Hymns that can be chanted in multiple different times of the year

Are hymns such as Enthoten Ze and Niromi and ondos following the same principle as hymns such as Ouran en shoushou and hymns for Archangel Michael? What I mean is, since those 3 hymns for the apostles are usually said during the fast of the apostles can they be said during, say a specific feast day of an apostle? I understand ouran en shousou is said for all feasts of St. John the Baptist besides the feast of the Epiphany. And can anyone elaborate on other hymns that can be said during a specific feast of a saint that we usually say at a specific time of the year. I hope you understand my questions.
