God is risen,
قد قام الله،
emefreetiⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ emfee-etenkot:ⲙ̀ⲫⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲉⲛⲕⲟⲧ:
like one who sleeps,
مثل النائم،
aⲁ̀ Pi-ekhristosⲠⲓⲭ̀ⲣⲓⲥⲧⲟⲥ Pennoti:Ⲡⲉⲛⲛⲟⲩϯ:
Christ our God,
المسيح إلهنا،
tonfⲧⲱⲛϥ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ nee-ethmoout.ⲛⲏⲉⲑⲙⲱⲟⲩⲧ.
is risen from the dead.
قام من بين الأموات.
VonⲂⲟⲛ ourashiⲟⲩⲣⲁϣⲓ shopi:ϣⲱⲡⲓ:
Every gladness came to be,
كل فرح صار،
khenϧⲉⲛ tioikoumenee:ϯⲟⲓⲕⲟⲩⲙⲉⲛⲏ:
in the Economy,
في المسكونة،
jeϫⲉ nee-ethemsiⲛⲏⲉⲧϩⲉⲙⲥⲓ khenϧⲉⲛ epkaki:ⲡ̀ⲭⲁⲕⲓ:
for those sitting in darkness,
لأن الجالسين في الظلمة،
afshaiⲁϥϣⲁⲓ noouⲛⲱⲟⲩ enowoini.ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ.
light shone unto them.
أشرق عليهم نور.
++ EghrafeeⲄ̀ⲣⲁⲫⲏ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ nenioti:ⲛⲉⲛⲓⲟϯ:
+ The writings of our fathers,
+ كُتُب أبائنا،
avtiⲁⲩϯ enti-eghnosis:ⲛ̀ϯⲅ̀ⲛⲱⲥⲓⲥ:
were given for the knowledge,
اُعطيت لمعرفة،
khaϧⲁ Pi-ekhristosⲠⲓⲭ̀ⲣⲓⲥⲧⲟⲥ Pennoti:Ⲡⲉⲛⲛⲟⲩϯ:
of Christ our God,
المسيح إلهنا،
nemⲛⲉⲙ Tefanastasis.Ⲧⲉϥⲁ̀ⲛⲁⲥⲧⲁⲥⲓⲥ.
and His Resurrection.
وقيامته.
++ DavidⲆⲁⲩⲓⲇ khenϧⲉⲛ efemaⲫ̀ⲉ̀ⲙⲁ e-efnoti:ⲉ̀Ⲫ̀ⲛⲟⲩϯ:
+ David through God’s inspiration,
+ داود بوحيْ الله،
afsajiⲁϥⲥⲁϫⲓ khenϧⲉⲛ naiⲛⲁⲓ teerou:ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ:
spoke with these sayings,
تكلم بهذه جمعها،
mareftonfⲙⲁⲣⲉϥⲧⲱⲛϥ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ Efnoti:Ⲫ̀ⲛⲟⲩϯ:
“Let God rise,
قائلاً "فليَقُم الله،
nefgajiⲛⲉϥϫⲁϫⲓ marougorou.ⲙⲁⲣⲟⲩϫⲟⲣⲟⲩ.
let His enemies be scattered.”
ولتتفرق أعداءُه."
EfgosⲈϥϫⲟⲥ enthofⲛ̀ⲑⲟϥ hof:ϩⲱϥ:
He also says,
ويقول هو أيضاً،
jeϫⲉ pai-ehoouⲡⲁⲓⲉ̀ϩⲟⲟⲩ enthof:ⲛ̀ⲑⲟϥ:
about this day,
عن هذا اليوم،
etaⲉ̀ⲧⲁ EpshoisⲠ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ thamiof:ⲑⲁⲙⲓⲟϥ:
that the Lord has made,
الذي صنعه الرب،
marentheleelⲙⲁⲣⲉⲛⲑⲉⲗⲏⲗ entenounof.ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲛⲟϥ.
let us rejoice and be glad.
فلنتهلل ونفرح.
