Chapter 16
Ⲕⲉⲫⲁⲗⲉⲟⲛ Ⲓ̅ⲋ̅الإصحاح السادس عشر16:116:1 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ aisotemⲁⲓⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ eounishtiⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ enesmeeⲛ̀ⲥ̀ⲙⲏ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ etfeⲧ̀ⲫⲉ esgoⲉⲥϫⲱ emmosⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ enniangelos:ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ:
16:1 Then I heard a loud voice from the temple saying to the seven angels,
1 وَسَمِعْتُ صَوْتاً عَظِيماً مِنَ الْهَيْكَلِ قَائِلاً لِلسَّبْعَةِ الْمَلاَئِكَةِ:
jeϫⲉ masheⲙⲁϣⲉ notenⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ jeshϫⲉϣ netenfi-aleeⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲫⲩⲁ̀ⲗⲏ epeseetⲉ̀ⲡⲉⲥⲏⲧ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ epemvonⲡ̀ⲉⲙⲃⲟⲛ emefnoti.ⲙ̀Ⲫ̀ϯ.
"Go and pour out the bowls* of the wrath of God on the earth."
«امْضُوا وَاسْكُبُوا جَامَاتِ غَضَبِ اللهِ عَلَى الأَرْضِ».
16:216:2 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ afsheⲁϥϣⲉ nafⲛⲁϥ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ pihouitⲡⲓϩⲟⲩⲓⲧ enangelosⲛ̀ⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ afjeshⲁϥϫⲉϣ teffi-aleeⲧⲉϥⲫⲩⲁ̀ⲗⲏ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ pikahiⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ aⲁ oushashiⲟⲩϣⲁϣⲓ efhoouⲉϥϩⲱⲟⲩ shopiϣⲱⲡⲓ khenϧⲉⲛ niromiⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ neeⲛⲏ ettobⲉⲧⲧⲟⲃ epitheerionⲉ̀ⲡⲓⲑⲏⲣⲓⲟⲛ nemⲛⲉⲙ neeⲛⲏ ethowoshtⲉⲑⲟⲩⲱϣⲧ entefhikon.ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥϩⲩⲕⲱⲛ.
16:2 So the first went and poured out his bowl upon the earth, and a foul and loathsome sore came upon the men who had the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image.
2 فَمَضَى الأَوَّلُ وَسَكَبَ جَامَهُ عَلَى الأَرْضِ فَحَدَثَتْ دَمَامِلُ خَبِيثَةٌ وَرَدِيَّةٌ عَلَى النَّاسِ الَّذِينَ بِهِمْ سِمَةُ الْوَحْشِ وَالَّذِينَ يَسْجُدُونَ لِصُورَتِهِ.
16:316:3 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ aⲁ pimahesnavⲡⲓⲙⲁϩⲥ̀ⲛⲁⲩ (esnav)(ⲃ̅) enangelosⲛ̀ⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ afgoshⲁϥϫⲱϣ enteffi-aleeⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲫⲩⲁ̀ⲗⲏ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ efiomⲫ̀ⲓⲟⲙ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ aferesnofⲁϥⲉⲣⲥ̀ⲛⲟϥ emefreetiⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ emfaⲙ̀ⲫⲁ ourefmooutⲟⲩⲣⲉϥⲙⲱⲟⲩⲧ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ psisheeⲯⲩⲭⲏ nivenⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ etonkhⲉⲧⲟⲛϧ avmouⲁⲩⲙⲟⲩ khenϧⲉⲛ efiom.ⲫ̀ⲓⲟⲙ.
16:3 Then the second angel poured out his bowl on the sea, and it became blood as of a dead man; and every living creature in the sea died.
3 ثُمَّ سَكَبَ الْمَلاَكُ الثَّانِي جَامَهُ عَلَى الْبَحْرِ، فَصَارَ دَماً كَدَمِ مَيِّتٍ. وَكُلُّ نَفْسٍ حَيَّةٍ مَاتَتْ فِي الْبَحْرِ.
16:416:4 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ aⲁ pimahshomtⲡⲓⲙⲁϩϣⲟⲙⲧ (shomt)(ⲅ̅) enangelosⲛ̀ⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ afgoshⲁϥϫⲱϣ enteffi-aleeⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲫⲩⲁ̀ⲗⲏ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ niaroouⲛⲓⲓⲁⲣⲱⲟⲩ nemⲛⲉⲙ nimoumiⲛⲓⲙⲟⲩⲙⲓ emmoouⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ averesnof.ⲁⲩⲉⲣⲥ̀ⲛⲟϥ.
16:4 Then the third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water, and they became blood.
4 ثُمَّ سَكَبَ الْمَلاَكُ الثَّالِثُ جَامَهُ عَلَى الأَنْهَارِ وَعَلَى يَنَابِيعِ الْمِيَاهِ، فَصَارَتْ دَماً.
16:516:5 AisotemⲀⲓⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ epiangelosⲉ̀ⲡⲓⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ nimoouⲛⲓⲙⲱⲟⲩ efgoⲉϥϫⲱ emmos:ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ:
16:5 And I heard the angel of the waters saying:
5 وَسَمِعْتُ مَلاَكَ الْمِيَاهِ يَقُولُ:
jeϫⲉ EnthokⲚ̀ⲑⲟⲕ ou-ethmeeⲟⲩⲑ̀ⲙⲏⲓ feeⲫⲏ etshopⲉⲧϣⲟⲡ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ feeⲫⲏ enafshop:ⲉⲛⲁϥϣⲟⲡ:
"You are righteous, O Lord, The One who is and who was and who is to be,
«عَادِلٌ أَنْتَ أَيُّهَا الْكَائِنُ وَالَّذِي كَانَ وَالَّذِي يَكُونُ،
jeϫⲉ aktihapⲁⲕϯϩⲁⲡ enai.ⲉ̀ⲛⲁⲓ.
Because You have judged these things.
لأَنَّكَ حَكَمْتَ هَكَذَا.
16:616:6 JeϪⲉ pi-esnofⲡⲓⲥ̀ⲛⲟϥ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ nimartirosⲛⲓⲙⲁⲣⲧⲩⲣⲟⲥ nemⲛⲉⲙ ni-eprofeeteesⲛⲓⲡ̀ⲣⲟⲫⲏⲧⲏⲥ avfonfⲁⲩⲫⲟⲛϥ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ aktiⲁⲕϯ esnofⲥ̀ⲛⲟϥ noouⲛⲱⲟⲩ esoⲉ̀ⲥⲱ jeϫⲉ semepsha.ⲥⲉⲙⲡ̀ϣⲁ.
16:6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, And You have given them blood to drink. For it is their just due."
6 لأَنَّهُمْ سَفَكُوا دَمَ قِدِّيسِينَ وَأَنْبِيَاءَ، فَأَعْطَيْتَهُمْ دَماً لِيَشْرَبُوا. لأَنَّهُمْ مُسْتَحِقُّونَ!»
16:716:7 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ aisotemⲁⲓⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ epima-enershooushiⲉ̀ⲡⲓⲙⲁⲛ̀ⲉⲣϣⲱⲟⲩϣⲓ efgoⲉϥϫⲱ emmos:ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ:
16:7 And I heard another from the altar saying,
7 وَسَمِعْتُ آخَرَ مِنَ الْمَذْبَحِ قَائِلاً:
jeϫⲉ seⲥⲉ EpshoisⲠ̀ⲟ̅ⲥ̅ EfnotiⲪ̀ϯ pipantokrator:ⲡⲓⲠⲁⲛⲧⲟⲕⲣⲁⲧⲱⲣ:
"Even so, Lord God Almighty,
«نَعَمْ أَيُّهَا الرَّبُّ الْإِلَهُ الْقَادِرُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ!
pi-ethmeeⲡⲓⲑ̀ⲙⲏⲓ nekhapⲛⲉⲕϩⲁⲡ teerouⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ hanmethmeeϩⲁⲛⲙⲉⲑⲙⲏⲓ ne.ⲛⲉ.
true and righteous are Your judgments."
حَقٌّ وَعَادِلَةٌ هِيَ أَحْكَامُكَ».
16:816:8 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ pimaheftoouⲡⲓⲙⲁϩϥ̀ⲧⲟⲟⲩ (eftou)(ⲇ̅) enangelosⲛ̀ⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ afgoshⲁϥϫⲱϣ enteffi-aleeⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲫⲩⲁ̀ⲗⲏ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ efreeⲫ̀ⲣⲏ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ avteeisⲁⲩⲧⲏⲓⲥ nafⲛⲁϥ e-erkavmaⲉ̀ⲉⲣⲕⲁⲩⲙⲁ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ niromiⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ khenϧⲉⲛ ounishtiⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ enkavma.ⲛ̀ⲕⲁⲩⲙⲁ.
16:8 Then the fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and power was given to him to scorch men with fire.
8 ثُمَّ سَكَبَ الْمَلاَكُ الرَّابِعُ جَامَهُ عَلَى الشَّمْسِ فَأُعْطِيَتْ أَنْ تُحْرِقَ النَّاسَ بِنَارٍ،
16:916:9 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ averkavmaⲁⲩⲉⲣⲕⲁⲩⲙⲁ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ niromiⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ avjeowaⲁⲩϫⲉⲟⲩⲁ e-efranⲉ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲁⲛ emefnotiⲙ̀Ⲫ̀ϯ feeⲫⲏ eteⲉ̀ⲧⲉ o-ontefⲟⲩⲟⲛⲧⲉϥ ershishiⲉⲣϣⲓϣⲓ emmavⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲩ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ naierkhotⲛⲁⲓⲉⲣϧⲟⲧ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ empowermetanoinⲙ̀ⲡⲟⲩⲉⲣⲙⲉⲧⲁⲛⲟⲓⲛ etioouⲉ̀ϯⲱⲟⲩ emefnoti.ⲙ̀Ⲫ̀ϯ.
16:9 And men were scorched with great heat, and they blasphemed the name of God who has power over these plagues; and they did not repent and give Him glory.
9 فَاحْتَرَقَ النَّاسُ احْتِرَاقاً عَظِيماً، وَجَدَّفُوا عَلَى اسْمِ اللهِ الَّذِي لَهُ سُلْطَانٌ عَلَى هَذِهِ الضَّرَبَاتِ، وَلَمْ يَتُوبُوا لِيُعْطُوهُ مَجْداً.
16:1016:10 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ pimahetioouⲡⲓⲙⲁϩⲉⲧⲓⲟⲟⲩ (etiou)(ⲉ̅) enangelosⲛ̀ⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ afgoshⲁϥϫⲱϣ enteffi-aleeⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲫⲩⲁ̀ⲗⲏ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ pi-ethronosⲡⲓⲑ̀ⲣⲟⲛⲟⲥ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ pitheerionⲡⲓⲑⲏⲣⲓⲟⲛ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ aserkhakiⲁⲥⲉⲣⲭⲁⲕⲓ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ tefmetouroⲧⲉϥⲙⲉⲧⲟⲩⲣⲟ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ navowogowegⲛⲁⲩⲟⲩⲟϫⲟⲩⲉϫ ennoulasⲛ̀ⲛⲟⲩⲗⲁⲥ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ pi-emkah.ⲡⲓⲙ̀ⲕⲁϩ.
16:10 Then the fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom became full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues because of the pain.
10 ثُمَّ سَكَبَ الْمَلاَكُ الْخَامِسُ جَامَهُ عَلَى عَرْشِ الْوَحْشِ، فَصَارَتْ مَمْلَكَتُهُ مُظْلِمَةً. وَكَانُوا يَعَضُّونَ عَلَى أَلْسِنَتِهِمْ مِنَ الْوَجَعِ.
16:1116:11 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ avjeowaⲁⲩϫⲉⲟⲩⲁ̀ e-efnotiⲉ̀Ⲫ̀ϯ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ etfeⲧ̀ⲫⲉ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ pi-emkahⲡⲓⲙ̀ⲕⲁϩ nemⲛⲉⲙ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ nou-ehveeouiⲛⲟⲩϩ̀ⲃⲏⲟⲩⲓ̀ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ empowermetanoinⲙ̀ⲡⲟⲩⲉⲣⲙⲉⲧⲁⲛⲟⲓⲛ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ nou-ehveeouiⲛⲟⲩϩ̀ⲃⲏⲟⲩⲓ̀ ethoou.ⲉⲧϩⲱⲟⲩ.
16:11 They blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and did not repent of their deeds.
11 وَجَدَّفُوا عَلَى إِلَهِ السَّمَاءِ مِنْ أَوْجَاعِهِمْ وَمِنْ قُرُوحِهِمْ، وَلَمْ يَتُوبُوا عَنْ أَعْمَالِهِمْ.
16:1216:12 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ pimahsoouⲡⲓⲙⲁϩⲥⲟⲟⲩ (soou)(ⲋ) enangelosⲛ̀ⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ afgoshⲁϥϫⲱϣ enteffi-aleeⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲫⲩⲁ̀ⲗⲏ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ efiaroⲫ̀ⲓⲁⲣⲟ pinishtiⲡⲓⲛⲓϣϯ pievefrateesⲡⲓⲈⲩⲫ̀ⲣⲁⲧⲏⲥ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ afshoouiⲁϥϣⲱⲟⲩⲓ̀ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ pimoou:ⲡⲓⲙⲱⲟⲩ:
16:12 Then the sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up,
12 ثُمَّ سَكَبَ الْمَلاَكُ السَّادِسُ جَامَهُ عَلَى النَّهْرِ الْكَبِيرِ الْفُرَاتِ،
hinaϩⲓⲛⲁ entefsovtiⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲥⲟⲃϯ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ pimoitⲡⲓⲙⲱⲓⲧ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ niouroouⲛⲓⲟⲩⲣⲱⲟⲩ etsanimaⲉⲧⲥⲁⲛⲓⲙⲁ enshaiⲛ̀ϣⲁⲓ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ efree.ⲫ̀ⲣⲏ.
so that the way of the kings from the east might be prepared.
فَنَشِفَ مَاؤُهُ لِكَيْ يُعَدَّ طَرِيقُ الْمُلُوكِ الَّذِينَ مِنْ مَشْرِقِ الشَّمْسِ.
16:1316:13 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ ainavⲁⲓⲛⲁⲩ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ rofⲣⲱϥ empi-ethrakonⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲇ̀ⲣⲁⲕⲱⲛ nemⲛⲉⲙ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ rofⲣⲱϥ empitheerionⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲑⲏⲣⲓⲟⲛ nemⲛⲉⲙ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ rofⲣⲱϥ empipsevtho-eprofeeteesⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲯⲉⲩⲇⲟⲡ̀ⲣⲟⲫⲏⲧⲏⲥ eshomtⲉ̀ϣⲟⲙⲧ (shomt)(ⲅ̅) emepnevmaⲙ̀ⲡ̀ⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁ evsofⲉⲩⲥⲱϥ emefreetiⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ enhanekhrour.ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲭ̀ⲣⲟⲩⲣ.
16:13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
13 وَرَأَيْتُ مِنْ فَمِ التِّنِّينِ، وَمِنْ فَمِ الْوَحْشِ، وَمِنْ فَمِ النَّبِيِّ الْكَذَّابِ، ثَلاَثَةَ أَرْوَاحٍ نَجِسَةٍ شِبْهَ ضَفَادِعَ،
16:1416:14 HanepnevmaϨⲁⲛⲡ̀ⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁ gharⲅⲁⲣ enikhⲛ̀ⲓϧ neⲛⲉ eviriⲉⲩⲓⲣⲓ enhanmeeiniⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲙⲏⲓⲛⲓ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ niouroouⲛⲓⲟⲩⲣⲱⲟⲩ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ epkahiⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ ethowotouⲉⲑⲟⲩⲱⲧⲟⲩ e-eppolemosⲉ̀ⲡ̀ⲡⲟⲗⲉⲙⲟⲥ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ninishtiⲛⲓⲛⲓϣϯ enehoouⲛ̀ⲉ̀ϩⲟⲟⲩ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ EfnotiⲪ̀ϯ pipantokrator.ⲡⲓⲠⲁⲛⲧⲟⲕⲣⲁⲧⲱⲣ.
16:14 For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
14 فَإِنَّهُمْ أَرْوَاحُ شَيَاطِينَ صَانِعَةٌ آيَاتٍ، تَخْرُجُ عَلَى مُلُوكِ الْعَالَمِ وَكُلِّ الْمَسْكُونَةِ لِتَجْمَعَهُمْ لِقِتَالِ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ الْعَظِيمِ، يَوْمِ اللهِ الْقَادِرِ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ.
16:1516:15 HeeppeϨⲏⲡⲡⲉ tineeouϯⲛⲏⲟⲩ emefreetiⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ enourefchioui.ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲣⲉϥϭⲓⲟⲩⲓ̀.
16:15 "Behold, I am coming as a thief.
15 «هَا أَنَا آتِي كَلِصٍّ.
OouniatfⲰ̀ⲟⲩⲛⲓⲁⲧϥ emfeeⲙ̀ⲫⲏ ethnarois:ⲉⲑⲛⲁⲣⲱⲓⲥ:
Blessed is he who watches,
طُوبَى لِمَنْ يَسْهَرُ
o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ entefarehⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲁ̀ⲣⲉϩ enefehvos:ⲉ̀ⲛⲉϥϩ̀ⲃⲱⲥ:
and keeps his garments,
وَيَحْفَظُ ثِيَابَهُ
hinaϩⲓⲛⲁ entefeshtemmoshiⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥϣ̀ⲧⲉⲙⲙⲟϣⲓ efveeshⲉϥⲃⲏϣ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ entounavⲛ̀ⲧⲟⲩⲛⲁⲩ epefshipi.ⲉ̀ⲡⲉϥϣⲓⲡⲓ.
lest he walk naked and they see his shame."
لِئَلَّا يَمْشِيَ عُرْيَاناً فَيَرَوْا عُرْيَتَهُ».
16:1616:16 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ afthowotouⲁϥⲑⲟⲩⲱⲧⲟⲩ evmaⲉⲩⲙⲁ evmoutiⲉⲩⲙⲟⲩϯ erofⲉ̀ⲣⲟϥ emmethebreosⲙ̀ⲙⲉⲧϨⲉⲃⲣⲉⲟⲥ jeϫⲉ Ermakethon.Ⲉⲣⲙⲁⲕⲉⲇⲱⲛ.
16:16 And they gathered them together to the place called in Hebrew, Armageddon.
16 فَجَمَعَهُمْ إِلَى الْمَوْضِعِ الَّذِي يُدْعَى بِالْعِبْرَانِيَّةِ «هَرْمَجَدُّونَ».
16:1716:17 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ pimahshashfⲡⲓⲙⲁϩϣⲁϣϥ (shashf)(ⲍ̅) enangelosⲛ̀ⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ afgoshⲁϥϫⲱϣ enteffi-aleeⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲫⲩⲁ̀ⲗⲏ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ pi-aeerⲡⲓⲁ̀ⲏⲣ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ afeshⲁϥⲉϣ ounishtiⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ enekhroouⲛ̀ϧ̀ⲣⲱⲟⲩ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ pierfeiⲡⲓⲉⲣⲫⲉⲓ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ haϩⲁ pi-ethronosⲡⲓⲑ̀ⲣⲟⲛⲟⲥ efgoⲉϥϫⲱ emmos:ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ:
16:17 Then the seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying,
17 ثُمَّ سَكَبَ الْمَلاَكُ السَّابِعُ جَامَهُ عَلَى الْهَوَاءِ، فَخَرَجَ صَوْتٌ عَظِيمٌ مِنْ هَيْكَلِ السَّمَاءِ مِنَ الْعَرْشِ قَائِلاً:
jeϫⲉ afshopi.ⲁϥϣⲱⲡⲓ.
"It is done!"
«قَدْ تَمَّ!»
16:1816:18 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ avshopiⲁⲩϣⲱⲡⲓ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ hankharavaiϩⲁⲛϧⲁⲣⲁⲃⲁⲓ nemⲛⲉⲙ hanesmeeϩⲁⲛⲥ̀ⲙⲏ nemⲛⲉⲙ hansetevreegϩⲁⲛⲥⲉⲧⲉⲃⲣⲏϫ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ ounishtiⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ emmonmenⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲛⲙⲉⲛ afshopiⲁϥϣⲱⲡⲓ empeⲙ̀ⲡⲉ o-onⲟⲩⲟⲛ shopiϣⲱⲡⲓ empefreetiⲙ̀ⲡⲉϥⲣⲏϯ isjenⲓⲥϫⲉⲛ etaⲉ̀ⲧⲁ romiⲣⲱⲙⲓ shopiϣⲱⲡⲓ hijenϩⲓϫⲉⲛ epkahi.ⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ.
16:18 And there were noises and thunderings and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such a mighty and great earthquake as had not occurred since men were on the earth.
18 فَحَدَثَتْ أَصْوَاتٌ وَرُعُودٌ وَبُرُوقٌ. وَحَدَثَتْ زَلْزَلَةٌ عَظِيمَةٌ لَمْ يَحْدُثْ مِثْلُهَا مُنْذُ صَارَ النَّاسُ عَلَى الأَرْضِ، زَلْزَلَةٌ بِمِقْدَارِهَا عَظِيمَةٌ هَكَذَا.
16:1916:19 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ asshopiⲁⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ tinishtiϯⲛⲓϣϯ emvakiⲙ̀ⲃⲁⲕⲓ eshomtⲉ̀ϣⲟⲙⲧ (shomt)(ⲅ̅) entoiⲛ̀ⲧⲟⲓ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ nivakiⲛⲓⲃⲁⲕⲓ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ niethnosⲛⲓⲉⲑⲛⲟⲥ avheiⲁⲩϩⲉⲓ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ babilonⲃⲁⲃⲩⲗⲱⲛ tinishtiϯⲛⲓϣϯ averpesmeviⲁⲩⲉ̀ⲣⲡⲉⲥⲙⲉⲩⲓ̀ empe-emthoⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲙ̀ⲑⲟ emefnotiⲙ̀Ⲫ̀ϯ etiⲉ̀ϯ nasⲛⲁⲥ empi-afotⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲁ̀ⲫⲟⲧ eneerpⲛ̀ⲏ̀ⲣⲡ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ epemvonⲡ̀ⲉ̀ⲙⲃⲟⲛ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ pigont.ⲡⲓϫⲱⲛⲧ.
16:19 Now the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. And great Babylon was remembered before God, to give her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of His wrath.
19 وَصَارَتِ الْمَدِينَةُ الْعَظِيمَةُ ثَلاَثَةَ أَقْسَامٍ، وَمُدُنُ الأُمَمِ سَقَطَتْ، وَبَابِلُ الْعَظِيمَةُ ذُكِرَتْ أَمَامَ اللهِ لِيُعْطِيَهَا كَأْسَ خَمْرِ سَخَطِ غَضَبِهِ.
16:2016:20 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ neesosⲛⲏⲥⲟⲥ nivenⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ avfotⲁⲩⲫⲱⲧ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ nitoouⲛⲓⲧⲱⲟⲩ empoujemⲙ̀ⲡⲟⲩϫⲉⲙ pouma.ⲡⲟⲩⲙⲁ.
16:20 Then every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.
20 وَكُلُّ جَزِيرَةٍ هَرَبَتْ وَجِبَالٌ لَمْ تُوجَدْ.
16:2116:21 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ hanalϩⲁⲛⲁⲗ emefreetiⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ enhanjinechorⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛϫⲓⲛϭ̀ⲱⲣ enshiⲛ̀ϣⲓ aviⲁⲩⲓ̀ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ etfeⲧ̀ⲫⲉ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ niromiⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ aⲁ niromiⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ jeowaϫⲉⲟⲩⲁ̀ e-efnotiⲉ̀Ⲫ̀ϯ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ pierkhotⲡⲓⲉⲣϧⲟⲧ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ pialⲡⲓⲁⲗ etoshⲉⲧⲟϣ emasho.ⲉ̀ⲙⲁϣⲱ.
16:21 And great hail from heaven fell upon men, each hailstone about the weight of a talent. Men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail, since that plague was exceedingly great.
21 وَبَرَدٌ عَظِيمٌ، نَحْوُ ثِقَلِ وَزْنَةٍ، نَزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ عَلَى النَّاسِ. فَجَدَّفَ النَّاسُ عَلَى اللهِ مِنْ ضَرْبَةِ الْبَرَدِ، لأَنَّ ضَرْبَتَهُ عَظِيمَةٌ جِدّاً.
