The Apostles were gathered,
إجتمع الرسل،
khenϧⲉⲛ epshaiⲡ̀ϣⲁⲓ entipenteekostee:ⲛ̀Ϯⲡⲉⲛⲧⲏⲕⲟⲥⲧⲏ:
on the day of Pentecost,
في عيد الخمسين،
khenϧⲉⲛ o-ahmiⲟⲩⲁϩⲙⲓ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ Sion:Ⲥⲓⲱⲛ:
in the upper room of Zion,
بعلية صهيون،
menensaⲙⲉⲛⲉⲛⲥⲁ Ti-anastasis.Ϯⲁ̀ⲛⲁⲥⲧⲁⲥⲓⲥ.
after the Resurrection.
بعد القيامة.
++ AⲀ̀ Pi-epnevmaⲠⲓⲡ̀ⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁ emparakleeton:ⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲣⲁⲕⲗⲏⲧⲟⲛ:
+ The Spirit of Comfort,
+ الروح المعزي،
etafiⲉ̀ⲧⲁϥⲓ̀ epeseetⲉ̀ⲡⲉⲥⲏⲧ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ etfe:ⲧ̀ⲫⲉ:
came down from heaven,
نزل من السماء،
afemtonⲁϥⲙ̀ⲧⲟⲛ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ efowaiⲫ̀ⲟⲩⲁⲓ efowai:ⲫ̀ⲟⲩⲁⲓ:
rested upon each one,
إستقر على واحد فواحد،
enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ni-apostolosⲛⲓⲁ̀ⲡⲟⲥⲧⲟⲗⲟⲥ ethowab.ⲉⲑⲟⲩⲁⲃ.
of the holy Apostles.
من الرسل القديسين.
AvsajiⲀⲩⲥⲁϫⲓ khenϧⲉⲛ hanmeeshϩⲁⲛⲙⲏϣ enlas:ⲛ̀ⲗⲁⲥ:
They spoke in many tongues,
فنطقوا بألسنة كثيرة،
khenϧⲉⲛ hanlasϩⲁⲛⲗⲁⲥ evoiⲉⲩⲟⲓ enekrom:ⲛ̀ⲭ̀ⲣⲱⲙ:
in tongues of fire,
بألسنة من نار،
avfoshⲁⲩⲫⲱϣ e-ehrafⲉ̀ϩ̀ⲣⲁϥ emepkahiⲙ̀ⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ teerf:ⲧⲏⲣϥ:
and they divided the whole earth,
فقسموا الأرض على كل واحد،
efowaiⲫ̀ⲟⲩⲁⲓ efowaiⲫ̀ⲟⲩⲁⲓ kataⲕⲁⲧⲁ tefkhora.ⲧⲉϥⲭⲱⲣⲁ.
each one according to his region.
فواحد حسب إقليمه.
++ AvsajiⲀⲩⲥⲁϫⲓ nemⲛⲉⲙ niethnosⲛⲓⲉⲑⲛⲟⲥ teerou:ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ:
+ They spoke to all nations,
+ وخاطبوا جميع الأمم،
khenϧⲉⲛ efnahtiⲫ̀ⲛⲁϩϯ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ Pi-ekhristos:Ⲡⲓⲭ̀ⲣⲓⲥⲧⲟⲥ:
in the faith of Christ,
بإيمان المسيح،
aviriⲁⲩⲓ̀ⲣⲓ enhaneshfeeriⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛϣ̀ⲫⲏⲣⲓ nemⲛⲉⲙ hangom:ϩⲁⲛϫⲟⲙ:
and performed wonders and,
وصنعوا عجائب وقوات،
emparathoksonⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲣⲁⲇⲟⲝⲟⲛ empe-emthoⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲙ̀ⲑⲟ enniouroou.ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲟⲩⲣⲱⲟⲩ.
astounding miracles before kings.
معجزة أمام الملوك.

Christ ascended into the heavens,
المسيح صعد إلى السموات،
afoworpⲁϥⲟⲩⲱⲣⲡ nanⲛⲁⲛ empiparakleeton.ⲙ̀Ⲡⲓⲡⲁⲣⲁⲕⲗⲏⲧⲟⲛ.
and sent us the Paraclete.
وأرسل لنا البارقليط.
++ FaiⲪⲁⲓ ereⲉ̀ⲣⲉ pi-oouⲡⲓⲱ̀ⲟⲩ ereprepiⲉⲣⲡ̀ⲣⲉⲡⲓ naf:ⲛⲁϥ:
+ This is He who is worthy of glory,
+ هذا الذي ينبغي له المجد،
nemⲛⲉⲙ PefiotⲠⲉϥⲓⲱⲧ enaghathos:ⲛ̀ⲁ̀ⲅⲁⲑⲟⲥ:
with His good Father,
مع أبيه الصالح،
nemⲛⲉⲙ Pi-epnevmaⲠⲓⲡ̀ⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁ Ethowab:Ⲉⲑⲟⲩⲁⲃ:
and the Holy Spirit,
والروح القدس،
isjenⲓⲥϫⲉⲛ tinouϯⲛⲟⲩ nemⲛⲉⲙ shaϣⲁ eneh.ⲉ̀ⲛⲉϩ.
both now and forever.
من الآن وإلى الأبد.
