But for some reason only the Highlighted parts are chanted... looking at the meaning of the other words it doesn't that big of a deal that we don't we chant them but I was just wandering why are there no tunes for those parts?

I've been told by a choir member of the choir that appears on MESat with Muallim Gad Lewis and Reda Barsoum that they have recorded the whole hymn in its entirety. The Choir have taken the name of Cantor Mikhail Girgis El Batanouny and all their sources are old authentic recordings only. This should be aired on the satellite channel at the moment.

Alright, so it turns out that those parts were never recorded and so does not have a known tune. Sad but true!
