يوحنا الصابغ،

saying "I baptized the Lord,
"أني عمدَّت الرب،
khenϧⲉⲛ nimoouⲛⲓⲙⲱⲟⲩ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ Piordanees.Ⲡⲓⲓⲟⲣⲇⲁⲛⲏⲥ.
in the waters of the Jordan.
في مياه الأردن.
O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ aisotemⲁⲓⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ e-etesmee:ⲉ̀ⲧ̀ⲥ̀ⲙⲏ:
And I heard the voice,
وسمعت صوت،
enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ EfiotⲪ̀ⲓⲱⲧ esoshⲉⲥⲱϣ evol:ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ:
of the Father proclaiming,
الآب صارخاً:
jeϫⲉ faiⲫⲁⲓ peⲡⲉ PasheeriⲠⲁϣⲏⲣⲓ Pamenrit:Ⲡⲁⲙⲉⲛⲣⲓⲧ:
`This is My beloved Son,
أن هذا هو إبني الحبيب،
etaitimatiⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲓϯⲙⲁϯ enkheetf.ⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧϥ.
with whom I am pleased.´"
الذي به سررت."
