on frustration

Causes of frustration:
1- We ask or pray for somthing, and God does something else (the complete opposite)
2- repeated failure
3- comparing yourself to some1 better than you
4- talking with some1 who is in the same condition (frustrated also)

Things u can do:
1- Praise God (Rejoice in God)
2- Talk with some1 who is higher than you spiritually (like a preist or sunday school servant)
3- Keep trying a little longer with something because usually if u quit, u only had to go a little bit furthur to acheive it..
4- Read the bible (i think he might have said, it, I cant really remeber too much)
I think there is more, but I can't remeber, it was in St. george and St. Shenouda Church so if any of them were there they can fill in anything I missd..
