But those things which are good and profitable do provide for us,
أما الصالحات والنافعات فارزقنا إياها،

for it is You who have given us the authority to tread on serpents
لأنك أنت الذي أعطيتنا السلطان
ehomiⲉ̀ϩⲱⲙⲓ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ nihofⲛⲓϩⲟϥ nemⲛⲉⲙ nichlee:ⲛⲓϭⲗⲏ:
and scorpions,
أن ندوس على الحيات
nemⲛⲉⲙ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ tigomϯϫⲟⲙ teersⲧⲏⲣⲥ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ pigaji.ⲡⲓϫⲁϫⲓ.
and upon all the power of the enemy.
والعقارب وكل قوة العدو.
O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ emperentenⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲣⲉⲛⲧⲉⲛ ekhounⲉ̀ϧⲟⲩⲛ epirasmos:ⲉ̀ⲡⲓⲣⲁⲥⲙⲟⲥ:
And lead us not into temptation,
ولا تدخلنا في تجربة،
