I'm pretty sure this was just discussed recently in a different threat but all the answers are in this link anyways: http://www.copticchurch.net/topics/thecopticchurch/sacraments/7_priesthood.html

The H at the front represents a belt a servant would wear, meaning that the deacon is ready to serve everyone, while the X at the back represents the cross that he must carry. I have also heard that IXH were the initials of Christ, the I being the deacon himself, but i have not read this anywhere and may just be a contemplation, read this website it will explain it better. http://www.copticchurch.net/topics/thecopticchurch/sacraments/7_priesthood.html
