age of consent in Tewahedo church?
I read that 80% of women in Ethiopian Christian amhara/tigrinya highlands marry below age of 18 and majority of this is below 15.the tewahedo church blesses these marriages.don't the Canons say 14 minimum for girls?or is that only catholic and eastern churches?or is it menustration age?did marry really marry at 12?wasn't that the old covenant?what is the minimum age of marriage for girls in our church?
