Exposition of the Third Week
Ⲁⲥⲧⲱⲛⲥ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ Ⲙⲁⲣⲓⲁⲙطرح للإسبوع الثالثAstonsⲀⲥⲧⲱⲛⲥ theⲇⲉ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ MariamⲘⲁⲣⲓⲁⲙ khenϧⲉⲛ ni-eho-ouⲛⲓⲉ̀ϩⲟⲟ̀ⲩ ete-emmavⲉ̀ⲧⲉ̀ⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲩ asshenasⲁⲥϣⲉⲛⲁⲥ khenϧⲉⲛ o-ieesⲟⲩⲓⲏⲥ epianto-ouⲉ̀ⲡⲓⲓⲁⲛⲧⲱⲟ̀ⲩ e-ouvakiⲉ̀ⲟ̀ⲩⲃⲁⲕⲓ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ Youda.Ⲓⲟⲩⲇⲁ.
Now Mary arose in those days and went into the hill country with haste, to a city of Judah,
فقامت مريم في تلك الأيام ومضت مسرع إلى الجبل إلى مدينة يهوذا.
O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ asshenasⲁⲥϣⲉⲛⲁⲥ ekhounⲉ̀ϧⲟⲩⲛ e-epeeⲉ̀ⲡ̀ⲏⲓ̀ enzakharias:ⲛ̀Ⲍⲁⲭⲁⲣⲓⲁⲥ:
and entered the house of Zacharias and greeted Elizabeth.
ودخلت بيت زكريا
o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ aseraspazesteⲁⲥⲉⲣⲁ̀ⲥⲡⲁⲍⲉⲥⲑⲉ enelisabet.ⲛ̀Ⲉⲗⲓⲥⲁⲃⲉⲧ.
And it happened,
وسلمت على أليصابات.
O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ asshopiⲁⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ etassotemⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲥⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ ElisabetⲈ̀ⲗⲓⲥⲁⲃⲉⲧ e-epaspasmosⲉ̀ⲡ̀ⲁ̀ⲥⲡⲁⲥⲙⲟⲥ emmariam.ⲙ̀Ⲙⲁⲣⲓⲁⲙ.
when Elizabeth heard the greeting of Mary,
فلما سمعت أليصابات سلام مريم،
AfkimⲀϥⲕⲓⲙ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ pimasⲡⲓⲙⲁⲥ khenϧⲉⲛ tesnejiⲧⲉⲥⲛⲉϫⲓ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ asmohⲁⲥⲙⲟϩ evolkhenⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗϧⲉⲛ ou-epnevmaⲟⲩⲠ̀ⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁ efowabⲉϥⲟⲩⲁⲃ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ Elisabet.Ⲉ̀ⲗⲓⲥⲁⲃⲉⲧ.
That the babe leaped in her womb; and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit.
تحرك الجنين في بطنها وامتلأت أليصابات من الروح القدس.
O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ asoshⲁⲥⲱϣ e-epshoiⲉ̀ⲡ̀ϣⲱⲓ khenϧⲉⲛ ounishtiⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ enemeeⲛ̀ⲉ̀ⲙⲏ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ pegas:ⲡⲉϫⲁⲥ:
Then she spoke out with a loud voice and said,
وصرخت بصوت عظيم
jeϫⲉ te-esmaro-outⲧⲉⲥ̀ⲙⲁⲣⲱⲟ̀ⲩⲧ enthoⲛ̀ⲑⲟ khenϧⲉⲛ nihiomiⲛⲓϩⲓⲟⲙⲓ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ efesmaro-outϥ̀ⲥ̀ⲙⲁⲣⲱⲟ̀ⲩⲧ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ poutahⲡⲟⲩⲧⲁϩ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ teneji.ⲧⲉⲛⲉϫⲓ.
"Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb!
وقالت مباركة أنت في النساء ومباركة هي ثمرة بطنك.
O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ faiⲫⲁⲓ ouⲟ̀ⲩ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ thonⲑⲱⲛ neeⲛⲏⲓ peⲡⲉ jeϫⲉ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ethmavⲑ̀ⲙⲁⲩ empashoisⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲟ̅ⲥ̅ iⲓ̀ haroi.ϩⲁⲣⲟⲓ.
But why is this granted to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?
فمن أين لي هذا أن تأتى أم ربى إليّ،
HeeppeϨⲏⲡⲡⲉ gharⲅⲁⲣ isjenⲓⲥϫⲉⲛ etasshopiⲉⲧⲁⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ etsmeeⲧ̀ⲥⲙⲏ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ pe-aspasmosⲡⲉⲁ̀ⲥⲡⲁⲥⲙⲟⲥ khenϧⲉⲛ namashgⲛⲁⲙⲁϣϫ afkimⲁϥⲕⲓⲙ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ pimasⲡⲓⲙⲁⲥ khenϧⲉⲛ outheleelⲟⲩⲑⲉⲗⲏⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ taneji.ⲧⲁⲛⲉϫⲓ.
For indeed, as soon as the voice of your greeting sounded in my ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy.
لأنه هوذا حين صار صوت سلامك في أذني ارتكض الجنين بتهليل في بطني.
O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ o-ouniatsⲱ̀ⲟ̀ⲩⲛⲓⲁⲧⲥ enthee-etasnahtiⲛ̀ⲑⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲥⲛⲁϩϯ jeϫⲉ epgokⲡ̀ϫⲱⲕ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ nashopiⲛⲁϣⲱⲡⲓ ennee-etavsajiⲛ̀ⲛⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲩⲥⲁϫⲓ emmo-ouⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟ̀ⲩ nasⲛⲁⲥ evolhitenⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗϩⲓⲧⲉⲛ Epshois.Ⲡⲟ̅ⲥ̅.
Blessed is she who believed, for there will be a fulfillment of those things which were told her from the Lord." And Mary said:
فطوبى للتي أمنت أن يتم ما قيل لها من قبل الرب.
O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ pejeⲡⲉϫⲉ MariamⲘⲁⲣⲓⲁⲙ jeϫⲉ aⲁ̀ tapsisheeⲧⲁⲯⲩⲭⲏ chisiϭⲓⲥⲓ emepshois.ⲙ̀Ⲡⲟ̅ⲥ̅.
"My soul magnifies the Lord,
فقالت مريم تعظم نفسي الريب
O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ aⲁ̀ pa-epnevmaⲡⲁⲡ̅ⲛ̅ⲁ̅ theleelⲑⲉⲗⲏⲗ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ EfnotiⲪϯ pasoteer.ⲡⲁⲤⲱⲧⲏⲣ.
and my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior.
وتبتهج روحي بالله مخلصي.
JeϪⲉ afgoushtⲁϥϫⲟⲩϣⲧ e-ekhreeⲉ̀ϧ̀ⲣⲏⲓ ejepithevioⲉ̀ϫⲉ̀ⲡⲓⲑⲉⲃⲓⲟ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ tefvoki:ⲧⲉϥⲃⲱⲕⲓ:
For He has regarded the lowly state of His maidservant;
لأنه نظر إلى تواضع أمته.
heeppeϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ gharⲅⲁⲣ isjenⲓⲥϫⲉⲛ tinouϯⲛⲟⲩ sena-ermakarizinⲥⲉⲛⲁⲉ̀ⲣⲙⲁⲕⲁⲣⲓⲍⲓⲛ emmoiⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲓ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ nigene-aⲛⲓⲅⲉⲛⲉⲁ̀ teerou.ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ.
For behold, henceforth all generations will call me blessed.
فهوذا منذ الآن جميع الأجيال تطوبنى.
JeϪⲉ afiriⲁϥⲓ̀ⲣⲓ neeⲛⲏⲓ enhanmetinishtiⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲙⲉⲧⲓⲛⲓϣϯ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ fee-etgorⲫⲏⲉ̀ⲧϫⲟⲣ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ efowabϥ̀ⲟⲩⲁⲃ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ pefran.ⲡⲉϥⲣⲁⲛ.
For He who is mighty has done great things for me, and holy is His name.
لان القدير قد صنع بي عظائم واسمه قدوس.
O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ pefnaiⲡⲉϥⲛⲁⲓ shopϣⲟⲡ shaϣⲁ hango-ouϩⲁⲛϫⲱⲟ̀ⲩ nemⲛⲉⲙ hango-ou-ennee-eterhotiϩⲁⲛϫⲱⲟ̀ⲩⲛ̀ⲛⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲉⲣϩⲟϯ khatefhee.ϧⲁⲧⲉϥϩⲏ.
And His mercy is on those who fear Him from generation to generation.
ورحمته إلى جيل الأجيال للذين يتقونه.
AfiriⲀϥⲓⲣⲓ enowamahiⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲁ̀ⲙⲁϩⲓ khenϧⲉⲛ pefegfoiⲡⲉϥϫ̀ⲫⲟⲓ afgorⲁϥϫⲱⲣ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ enni-echasiheetⲛ̀ⲛⲓϭ̀ⲁⲥⲓϩⲏⲧ khenϧⲉⲛ efmeviⲫ̀ⲙⲉⲩⲓ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ pouheet.ⲡⲟⲩϩⲏⲧ.
He has shown strength with His arm; He has scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.
صنع قوة بذراعه بدد المستكبرين بفكر قلوبهم.
AfrokhtⲀϥⲣⲱϧⲧ enhangoriⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛϫⲱⲣⲓ evolhiⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗϩⲓ hanethronosϩⲁⲛⲑ̀ⲣⲟⲛⲟⲥ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ afchisiⲁϥϭⲓⲥⲓ ennee-etthevieeout.ⲛ̀ⲛⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲑⲉⲃⲓⲏⲟⲩⲧ.
He has put down the mighty from their thrones, and exalted the lowly.
انزل الأعزاء عن الكراسي ورفع المتواضعين.
Nee-ethokerⲚⲏⲉ̀ⲧϩⲟⲕⲉⲣ afthrousiⲁϥⲑⲣⲟⲩⲥⲓ enaghathon:ⲛ̀ⲁ̀ⲅⲁⲑⲟⲛ:
He has filled the hungry with good things,
اشبع الجياع خيرات
o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ nee-etoiⲛⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲟⲓ enrama-oⲛ̀ⲣⲁⲙⲁⲟ̀ afoworpouⲁϥⲟ̀ⲩⲟ̀ⲣⲡⲟⲩ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ evshouit.ⲉⲩϣⲟⲩⲓⲧ.
and the rich He has sent away empty.
وصرف الأغنياء فارغين.
AftitotfⲀϥϯⲧⲟⲧϥ empisra-eelⲙ̀ⲡⲒⲥⲣⲁⲏ̀ⲗ pefalouⲡⲉϥⲁ̀ⲗⲟⲩ e-erfmeviⲉ̀ⲉ̀ⲣⲫⲙⲉⲩⲓ empefnai.ⲙ̀ⲡⲉϥⲛⲁⲓ.
He has helped His servant Israel,
عضد إسرائيل فتاة ليذكر رحمته كما تكلم مع آباءنا.
KataⲔⲁⲧⲁ efreetiⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ efsajiⲉ̀ϥⲥⲁϫⲓ nemⲛⲉⲙ nenioti:ⲛⲉⲛⲓⲟϯ:
in remembrance of His mercy,
إبراهيم ونسله إلى الأبد.
Abra-amⲀⲃⲣⲁⲁⲙ nemⲛⲉⲙ pefegrogⲡⲉϥϫ̀ⲣⲟϫ shaϣⲁ eneh.ⲉ̀ⲛⲉϩ.
as He spoke to our fathers,
فمكثت مريم عندها نحو ثلاثة أشهر ثم عادت إلى بيتها ممجدة الرب الإله ونعظمك باستحقاق يا من صرت محلا للكلمة الأزلية.
AsshopiⲀⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ theⲇⲉ nemasⲛⲉⲙⲁⲥ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ MariamⲘⲁⲣⲓⲁⲙ navⲛⲁⲩ shomtϣⲟⲙⲧ (shomt)(ⲅ̅) enavotⲛ̀ⲁ̀ⲃⲟⲧ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ askotsⲁⲥⲕⲟⲧⲥ epesee.ⲉ̀ⲡⲉⲥⲏⲓ.
to Abraham and to his seed forever." And Mary remained with her about three months, and returned to her house. (Luke 1:39-56)
