Adopt a Child?

Hey Brothers and Sisters in Christ
I just got a Question,I wondered if a Woman can Adopt a Child without marrying?
Like when the Woman is 20-30 years old has a job and lives in normal Circumstances.

Adoption without marriage isn't wrong, but in the words of His Grace Bishop Youssef, "Why should we deprive an adopted child from having a wholesome family and the love and guidance of both parents?"
