Ⲁⲓⲛⲁⲩ ⲉ̀ϯⲕ̀ⲧⲏⲥⲓⲥ ⲧⲏⲣⲥ ⲙ̀ⲫⲟⲟ̀ⲩالذكصولوجيةAinavⲀⲓⲛⲁⲩ eti-ekteesisⲉ̀ϯⲕ̀ⲧⲏⲥⲓⲥ teersⲧⲏⲣⲥ emfo-ou:ⲙ̀ⲫⲟⲟ̀ⲩ:
Today all the creations,
رأيت الخليقة كلها اليوم
eserlampinⲥ̀ⲉⲣⲗⲁⲙⲡⲓⲛ khenϧⲉⲛ ounishtiⲟ̀ⲩⲛⲓϣϯ enowoini:ⲛ̀ⲟ̀ⲩⲱ̀ⲓⲛⲓ:
saw a great illuminating light,
مضيئة بلمعان عظيم،
ethveⲉⲑⲃⲉ tinishtiϯⲛⲓϣϯ enthe-oria:ⲛ̀ⲑⲉⲱ̀ⲣⲓⲁ:
because the divine appearance,
من اجل الظهور الإلهى،
etavowonhⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲩⲟ̀ⲩⲱ̀ⲛϩ nanⲛⲁⲛ evol.ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ.
that was revealed to us.
الذى اعلن لنا.

+ For the Incorporeal was incarnate,
لأن غير المتجسد تجسد،

and the Virgin gave birth to Him,
ولدته العذراء،

like everyone else,
مثل كل احد،

but as God as well as man.
إلهاً وانسانا.

Bethlehem the city of David,
بيت لحم مدينة داود،

takes pride with joy,
تفتخر بتهليل،
jeϫⲉ asfaiⲁⲥϥⲁⲓ somatikos:ⲥⲱⲙⲁⲧⲓⲕⲟⲥ:
for she received to herself in the flesh,
لأنها حملت جسديا،
khaϧⲁ fee-ethijenⲫⲏⲉ̀ⲧϩⲓϫⲉⲛ nisherouvim.ⲛⲓⲬⲉⲣⲟⲩⲃⲓⲙ.
He who is on the Cherubim.
الذى على الشاروبيم.

+ THE BEING before the ages,
الكائن الذى كان،

the only Creator,
والمبدع وحده،

the destroyer of the bond of sin,
القاطع رباط الخطية،
avkoulolfⲁⲩⲕⲟⲩⲗⲱⲗϥ enhantoisi.ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲧⲱⲓⲥⲓ.
was wrapped in sackcloth.
لُف بخرق.
TiparthenosϮⲠⲁⲣⲑⲉⲛⲟⲥ Mariam:Ⲙⲁⲣⲓⲁⲙ:
Mary the Virgin,
العذراء مريم،
nemⲛⲉⲙ YoseefⲒⲱⲥⲏⲫ nemⲛⲉⲙ Salomi:Ⲥⲁⲗⲱⲙⲓ:
and Joseph and Salome,
ويوسف وسالومى،
avereshfeeriⲁⲩⲉ̀ⲣϣ̀ⲫⲏⲣⲓ emasho:ⲉ̀ⲙⲁϣⲱ:
marveled very much,
تعجبوا جداً،
ethveⲉⲑⲃⲉ nee-etavnavⲛⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲩⲛⲁⲩ ero-ou.ⲉ̀ⲣⲱⲟ̀ⲩ.
when they saw Him.
ممن رأوه.

+ The heavenly hosts,
العساكر السماوية،

praise on earth,
تسبح على الأرض منشده،
evgoⲉⲩϫⲱ entaiⲛ̀ⲧⲁⲓ himnosϩⲩⲙⲛⲟⲥ ethowab:ⲉ̅ⲑ̅ⲩ̅:
this holy song,
بهذا التسبيح المقدس،
evoshⲉⲩⲱϣ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ evgoⲉⲩϫⲱ emmos.ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ.
proclaiming and saying.
صارخه قائلة.
JeϪⲉ o-o-ouⲟ̀ⲩⲱ̀ⲟ̀ⲩ khenϧⲉⲛ nee-etchosiⲛⲏⲉ̀ⲧϭⲟⲥⲓ emefnoti:ⲙ̀Ⲫϯ:
Glory to God in the highest,
المجد لله فى الأعالى،
nemⲛⲉⲙ ouhireeneeⲟ̀ⲩϩⲓⲣⲏⲛⲏ hijenϩⲓϫⲉⲛ pikahi:ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ:
peace on earth,
وعلى الأرض السلام،
nemⲛⲉⲙ outimatiⲟ̀ⲩϯⲙⲁϯ khenϧⲉⲛ niromi:ⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ:
and good will toward men,
وفى الناس المسرة،
jeϫⲉ afiⲁϥⲓ̀ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ afsotiⲁϥⲥⲱϯ emmon.ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲛ.
for He came and saved us.
لأنه اتى وخلصنا.
++ Nimaneso-ouⲚⲓⲙⲁⲛⲉ̀ⲥⲱⲟ̀ⲩ etkhenⲉⲧϧⲉⲛ etkoi:ⲧ̀ⲕⲟⲓ:
+ The shepherds in the fields,
الرعاة الذين فى الحقل،
aviⲁⲩⲓ̀ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ avowoshtⲁⲩⲟ̀ⲩⲱ̀ϣⲧ emmof:ⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ:
came and worshiped Him,
اتوا وسجدوا له،
anonⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲛ honϩⲱⲛ tenowoshtⲧⲉⲛⲟ̀ⲩⲱ̀ϣⲧ emmof:ⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ:
and we too worship Him,
ونحن ايضاً نسجد له،
o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ entenermethreⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲛⲉ̀ⲣⲙⲉⲑⲣⲉ kharof.ϧⲁⲣⲟϥ.
and also testify.
ونشهد له.
JeϪⲉ enthofⲛ̀ⲑⲟϥ afiⲁϥⲓ̀ epikosmos:ⲉ̀ⲡⲓⲕⲟⲥⲙⲟⲥ:
That He came into the world,
انه اتى الى العالم،
afmasfⲁϥⲙⲁⲥϥ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ tiparthenos:ϯⲠⲁⲣⲑⲉⲛⲟⲥ:
and was born from the Virgin,
ووُلد من العذراء،
o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ afsotiⲁϥⲥⲱϯ empengenos:ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲛⲅⲉⲛⲟⲥ:
and saved our race,
وخلص جنسنا،
evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ haϩⲁ pithiavolosⲡⲓⲇⲓⲁⲃⲟⲗⲟⲥ etho-ou.ⲉⲧϩⲱⲟ̀ⲩ.
from the evil Devil.
من إبليس الشرير.
++ TenhosⲦⲉⲛϩⲱⲥ erofⲉ̀ⲣⲟϥ tenti-o-ouⲧⲉⲛϯⲱ̀ⲟ̀ⲩ naf:ⲛⲁϥ:
+ We praise and glorify Him,
نسبحه ونمجده،
tenerhowoⲧⲉⲛⲉ̀ⲣϩⲟⲩⲟ̀ chisiϭⲓⲥⲓ emmof:ⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ:
and exalt Him above all,
ونزيده علواً،
hosϩⲱⲥ aghathosⲁ̀ⲅⲁⲑⲟⲥ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ emmairomi:ⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ:
as a good One and Lover of man,
كصالح ومحب البشر،
naiⲛⲁⲓ nanⲛⲁⲛ kataⲕⲁⲧⲁ peknishtiⲡⲉⲕⲛⲓϣϯ ennai.ⲛ̀ⲛⲁⲓ.
have mercy upon us according to Your great mercy.
