Can we say E-aghabe in the vesper prayer

Hi all
I just got a question here, can we say E-agabe in the vespers prayer?? because our bishop is coming to visit us soon and he will pray a vesper with us, so can we say e-aghabe for him?? if so, when can we say it?

    you can say eghapy anytime. but not during the prayer. ya3ny you can say it after vespers as a way of greeting him. but not during the service. same in liturgy if you would ask. in liturgy you can say it in communion and after the senixar.
