Veneration Hymn “O King of Peace”

In Veneration service, we sing the hymn “Epouro”.
At the end some people say: ...(Have mercy upon us) (Nai nan)
Some do not say this...
What is the reasoning?

    sorry, it seems the coptic hymns experts are on holiday!

    Because in the Liturgy of the Word, when we say Ten-ou-osht we end it with Nai Nan. However, if Epouro is being said in the common tamgeed tune, then nai nan doesnt fit the melody normally like it does in the Liturgy.
