AvechnonⲀⲩϭ̀ⲛⲟⲛ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ nefsajiⲛⲉϥⲥⲁϫⲓ ehoteⲉ̀ϩⲟⲧⲉ ouneh:ⲟⲩⲛⲉϩ:
His words were softer than oil,
كلامه الين من الدهن
o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ enthoouⲛ̀ⲑⲱⲟⲩ hanϩⲁⲛ sothnefⲥⲟⲑⲛⲉϥ ne:ⲛⲉ:
Yet they were drawn swords.
وهو نصال.
chi-esmeeϭⲓⲥ̀ⲙⲏ EfnotiⲪϯ etaⲉ̀ⲧⲁ eprosevshee:ⲡ̀ⲣⲟⲥⲉⲩⲭⲏ:
Give ear to my prayer, O God,
انصت يا الله لصلاتى.
o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ emperhiⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲣϩⲓ ephoⲡ̀ϩⲟ empatovh:ⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲧⲱⲃϩ:
And do not hide Yourself from my supplication.
ولا تغفل عن تضرعى:
