Conclusion of Adam Theotokions (Leepon)

Hey Guys,
For the conclusion of Leepon, specifically the “Ke neen ke ai” part, I’ve heard different endings for it.
As for myself I know a short way, a long way and a way where we sing the entire hymn long, then fastly say “Ke neen”.
Does anyone know what’s up with this?

    1-you say ke nen ke a ee like the rest of the parts
    2-one that ends those 2 estikhons fast.

    It's just different school. I was taught both, i have prayed in both, but i always prefer #1
