  any of bishop angaelos' sermons are useful; here is the only one i can find that you can read as opposed to listen to:

  i personally would suggest praying and reading the Bible for 15 - 20 mins in the morning to give all the day ahead to God, then study/work then personal life. pray as much as you can with your friends/relatives, so you are with them and with God as well! ask a good friend how you are doing, maybe you need to cut down on something, or maybe you are doing well and just need to not be too worried.
