Inspirational story
Dear woman, why do you involve me?" Jesus replied, "My time has not yet come” John 2:4
Due to cut in budget, everyone, where he worked at a residency program, felt changes are coming and there is an obvious plan to cut down on the staff. He started whispering “my time has not yet come”. Unexpectedly, the program director called him to her office and he kept repeating “my time has not yet come”. When he walked to her office she started asking him who we should get rid of? He whispered again “Dear woman, why do you involve me?"
Long story short, he explained the strength every one has and how the entire program will be affected by losing anyone. Two months later he was promoted to chief resident even he wasn’t the most senior resident.
I thought I would share his story; please feel free to share yours.
