His Grace Bishop Rapheal
In the Name of the Father the son the Holy Ghost, One God Amen.
On November 22nd, the Holy Synod of the coptic Orthodox curch (under the Auspice of His Holliness Pope Tawadros the second pope and patriarch of Alexandria and the See of Saint Mark) unanimously delegated His Grace Bishop Rafeel( General bishop of Downtown Cairo churches, and bishop of youth) to be the Secretal Presidental chairmen of the Holy Synod. What will his job entail as being secretary of the Holy synod. Does this mean that His emminence Metropolitan Bishoy was not fit enough for this responsibility that he had for 27.45 years.
