I hate it because the thought of someone being judged or even misjudged because of the clothes she/he wears is awful. I mean, who cares !? Who cares what they wear!??
and frankly speaking, saturday night in Saint Albans and stevenage looks increasingly similar to an Annual Prostitution Convention.
Now, dressing this way MAY cause people to stumble.
If I saw a man dressed up as Elvis Presley, I'd have the right to ask him if he was Elvis!?? Wouldn't i!?? How is that judging!???
If a man dressed up as a policeman, and there was a crime in the area he was standing in, then it would be reasonable to go up and ask him :"Excuse me officer we need your help". U dont expect him to say :"Well.. im not a policeman, i just like dressing up as one!"Do u??
If clothing didn't matter, you could look a person and just see a person. You wouldn't then, subconsciously classify them as 'looking like a prostitute' or 'looking like a respectable individual'. All you would say is, 'Hey, it's a girl' without any other descriptive title. The reality is, none of us can do this.
