Chapter 21
Ⲕⲉⲫⲁⲗⲉⲟⲛ Ⲕ̅Ⲁ̅الأصحاح الحادي والعشرون21:121:1 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ ainavⲁⲓⲛⲁⲩ eoufeⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲫⲉ emveriⲙ̀ⲃⲉⲣⲓ nemⲛⲉⲙ oukahiⲟⲩⲕⲁϩⲓ emveriⲙ̀ⲃⲉⲣⲓ tifeϯⲫⲉ gharⲅⲁⲣ enhouitiⲛ̀ϩⲟⲩⲓϯ nemⲛⲉⲙ pikahiⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ avsheⲁⲩϣⲉ noouⲛⲱⲟⲩ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ emmonⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲛ yomⲓⲟⲙ je.ϫⲉ.
21:1 Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea.
1 ثُمَّ رَأَيْتُ سَمَاءً جَدِيدَةً وَأَرْضاً جَدِيدَةً، لأَنَّ السَّمَاءَ الأُولَى وَالأَرْضَ الأُولَى مَضَتَا، وَالْبَحْرُ لاَ يُوجَدُ فِي مَا بَعْدُ.
21:221:2 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ ainavⲁⲓⲛⲁⲩ etivakiⲉ̀ϯⲃⲁⲕⲓ ethowabⲉⲑⲟⲩⲁⲃ YerousaleemⲒⲉⲣⲟⲩⲥⲁⲗⲏⲙ emveriⲙ̀ⲃⲉⲣⲓ esneeouⲉⲥⲛⲏⲟⲩ epeseetⲉ̀ⲡⲉⲥⲏⲧ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ etfeⲧ̀ⲫⲉ hitenϩⲓⲧⲉⲛ EfnotiⲪ̀ϯ essevtotⲉⲥⲥⲉⲃⲧⲱⲧ emefreetiⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ enousheletⲛ̀ⲟⲩϣⲉⲗⲉⲧ esselsolⲉⲥⲥⲉⲗⲥⲱⲗ empeshai.ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲥϩⲁⲓ.
21:2 Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
2 وَأَنَا يُوحَنَّا رَأَيْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ الْمُقَدَّسَةَ أُورُشَلِيمَ الْجَدِيدَةَ نَازِلَةً مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللهِ مُهَيَّأَةً كَعَرُوسٍ مُزَيَّنَةٍ لِرَجُلِهَا.
21:321:3 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ aisotemⲁⲓⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ eounishtiⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ enesmeeⲛ̀ⲥ̀ⲙⲏ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ etfeⲧ̀ⲫⲉ esgoⲉⲥϫⲱ emmos:ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ:
21:3 And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, "Behold,
3 وَسَمِعْتُ صَوْتاً عَظِيماً مِنَ السَّمَاءِ قَائِلاً:
jeϫⲉ isⲓⲥ ti-eskineeϯⲥ̀ⲕⲩⲛⲏ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ EfnotiⲪ̀ϯ eskeeⲉⲥⲭⲏ nemⲛⲉⲙ niromiⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ efeshopiⲉϥⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ enemoouⲛ̀ⲉⲙⲱⲟⲩ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ enthoouⲛ̀ⲑⲱⲟⲩ hoouϩⲱⲟⲩ eveshopiⲉⲩⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ nafⲛⲁϥ eoulaosⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲗⲁⲟⲥ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ enthofⲛ̀ⲑⲟϥ EfnotiⲪ̀ϯ efeshopiⲉϥⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ nemoou.ⲛⲉⲙⲱⲟⲩ.
the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God.
«هُوَذَا مَسْكَنُ اللهِ مَعَ النَّاسِ، وَهُوَ سَيَسْكُنُ مَعَهُمْ، وَهُمْ يَكُونُونَ لَهُ شَعْباً. وَاللهُ نَفْسُهُ يَكُونُ مَعَهُمْ إِلَهاً لَهُمْ.
21:421:4 EfefetⲈϥⲉ̀ϥⲉⲧ ermeeⲉⲣⲙⲏ nivenⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ nouvalⲛⲟⲩⲃⲁⲗ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ enneⲛ̀ⲛⲉ mouⲙⲟⲩ shopiϣⲱⲡⲓ jeϫⲉ outheⲟⲩⲇⲉ heeviϩⲏⲃⲓ outheⲟⲩⲇⲉ ekhroouϧ̀ⲣⲱⲟⲩ enneⲛ̀ⲛⲉ khisiϧⲓⲥⲓ shopiϣⲱⲡⲓ jeϫⲉ epitheeⲉⲡⲓⲇⲏ nihowatiⲛⲓϩⲟⲩⲁϯ avsiniⲁⲩⲥⲓⲛⲓ heeppeϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ senaerveriⲥⲉⲛⲁⲉⲣⲃⲉⲣⲓ teerou.ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ.
21:4 And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away."
4 وَسَيَمْسَحُ اللهُ كُلَّ دَمْعَةٍ مِنْ عُيُونِهِمْ، وَالْمَوْتُ لاَ يَكُونُ فِي مَا بَعْدُ، وَلاَ يَكُونُ حُزْنٌ وَلاَ صُرَاخٌ وَلاَ وَجَعٌ فِي مَا بَعْدُ، لأَنَّ الأُمُورَ الأُولَى قَدْ مَضَتْ».
21:521:5 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ pejeⲡⲉϫⲉ feeⲫⲏ ethemsiⲉⲧϩⲉⲙⲥⲓ hiϩⲓ pi-ethronosⲡⲓⲑ̀ⲣⲟⲛⲟⲥ nee:ⲛⲏⲓ:
21:5 Then He who sat on the throne said, "Behold,
5 وَقَالَ الْجَالِسُ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ:
jeϫⲉ heeppeϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ tina-aitouϯⲛⲁⲁⲓⲧⲟⲩ emveriⲙ̀ⲃⲉⲣⲓ teerou.ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ.
I make all things new." And He said to me,
«هَا أَنَا أَصْنَعُ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ جَدِيداً».
O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ pegafⲡⲉϫⲁϥ nee:ⲛⲏⲓ:
"Write,
وَقَالَ لِيَ: «اكْتُبْ،
jeϫⲉ eskhaiⲥ̀ϧⲁⲓ ennaisajiⲛ̀ⲛⲁⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ se-enhotⲥⲉⲛ̀ϩⲟⲧ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ hanmethmeeϩⲁⲛⲙⲉⲑⲙⲏⲓ ne.ⲛⲉ.
for these words are true and faithful."
فَإِنَّ هَذِهِ الأَقْوَالَ صَادِقَةٌ وَأَمِينَةٌ».
21:621:6 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ pegafⲡⲉϫⲁϥ nee:ⲛⲏⲓ:
21:6 And He said to me, "It is done!
6 ثُمَّ قَالَ لِي: «قَدْ تَمَّ!
jeϫⲉ AnokⲀ̀ⲛⲟⲕ peⲡⲉ pialafaⲡⲓⲀⲗⲁⲫⲁ nemⲛⲉⲙ piomegha:ⲡⲓⲰⲙⲉⲅⲁ:
I am the Alpha and the Omega,
أَنَا هُوَ الأَلِفُ وَالْيَاءُ،
tiarsheeϯⲀⲣⲭⲏ nemⲛⲉⲙ pigokⲡⲓϪⲱⲕ evol.ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ.
the Beginning and the End.
الْبِدَايَةُ وَالنِّهَايَةُ.
AnokⲀ̀ⲛⲟⲕ peⲡⲉ feeⲫⲏ ethnatiⲉⲑⲛⲁϯ emfeeⲙ̀ⲫⲏ etoviⲉⲧⲟⲃⲓ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ timoumiϯⲙⲟⲩⲙⲓ emmoouⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ enonkhⲛ̀ⲱⲛϧ enjinjee.ⲛ̀ϫⲓⲛϫⲏ.
I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts.
أَنَا أُعْطِي الْعَطْشَانَ مِنْ يَنْبُوعِ مَاءِ الْحَيَاةِ مَجَّاناً.
21:721:7 FeeⲪⲏ ethna-echroⲉⲑⲛⲁϭ̀ⲣⲟ efe-erkleeronominⲉϥⲉ̀ⲉ̀ⲣⲕⲗⲏⲣⲟⲛⲟⲙⲓⲛ ennaiⲛ̀ⲛⲁⲓ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ ei-eshopiⲉⲓⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ nafⲛⲁϥ ennotiⲛ̀ⲛⲟⲩϯ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ enthofⲛ̀ⲑⲟϥ efeshopiⲉϥⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ neeⲛⲏⲓ ensheeri.ⲛ̀ϣⲏⲣⲓ.
21:7 He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son.
7 مَنْ يَغْلِبْ يَرِثْ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ، وَأَكُونُ لَهُ إِلَهاً وَهُوَ يَكُونُ لِيَ ابْناً.
21:821:8 NeeⲚⲏ theⲇⲉ ethnaereshlahⲉⲑⲛⲁⲉⲣϣ̀ⲗⲁϩ enheetⲛ̀ϩⲏⲧ nemⲛⲉⲙ niatnahtiⲛⲓⲁⲧⲛⲁϩϯ nemⲛⲉⲙ nisafheetⲛⲓⲥⲁϥϩⲏⲧ nemⲛⲉⲙ nirefkhotebⲛⲓⲣⲉϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ nemⲛⲉⲙ nipornosⲛⲓⲡⲟⲣⲛⲟⲥ nemⲛⲉⲙ nishamsheⲛⲓϣⲁⲙϣⲉ ikhⲓϧ nemⲛⲉⲙ nisamethnougⲛⲓⲥⲁⲙⲉⲑⲛⲟⲩϫ poumerosⲡⲟⲩⲙⲉⲣⲟⲥ efeshopiⲉϥⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ khenϧⲉⲛ tilimneeϯⲗⲩⲙⲛⲏ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ pi-ekromⲡⲓⲭ̀ⲣⲱⲙ nemⲛⲉⲙ pitheenⲡⲓⲑⲏⲛ eteⲉ̀ⲧⲉ pimouⲡⲓⲙⲟⲩ mmahesnotiⲙⲙⲁϩⲥ̀ⲛⲟⲩϯ (esnav)(ⲃ̅) pe.ⲡⲉ.
21:8 But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."
8 وَأَمَّا الْخَائِفُونَ وَغَيْرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالرَّجِسُونَ وَالْقَاتِلُونَ وَالزُّنَاةُ وَالسَّحَرَةُ وَعَبَدَةُ الأَوْثَانِ وَجَمِيعُ الْكَذَبَةِ فَنَصِيبُهُمْ فِي الْبُحَيْرَةِ الْمُتَّقِدَةِ بِنَارٍ وَكِبْرِيتٍ، الَّذِي هُوَ الْمَوْتُ الثَّانِي».
21:921:9 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ afiⲁϥⲓ̀ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ o-waiⲟⲩⲁⲓ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ pishashfⲡⲓϣⲁϣϥ (shashf)(ⲍ̅) enangelosⲛ̀ⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ neeⲛⲏ eteⲉ̀ⲧⲉ tishashfϯϣⲁϣϥ (shashf)(ⲍ̅) emfi-aleeⲙ̀ⲫⲩⲁ̀ⲗⲏ entotouⲛ̀ⲧⲟⲧⲟⲩ evmehⲉⲩⲙⲉϩ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ pishashfⲡⲓϣⲁϣϥ (shashf)(ⲍ̅) enerkhotⲛ̀ⲉⲣϧⲟⲧ enkha-eⲛ̀ϧⲁⲉ̀ afsajiⲁϥⲥⲁϫⲓ nemeeⲛⲉⲙⲏⲓ efgoⲉϥϫⲱ emmos:ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ:
21:9 Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls filled with the seven last plagues came to me and talked with me, saying, "Come,
9 ثُمَّ جَاءَ إِلَيَّ وَاحِدٌ مِنَ السَّبْعَةِ الْمَلاَئِكَةِ الَّذِينَ مَعَهُمُ السَّبْعَةُ الْجَامَاتُ الْمَمْلُوَّةُ مِنَ السَّبْعِ الضَّرَبَاتِ الأَخِيرَةِ، وَتَكَلَّمَ مَعِي قَائِلاً:
jeϫⲉ amouⲁ̀ⲙⲟⲩ entatamokⲛ̀ⲧⲁⲧⲁⲙⲟⲕ etisheletⲉ̀ϯϣⲉⲗⲉⲧ eteshimiⲧ̀ⲥ̀ϩⲓⲙⲓ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ pihieeb.ⲡⲓϨⲓⲏⲃ.
I will show you the bride, the Lamb's wife."
«هَلُمَّ فَأُرِيَكَ الْعَرُوسَ امْرَأَةَ الْحَمَلِ».
21:1021:10 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ afoltⲁϥⲟⲗⲧ khenϧⲉⲛ pi-epnevmaⲡⲓⲡ̀ⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁ e-epshoiⲉ̀ⲡ̀ϣⲱⲓ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ ounishtiⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ entoouⲛ̀ⲧⲱⲟⲩ efchosiⲉϥϭⲟⲥⲓ aftamoiⲁϥⲧⲁⲙⲟⲓ etivakiⲉ̀ϯⲃⲁⲕⲓ ethowabⲉ̅ⲑ̅ⲩ̅ YerousaleemⲒⲉⲣⲟⲩⲥⲁⲗⲏⲙ esneeouⲉⲥⲛⲏⲟⲩ epeseetⲉ̀ⲡⲉⲥⲏⲧ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ etfeⲧ̀ⲫⲉ hitenϩⲓⲧⲉⲛ Efnoti.Ⲫ̀ϯ.
21:10 And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,
10 وَذَهَبَ بِي بِالرُّوحِ إِلَى جَبَلٍ عَظِيمٍ عَالٍ، وَأَرَانِي الْمَدِينَةَ الْعَظِيمَةَ أُورُشَلِيمَ الْمُقَدَّسَةَ نَازِلَةً مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللهِ،
21:1121:11 TheeⲐⲏ ethowabⲉⲑⲟⲩⲁⲃ ethmehⲉⲑⲙⲉϩ enoouⲛ̀ⲱ̀ⲟⲩ pesowoiniⲡⲉⲥⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ theⲇⲉ efoiⲉϥⲟⲓ enowoiniⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ eftaieeoutⲉϥⲧⲁⲓⲏⲟⲩⲧ emefreetiⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ enowowoiniⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ eniaspisⲛ̀ⲓⲁⲥⲡⲓⲥ eftaieeoutⲉϥⲧⲁⲓⲏⲟⲩⲧ efoiⲉϥⲟⲓ enekhristalos.ⲛ̀ⲭ̀ⲣⲓⲥⲧⲁⲗⲟⲥ.
21:11 having the glory of God. Her light was like a most precious stone, like a jasper stone, clear as crystal.
11 لَهَا مَجْدُ اللهِ، وَلَمَعَانُهَا شِبْهُ أَكْرَمِ حَجَرٍ كَحَجَرِ يَشْبٍ بَلُّورِيٍّ.
21:12 Eowon entas enounishti ensovt emmav efchosi nem pimeetesnav (meet esnav) empilon o-woh pimeetesnav (meet esnav) enangelos hiren nipilon nem hanran eveskheeout e-efran entimeetesnav (meet esnav) emfilee ente nensheeri emepisraeel:21:12 Ⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲛ̀ⲧⲁⲥ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ ⲛ̀ⲥⲟⲃⲧ ⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲩ ⲉϥϭⲟⲥⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲓⲙⲏⲧⲥ̀ⲛⲁⲩ (ⲓ̅ⲃ̅) ⲙ̀ⲡⲩⲗⲱⲛ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲓⲙⲏⲧⲥ̀ⲛⲁⲩ (ⲓ̅ⲃ̅) ⲛ̀ⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ ϩⲓⲣⲉⲛ ⲛⲓⲡⲩⲗⲱⲛ ⲛⲉⲙ ϩⲁⲛⲣⲁⲛ ⲉⲩⲥ̀ϧⲏⲟⲩⲧ ⲉ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲁⲛ ⲛ̀ϯⲙⲏⲧⲥ̀ⲛⲁⲩ (ⲓ̅ⲃ̅) ⲙ̀ⲫⲩⲗⲏ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲛⲉⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡ̀Ⲓⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ:
21:12 Also she had a great and high wall with twelve gates, and twelve angels at the gates, and names written on them, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
12 وَكَانَ لَهَا سُورٌ عَظِيمٌ وَعَالٍ، وَكَانَ لَهَا اثْنَا عَشَرَ بَاباً، وَعَلَى الأَبْوَابِ اثْنَا عَشَرَ مَلاَكاً، وَأَسْمَاءٌ مَكْتُوبَةٌ هِيَ أَسْمَاءُ أَسْبَاطِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ الاِثْنَيْ عَشَرَ.
21:1321:13 Sa-epeievtⲤⲁⲡ̀ⲉⲓⲉⲃⲧ shomtϣⲟⲙⲧ (shomt)(ⲅ̅) empilonⲙ̀ⲡⲩⲗⲱⲛ sareesⲥⲁⲣⲏⲥ emmosⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ shomtϣⲟⲙⲧ (shomt)(ⲅ̅) empilonⲙ̀ⲡⲩⲗⲱⲛ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ epementⲡ̀ⲉⲙⲉⲛⲧ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ tipolisϯⲡⲟⲗⲓⲥ shomtϣⲟⲙⲧ (shomt)(ⲅ̅) empilonⲙ̀ⲡⲩⲗⲱⲛ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ sapemhitⲥⲁⲡⲉⲙϩⲓⲧ shomtϣⲟⲙⲧ (shomt)(ⲅ̅) empilon.ⲙ̀ⲡⲩⲗⲱⲛ.
21:13 three gates on the east, three gates on the north, three gates on the south, and three gates on the west.
13 مِنَ الشَّرْقِ ثَلاَثَةُ أَبْوَابٍ، وَمِنَ الشِّمَالِ ثَلاَثَةُ أَبْوَابٍ، وَمِنَ الْجَنُوبِ ثَلاَثَةُ أَبْوَابٍ وَمِنَ الْغَرْبِ ثَلاَثَةُ أَبْوَابٍ.
21:14 O-woh pisovt ente tipolis eowon meetesnav (meet esnav) ensenti emmof o-woh eveskheeout hiotou enje efran empimeetesnav (meet esnav) enapostolos ente pihieeb.21:14 Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲓⲥⲟⲃⲧ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ϯⲡⲟⲗⲓⲥ ⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲙⲏⲧⲥ̀ⲛⲁⲩ (ⲓ̅ⲃ̅) ⲛ̀ⲥⲉⲛϯ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩⲥ̀ϧⲏⲟⲩⲧ ϩⲓⲱⲧⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲫ̀ⲣⲁⲛ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲙⲏⲧⲥ̀ⲛⲁⲩ (ⲓ̅ⲃ̅) ⲛ̀ⲁ̀ⲡⲟⲥⲧⲟⲗⲟⲥ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲡⲓϨⲓⲏⲃ.
21:14 Now the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
14 وَسُورُ الْمَدِينَةِ كَانَ لَهُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ أَسَاساً، وَعَلَيْهَا أَسْمَاءُ رُسُلِ الْحَمَلِ الاِثْنَيْ عَشَرَ.
21:1521:15 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ feeⲫⲏ etsajiⲉⲧⲥⲁϫⲓ nemeeⲛⲉⲙⲏⲓ eowonⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲟⲛ oukashⲟⲩⲕⲁϣ ennoubⲛ̀ⲛⲟⲩⲃ entotfⲛ̀ⲧⲟⲧϥ hinaϩⲓⲛⲁ entefshiⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥϣⲓ entivakiⲛ̀ϯⲃⲁⲕⲓ nemⲛⲉⲙ neseshtomⲛⲉⲥϣ̀ⲑⲟⲙ nemⲛⲉⲙ nessovt.ⲛⲉⲥⲥⲟⲃⲧ.
21:15 And he who talked with me had a gold reed to measure the city, its gates, and its wall.
15 وَالَّذِي كَانَ يَتَكَلَّمُ مَعِي كَانَ مَعَهُ قَصَبَةٌ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ لِكَيْ يَقِيسَ الْمَدِينَةَ وَأَبْوَابَهَا وَسُورَهَا.
21:16 O-woh tivaki ne outetraghonon te o-woh emefreeti entesshiee paireeti on pe tesoweeshsi o-woh afshi entivaki afjems esoi emmeetesnav (meet esnav) ensho enestathion enshiee nem tesoweeshsi nem peschisi evoi enouhisos.21:16 Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϯⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲛⲉ ⲟⲩⲧⲉⲧⲣⲁⲅⲱⲛⲟⲛ ⲧⲉ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲥϣⲓⲏ ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲟⲛ ⲡⲉ ⲧⲉⲥⲟⲩⲏϣⲥⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϣⲓ ⲛ̀ϯⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲁϥϫⲉⲙⲥ ⲉⲥⲟⲓ ⲙ̀ⲙⲏⲧⲥ̀ⲛⲁⲩ (ⲓ̅ⲃ̅) ⲛ̀ϣⲟ ⲛ̀ⲥ̀ⲧⲁⲇⲓⲟⲛ ⲛ̀ϣⲓⲏ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲧⲉⲥⲟⲩⲏϣⲥⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲉⲥϭⲓⲥⲓ ⲉⲩⲟⲓ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩϩⲩⲥⲟⲥ.
21:16 The city is laid out as a square; its length is as great as its breadth. And he measured the city with the reed: twelve thousand furlongs. Its length, breadth, and height are equal.
16 وَالْمَدِينَةُ كَانَتْ مَوْضُوعَةً مُرَبَّعَةً، طُولُهَا بِقَدْرِ الْعَرْضِ. فَقَاسَ الْمَدِينَةَ بِالْقَصَبَةِ مَسَافَةَ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ أَلْفَ غَلْوَةٍ. الطُّولُ وَالْعَرْضُ وَالاِرْتِفَاعُ مُتَسَاوِيَةٌ.

21:17 Then he measured its wall: one hundred and forty-four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of an angel.
17 وَقَاسَ سُورَهَا: مِئَةً وَأَرْبَعاً وَأَرْبَعِينَ ذِرَاعاً، ذِرَاعَ إِنْسَانٍ (أَيِ الْمَلاَكُ).

21:18 The construction of its wall was of jasper; and the city was pure gold, like clear glass.
18 وَكَانَ بِنَاءُ سُورِهَا مِنْ يَشْبٍ، وَالْمَدِينَةُ ذَهَبٌ نَقِيٌّ شِبْهُ زُجَاجٍ نَقِيٍّ.

21:19 The foundations of the wall of the city were adorned with all kinds of precious stones:
19 وَأَسَاسَاتُ سُورِ الْمَدِينَةِ مُزَيَّنَةٌ بِكُلِّ حَجَرٍ كَرِيمٍ.

21:21 The twelve gates were twelve pearls: each individual gate was of one pearl. And the street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass.
21 وَالاِثْنَا عَشَرَ بَاباً اثْنَتَا عَشَرَةَ لُؤْلُؤَةً، كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنَ الأَبْوَابِ كَانَ مِنْ لُؤْلُؤَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ. وَسُوقُ الْمَدِينَةِ ذَهَبٌ نَقِيٌّ كَزُجَاجٍ شَفَّافٍ.

21:22 But I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple.
22 وَلَمْ أَرَ فِيهَا هَيْكَلاً، لأَنَّ الرَّبَّ اللهَ الْقَادِرَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ هُوَ وَالْحَمَلُ هَيْكَلُهَا.

21:23 The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light.
23 وَالْمَدِينَةُ لاَ تَحْتَاجُ إِلَى الشَّمْسِ وَلاَ إِلَى الْقَمَرِ لِيُضِيئَا فِيهَا، لأَنَّ مَجْدَ اللهِ قَدْ أَنَارَهَا، وَالْحَمَلُ سِرَاجُهَا.

21:24 And the nations of those who are saved shall walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it.
24 وَتَمْشِي شُعُوبُ الْمُخَلَّصِينَ بِنُورِهَا، وَمُلُوكُ الأَرْضِ يَجِيئُونَ بِمَجْدِهِمْ وَكَرَامَتِهِمْ إِلَيْهَا.
21:2521:25 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ nespilonⲛⲉⲥⲡⲩⲗⲱⲛ ennou-eshtamⲛ̀ⲛⲟⲩϣ̀ⲑⲁⲙ empi-ehoouⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲉ̀ϩⲟⲟⲩ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ enneⲛ̀ⲛⲉ egorhⲉ̀ϫⲱⲣϩ shopiϣⲱⲡⲓ emmav.ⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲩ.
21:25 Its gates shall not be shut at all by day (there shall be no night there).
25 وَأَبْوَابُهَا لَنْ تُغْلَقَ نَهَاراً، لأَنَّ لَيْلاً لاَ يَكُونُ هُنَاكَ.
21:2621:26 Eve-iⲈⲩⲉ̀ⲓ̀ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ niethnosⲛⲓⲉⲑⲛⲟⲥ nemⲛⲉⲙ powoouⲡⲟⲩⲱ̀ⲟⲩ nemⲛⲉⲙ poutaioⲡⲟⲩⲧⲁⲓⲟ ekhounⲉ̀ϧⲟⲩⲛ eros.ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲥ.
21:26 And they shall bring the glory and the honor of the nations into it.
26 وَيَجِيئُونَ بِمَجْدِ الأُمَمِ وَكَرَامَتِهِمْ إِلَيْهَا.

21:27 But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb's Book of Life.
27 وَلَنْ يَدْخُلَهَا شَيْءٌ دَنِسٌ وَلاَ مَا يَصْنَعُ رَجِساً وَكَذِباً، إِلَّا الْمَكْتُوبِينَ فِي سِفْرِ حَيَاةِ الْحَمَلِ.
