Protest news?
Does anyone know of any protests that are occurring in the eastern US? I'd like to know when/where they are, or if any are planned! I'm in the NY area, so local info would be much appreciated. But any info about any protests anywhere could be gathered on this thread for everyone to see. I think that'd be really helpful!

"In response to the recent tragic events at Maspiro on October 9, 2011, in which several Copts were killed and scores more injured, various Coptic organizations are planning to stage a peaceful demonstration and protest in front of the Federal Building in Los Angeles on Sunday, October 16 after the Divine Liturgies in our parish churches."
