The key to solving your issue is targeting the roots of the problem.

So ask yourself: why?  ;D

Are you being distracted by something? Could you remove the distraction from your vicinity? (e.g. Facebook, Youtube and TV in general are pretty common distractions)

Are you perhaps revising in the wrong way? Are you in a good motivated mindset or are you bored? Is it one particular subject that you don't like and are loathe to study?

I personally can't revise without utter quiet.

Tidying your desk is also an amazing thing to do. It just instantly makes revision bearable, and even enjoyable sometimes! Don't ask why, if your room and desk are messy - CLEAR it up. You will instantly feel more inclined and comfortable with working.

lock yourself in an empty room with nothing but your SAT book and a pencil and get going lol... sometimes closets work too depending on how much light there is hahahaa

but seriously.. just do it! you know you have to study so just study! and pray before you begin studying. ask God for His help.

Give yourself a reward if you study for an hour or 2 straight without getting up. For example, if you study for a specific amount of hours straight, then go out or buy yourself a snake. Or thing about the reward that you will get at the end if you study hard...which is a good grade.

The SATs is a long test and you need to learn to stay focused for 2 or 3 straight hours
