Consecration of Coptic Churches in the lands of Immigration
As many of you know, HH Pope Tawadros II has made his historic visit to the east coast of the US. One thing has boggled my mind, though, is that people await the Pope's arrival for the consecration of a new church. In some texts that I have found, it only requires the bishop's presence for a church to be consecrated, but why do people only want the Pope to consecrate churches?
