Paradise of the Spirit by Anba Youannis

Does anyone know if this is available in e-format? I want someone to read particular sections of it but can't find it anywhere. I'm particularly looking for his chapter about repentance and confession where he goes through a whole bunch questions to help someone prepare for confession.
Thanks, and I'm sorry in advance if I'm posting in the wrong section.
pray for me,
ap

They come in .doc format instead of PDF but I could try to change them if you'd like.
