Hymn format issues

Hi, I downloaded Moallem Mikhail's recordings from coptichymns.net, but they're in PHP format - they work in Windows Media Player, but iTunes and Real won't render the format. How can I change it to make it work (on iTunes especially)?

    you have to go on every tape file and click "red box with a downward arrow" where "DOWNLOAD" appears when you hover on it. Give it couple of seconds and a "Save As" windows comes up to save the file as mp3.

    or u can convert the one which u have by
    http://www.nch.com.au/switch/ and convert it to MP3
