  • 1.because jewish people were trying to prove to the muslim governor, ElMo3iz, that the jewish faith is the correct not the christian, saying that our beliefs arent true using the verse and that we should pay if we cannot prove the verse from the Bible is true, " you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to the mountain, “Move from here to there” and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." Matthew 17:20

    2. he told him to wash in the pool of Siloam

    3. Because St. John wrote the book of revelation, which is about heaven, and an eagle is a bird which can fly extremely high in the sky, up to heaven

    4. st mark, a lion, 1 day he was with his dad, and a lion came, his dad told him to run and let the lion eat him, but st mark wasnt afraid he did the sign of the cross, and the lion didnt harm them

    5. what do u mean?
  • #1) simon the tanner moved the mountain because at that time the muslim leader (el khedewy) wanted to test the christians because they told him about the verse that says, "if your faith was even as a mustard see, u will say to this mountain move from here to there and it will move" so they took it literally and asked the pope to move it and if they dont he will persecute the christians so the miracle was dont on the hands of st. simon.
