Am I not marriage material because I don't get involved in religious discussions?

I don't mean on here but rather on facebook or in church

I say this as it may show I am not able to keep the faith under trial or tribulation. Maybe I compromised my faith (I thought I was biblically right)

but Jesus said blessed are you when you are persecuted for righteousness sake

Should I have been an engineer (I am almost) ? I just don't like depending on others? but is it possible to live life without depending on others?

just as st paul did not want to depend on others to preach the gospel but worked making tents
