Response:"Now the secrets may be revealed" (الآن قد كشفت الأسرار ) - Why is it no longer said?

Here is a video of it said in Arabic: 

I really, really like this response but have never heard it in church before. Why do we no longer say it?  I'd also like a translation of it in English.

Obviously it's terrifying because none of us are worthy of the Holy Mysteries, but it'll definitely cause us to take a second look at ourselves before taking Communion.
