Fr. Paul Guirguis from St. Mark DC just did a walk through Liturgy this past Sunday! I haven't listened to the entire video, but he is always a great speaker and is very knowledgeable about the church rites and liturgics.

He also gave a similar talk about the Liturgy which has been popular for years:

Also, this search gives you a ton of resources for sermons on the liturgy for all different ages.

It's also good to see how the different Orthodox Churches pray the Divine Liturgy. Sometimes seeing the Byzantine, Russian, Armenian, Indian/Syrian, or even the Roman Catholic High Mass or the Church of the East, can illuminate how and why we do things in our Coptic Orthodox Liturgy.

"I first read St Ephrem, St Severus, and VC Samuel at a Byzantine seminary. In addition, I never understood why we put the cross in the baptismal font during Denaha (Theophany) until I saw what the Byzantines do in their tradition....Our exposure to other Orthodox traditions is not a threat, it’s a blessing and helps us understand ourselves better."  + Abouna Mat Alexander, http://www.orthodoxherald.com/2011/01/22/byzantine-orthodox-ethos-a-threat-to-our-liturgical-theology-fr-mat-alexander/

Yes Tony that is what I was referring to but there is a version with voice narrating the presentations.
