A star appeared in the East,
نجم اشرق في المشارق،
animaghosⲁ̀ⲛⲓⲙⲁⲅⲟⲥ moshiⲙⲟϣⲓ ensof:ⲛ̀ⲥⲱϥ:
and the wise men followed it,
المجوس تبعوه،
sha-entefenouϣⲁⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲉ̀ⲛⲟⲩ eveethle-em:ⲉ̀Ⲃⲏⲑⲗⲉⲉⲙ:
until it let them to Bethlehem,
حتي ادخلهم بيت لحم،
avowoshtⲁⲩⲟ̀ⲩⲱ̀ϣⲧ emepouroⲙ̀ⲡ̀Ⲟⲩⲣⲟ enni-e-on.ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲉ̀ⲱ̀ⲛ.
and they worshiped the King of ages.
وسجدوا لملك الدهور.

The Lord of glory was called a Son,
رب المجد دعى ولداً،
kataⲕⲁⲧⲁ epsajiⲡ̀ⲥⲁϫⲓ empeteⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲧⲉ YoanneesⲒⲱⲁⲛⲛⲏⲥ navⲛⲁⲩ erof:ⲉ̀ⲣⲟϥ:
according to the words of John before he saw Him,
كقول يوحنا قبل أن يراه،
piloghosⲡⲓⲖⲟⲅⲟⲥ epi-e-onionⲉ̀ⲡⲓⲉ̀ⲱ̀ⲛⲓⲟⲛ afchisarks:ⲁϥϭⲓⲥⲁⲣⲝ:
the Eternal Word became flesh,
الكلمة الأزلى صار جسداً،
afiⲁ̀ϥⲓ enekhreeⲛ̀ϧ̀ⲣⲏⲓ enkheetenⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧⲉⲛ ennavⲉ̀ⲛⲛⲁⲩ erof.ⲉ̀ⲣⲟϥ.
and dwelt in us and we saw Him.

with His good Father,
مع أبيه الصالح

and the Holy Spirit,
والروح القدس من الأن

both now and forever.
وألي الأبد.
