The Ode to the Three Youth

I've always wondered why in the ode to the 3 youth (otherwise known as aripsalin) the names of the 3 youth are changed.
In one stanza, the three men are called Sedrach Misach and Abednego (which I think are the biblically accurate names, according to the story of Daniel)

In another instance, the names Azarias and Ananias and Misael are used

Also, we use the tune of aripsalin to sing a hymn after the 3rd hoos during kiahk. In this hymn, which starts out "God existent before the ages..." , alternate names for the three youth are used as well
