I would still like the recording for my own personal collection if anyone has it

I didn't say I had any issue with M Ibrahim. 2 is just always better than 1 :)
-
Would anyone happen to have the muallem fahim recording?
-
Thank you although I already had the words. Just looking for another source other than Mlm Ibrahim :)

Yes Abouna Bishoy Kamel is an official saint now. The Holy Synod of the Coptic Orthodox Church headed by H.H. Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria declared on June 9, 2022, in Egypt, the official recognition by the Church of Father Bishoy Kamel along with…

He is fully human. His being incarnate of the Holy Spirit and of the Virgin St Mary while remaining a perfect human is the mystery of The Incarnation.
-
Anba Raphael explains this here. The short answer is yes the Virgin felt pain when she gave birth to Christ. If she had not then that would make Christs birth “not fully human” which is not true as he was fully human.

It is on coptic reader @yoan

cantor @minamakar please correct me if I am wrong

This has been a very controversial topic for a while. The current tasleem (handing down) according to Cantors Gad Lewis and Cantor Ibrahim Ayad is that they had originally received from their teachers that Tenen should only be said during the month …

Hello, It really just depends on the source. In Deacon Albairs "Khedmet Shamas" he says that you should end with Eesos Pekhrestos but some sources state that Eesos Pekhrestos should only be used for the Lordly Feasts. So again it just depends on the…

I was always taught that we don't celebrate them because Toba and Amshir were the 2 months where the Virgin Mary was not pregnant with the Lord Christ. Is this just an interpretation?

Thank you @minamakar

https://soundcloud.app.goo.gl/5NRdbkcXm3FtphhC7 This is a recording of the Sahidic Shiraat if you listen to it and compare it to his Psalm 150 tune you can see they have the same exact structure and the same melody.

Let’s say Muallem Ibrahim did make up the Alli. It is said that Muallem Mikhail made up his own tunes for parts of the Gregorian Liturgy that did not have tunes at the time. When being asked about this, Mlm Tawfik commented and said whether he reall…

You’re correct @Ophadece. I would like to say again that Muallem Ibrahim did not make up his alli. He claims to have heard it once before he rakebha so it always existed. Muallem Tawfik also rakeb his alli on the Sahidic Joyful Shiraat so what makes…

Ibrahim Ayad commented and said that he heard it one time from a cantor in Beni Suef and he noticed that it was on the tune of Mlm Mikhails Shiraat. After hearing it upon returning to Cairo he told Mlm Gad about it and they had planned to get togeth…

Correct me if I am wrong but Muallem Mikhael taught a few main students including Muallems Tawfīq/ Fahim/Sadek/Farag/Dr.Youssef Mansour who then taught in the Didymus Institute and then we have Ibrahim Ayad who is known to have learned from Muallems…
