does anyone have the text for the antiphonarium? (Defnar)

    there isn't a set translation for english and it's not typed any where. also we know that the southern diocease is working on it, like the rest of the projects they're wroking on that are never ending
  • Please exucuse my ignorance, but what is the antiphonarium? Is it a part in the Liturgy or an actual hymn. Again please exucuse me for my ignorance

    the anitphonarium or the difnar is basiclly a sinexar but it is for vespers and midnight tasbeha. it have stories of the saints in more of a poatic way.

    well it was never edited becasue there is a lot of theological mistakes (in the original version which is the arabic). also it's not only a story. like i said before its written to be said in the midnight and vespers praises which are all chanted and praised. so if the said the story like what is in the senixar, t might just bored evey one praising. also i think there is like only 1 or 2 saint mentioned adam and watos. not all the saints. in the day.
