These are pictures of many icon styles of the two physician brothers and Great Martyr Saints Cosmas (or Cozman) and Damian. Coptic iconographers currently write also very realistic icons.

a mural icon in Deir El Syrian church:

Among their works, they are known to have made the first successful  transplantation known in history. It is clearly a BIG miracle because they transplanted a dead Ethiopian man's leg to heal a Syrian man's cut leg - no tissue matching nor microsurgery for nerves or blood vessels, nor orthopedic surgical intervention was needed except the Lord's blessing. In their practice they did not ask for a fee. Their mother and brothers were also martyred.

EDIT: Sorry. I forgot to mention that because they are real saints they relied primarily on Christ's support, but they were famous by being very knowledgeable and very talented surgeon doctors and had a lot of medical knowledge lacking nowadays in our textbooks.

May they intercede for all our ill and for us with their valuable prayers before Our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

The easy way is to point to an online image, using a free service like ImageShack you can upload it there and copy the link then paste it here inside the image tags [ img ][ /img ] (w/o spaces).

There are many more free online image hosting servers.

Would you be able to post the same picture of the icon without the flash offending in the center? It will be used in a printout.
