Saint Mary's Apparitions

We believe that although Saint Mary passed away, her body was assumed to heaven after she died.

Now, in the case that she appears to us (in a glorified body) such as in Zeitun or elsewhere, would she be able to speak?

Can the saints speak to us?

Through which mouth?
