I saw the beloved on the wood of the cross
so I asked in amazement, why all this suffering?
but I realized the reason, my sins appeared so great
O you who are on the cross, blot out my sins o beloved
In the midst of ----(darkness, storm maybe), and the candles were out
I saw Jesus crying with tears
Every thorn in Him, I, myself, had implanted it
So I went toward Him, and shouted saying
O you who are on the cross, blot out my sins o beloved
My Lord Jesus, I confess
My sins have made Your heart bleed
I promise you my Jesus, I will never make you sad
My voice in every place, will shout saying
O you who are on the cross, blot out my sins o beloved
