙ etkheeiviⲧ̀ϧⲏⲓⲃⲓ emefmou:ⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲙⲟⲩ:
and in the shadow of death,
وظلال الموت،
ounishtiⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ enowoiniⲛ̀Ⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ afshaiⲁϥϣⲁⲓ noou.ⲛⲱⲟⲩ.
had the great Light shine to them.
أشرق عليهم النور العظيم.

+ God who rests,
+ الله المستريح،

among His saints,
في قديسيه،
afchisarksⲁϥϭⲓⲥⲁⲣⲝ khenϧⲉⲛ Tiparthenos:Ϯⲡⲁⲣⲑⲉⲛⲟⲥ:
became incarnate of the Virgin,
تجسد من العذراء،
ethveⲉⲑⲃⲉ fee-eteⲫⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲉ fonⲫⲱⲛ enougai.ⲛ̀ⲟⲩϫⲁⲓ.
for our salvation.
لأجل خلاصنا.
AmoiniⲀ̀ⲙⲱⲓⲛⲓ anavⲁ̀ⲛⲁⲩ ari-eshfeeri:ⲁ̀ⲣⲓϣ̀ⲫⲏⲣⲓ:
Come behold and be amazed,
تعالوا أنظروا وتعجبوا،
hosϩⲱⲥ theleelⲑⲉⲗⲏⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ ou-eshleeloui:ⲟⲩϣ̀ⲗⲏⲗⲟⲩⲓ̀:
joyfully sing on account,
وسبحوا وهللوا،
hijenϩⲓϫⲉⲛ paimisteerion:ⲡⲁⲓⲙⲩⲥⲧⲏⲣⲓⲟⲛ:
of this mystery,
بإبتهاج لهذا السر،
etafowonhⲉ̀ⲧⲁϥⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ nanⲛⲁⲛ evol.ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ.
which was revealed unto us.
الذي ظهر لنا.

+ لأن غير المُتجسد تجسَّد،

and the Word became flesh,
والكلمة تجسَّمت،

the One without beginning began,
غير المبتدئ إبتدأ،
PiatseeouⲠⲓⲁⲧⲥⲏⲟⲩ afshopiⲁϥϣⲱⲡⲓ khaϧⲁ ou-ekhronos.ⲟⲩⲭ̀ⲣⲟⲛⲟⲥ.
the Eternal came under time.
وغير الزمني صار زمنياً.
PiateshtahofⲠⲓⲁⲧϣ̀ⲧⲁϩⲟϥ avjemgomf:ⲁⲩϫⲉⲙϫⲱⲙϥ:
The Incomprehensible has been touched,
غير المُدرك لمسوه،
PiathnavⲠⲓⲁⲑⲛⲁⲩ erofⲉ̀ⲣⲟϥ senavⲥⲉⲛⲁⲩ erof:ⲉ̀ⲣⲟϥ:
and the Unseen has been seen,
وغير المرئي رأوه،
EpsheeriⲠ̀ϣⲏⲣⲓ emefnoutiⲙ̀Ⲫ̀ⲛⲟⲩϯ etonkh:ⲉⲧⲟⲛϧ:
and the Son of the living God,
إبن الله الحي،
afshopiⲁϥϣⲱⲡⲓ ensheeriⲛ̀Ϣⲏⲣⲓ enromiⲛ̀ⲣⲱⲙⲓ khenϧⲉⲛ oumethmee.ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲑⲙⲏⲓ.
truly became the Son of Man.
صار بشرياً بالحقيقة.

today and forever,
واليوم وإلى الأبد،

in one hypostasis,
بأُقنوم واحد،
tenowoshtⲧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲱϣⲧ emmofⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ tenti-oouⲧⲉⲛϯⲱ̀ⲟⲩ naf.ⲛⲁϥ.
we worship and glorify Him.
نسجد له ونمجده.
AⲀ̀ EfiotⲪ̀ⲓⲱⲧ goushtϫⲟⲩϣⲧ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ etfe:ⲧ̀ⲫⲉ:
The Father looked from heaven,
تطَّلع الآب من السماء،
empefjemⲙ̀ⲡⲉϥϫⲉⲙ fee-etoniⲫⲏⲉⲧⲟ̀ⲛⲓ emmo:ⲙ̀ⲙⲟ:
and found no one like you,
فلم يجد مَنْ يُشبهكِ،
afoworpⲁϥⲟⲩⲱⲣⲡ empefmonogenees:ⲙ̀ⲡⲉϥⲙⲟⲛⲟⲅⲉⲛⲏⲥ:
He sent His only-begotten,
أرسل وحيده،
iⲓ̀ afchisarksⲁϥϭⲓⲥⲁⲣⲝ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ enkheeti.ⲛ̀ϧⲏϯ.
who came and took flesh from you.
أتى وتجسد منكِ.
