Chapter 13
Ⲕⲉⲫⲁⲗⲉⲟⲛ Ⲓ̅Ⲅ̅الإصحاح الثالث عشر13:113:1 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ ai-ohiⲁⲓⲟ̀ϩⲓ eratⲉ̀ⲣⲁⲧ hijenϩⲓϫⲉⲛ pishoⲡⲓϣⲱ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ efiom.ⲫ̀ⲓⲟⲙ.
13:1 Then I stood on the sand of the sea.
1 ثُمَّ وَقَفْتُ عَلَى رَمْلِ الْبَحْرِ،
AinavⲀⲓⲛⲁⲩ eoutheerionⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲑⲏⲣⲓⲟⲛ efneeouⲉϥⲛⲏⲟⲩ e-ehreeⲉ̀ϩ̀ⲣⲏⲓ khenϧⲉⲛ efiomⲫ̀ⲓⲟⲙ eowonⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲟⲛ meetⲙⲏⲧ (meet)(ⲓ̅) entapⲛ̀ⲧⲁⲡ higofϩⲓϫⲱϥ nemⲛⲉⲙ shashfϣⲁϣϥ (shashf)(ⲍ̅) enafeⲛ̀ⲁ̀ⲫⲉ eowonⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲟⲛ meetⲙⲏⲧ eneklomⲛ̀ⲭ̀ⲗⲟⲙ hijenϩⲓϫⲉⲛ neftapⲛⲉϥⲧⲁⲡ eowonⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ouranⲟⲩⲣⲁⲛ eskheeoutⲥ̀ϧⲏⲟⲩⲧ hiϩⲓ nefafeeoui.ⲛⲉϥⲁ̀ⲫⲏⲟⲩⲓ̀.
And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name.
فَرَأَيْتُ وَحْشاً طَالِعاً مِنَ الْبَحْرِ لَهُ سَبْعَةُ رُؤُوسٍ وَعَشَرَةُ قُرُونٍ، وَعَلَى قُرُونِهِ عَشَرَةُ تِيجَانٍ، وَعَلَى رُؤُوسِهِ اسْمُ تَجْدِيفٍ.
13:213:2 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ pitheerionⲡⲓⲑⲏⲣⲓⲟⲛ etainavⲉⲧⲁⲓⲛⲁⲩ erofⲉ̀ⲣⲟϥ nafoniⲛⲁϥⲟⲛⲓ peⲡⲉ enouparthalisⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲡⲁⲣⲇⲁⲗⲓⲥ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ nefchalavgⲛⲉϥϭⲁⲗⲁⲩϫ evemefreetiⲉⲩⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ ennaⲛ̀ⲛⲁ oulavoiⲟⲩⲗⲁⲃⲟⲓ ereⲉ̀ⲣⲉ rofⲣⲱϥ oniⲟⲛⲓ enourofⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲣⲱϥ enoumoui:ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲙⲟⲩⲓ̀:
13:2 Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion.
2 وَالْوَحْشُ الَّذِي رَأَيْتُهُ كَانَ شِبْهَ نَمِرٍ، وَقَوَائِمُهُ كَقَوَائِمِ دُبٍّ، وَفَمُهُ كَفَمِ أَسَدٍ.
o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ aⲁ pi-ethrakonⲡⲓⲇ̀ⲣⲁⲕⲱⲛ tiϯ entefgomⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥϫⲟⲙ nafⲛⲁϥ nemⲛⲉⲙ pefethronosⲡⲉϥⲑ̀ⲣⲟⲛⲟⲥ nemⲛⲉⲙ ounishtiⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ enershishi.ⲛ̀ⲉⲣϣⲓϣⲓ.
The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority.
وَأَعْطَاهُ التِّنِّينُ قُدْرَتَهُ وَعَرْشَهُ وَسُلْطَاناً عَظِيماً.
13:313:3 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ eowonⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲟⲛ o-erkhotⲟⲩⲉ̀ⲣϧⲟⲧ hiϩⲓ nefafeⲛⲉϥⲁ̀ⲫⲉ emefreetiⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ enoukholkhelⲛ̀ⲟⲩϧⲟⲗϧⲉⲗ emefmouⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲙⲟⲩ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ pi-erkhotⲡⲓⲉ̀ⲣϧⲟⲧ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ pefmouⲡⲉϥⲙⲟⲩ averfakhriⲁⲩⲉⲣⲫⲁϧⲣⲓ erof:ⲉ̀ⲣⲟϥ:
13:3 And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed.
3 وَرَأَيْتُ وَاحِداً مِنْ رُؤُوسِهِ كَأَنَّهُ مَذْبُوحٌ لِلْمَوْتِ، وَجُرْحُهُ الْمُمِيتُ قَدْ شُفِيَ.
o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ afereshfeeriⲁϥⲉⲣϣ̀ⲫⲏⲣⲓ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ epkahiⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ teerfⲧⲏⲣϥ safahouⲥⲁⲫⲁϩⲟⲩ empitheerion.ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲑⲏⲣⲓⲟⲛ.
And all the world marveled and followed the beast.
وَتَعَجَّبَتْ كُلُّ الأَرْضِ وَرَاءَ الْوَحْشِ،
13:413:4 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ avowoshtⲁⲩⲟⲩⲱϣⲧ empitheerionⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲑⲏⲣⲓⲟⲛ evgoⲉⲩϫⲱ emmos:ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ:
13:4 So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast;
4 وَسَجَدُوا لِلتِّنِّينِ الَّذِي أَعْطَى السُّلْطَانَ لِلْوَحْشِ،
jeϫⲉ nimⲛⲓⲙ etoniⲉⲧⲟ̀ⲛⲓ empaitheerion:ⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲓⲑⲏⲣⲓⲟⲛ:
and they worshiped the beast, saying,
وَسَجَدُوا لِلْوَحْشِ قَائِلِينَ:
o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ nimⲛⲓⲙ eteⲉ̀ⲧⲉ o-onⲟⲩⲟⲛ eshgomϣ̀ϫⲟⲙ emmofⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ evotsⲉ̀ⲃⲱⲧⲥ nemaf.ⲛⲉⲙⲁϥ.
"Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?"
«مَنْ هُوَ مِثْلُ الْوَحْشِ؟ مَنْ يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يُحَارِبَهُ؟»
13:5 O-woh avti rof naf ego enhannishti enjeowa o-woh avtiershishi naf evots enehme esnav (ehme esnav) enavot.13:5 Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲩϯ ⲣⲱϥ ⲛⲁϥ ⲉ̀ϫⲱ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲛⲓϣϯ ⲛ̀ϫⲉⲟⲩⲁ̀ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲩϯⲉⲣϣⲓϣⲓ ⲛⲁϥ ⲉ̀ⲃⲱⲧⲥ ⲛ̀ϩ̀ⲙⲉ ⲥ̀ⲛⲁⲩ (ⲙ̅ⲃ̅) ⲛ̀ⲁ̀ⲃⲟⲧ.
13:5 And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months.
5 وَأُعْطِيَ فَماً يَتَكَلَّمُ بِعَظَائِمَ وَتَجَادِيفَ، وَأُعْطِيَ سُلْطَاناً أَنْ يَفْعَلَ اثْنَيْنِ وَأَرْبَعِينَ شَهْراً.
13:613:6 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ afowonⲁϥⲟⲩⲱⲛ enrofⲛ̀ⲣⲱϥ ejeowaⲉ̀ϫⲉⲟⲩⲁ̀ e-efnotiⲉ̀Ⲫ̀ϯ nemⲛⲉⲙ ejeowaⲉ̀ϫⲉⲟⲩⲁ̀ epefranⲉ̀ⲡⲉϥⲣⲁⲛ nemⲛⲉⲙ tefeskineeⲧⲉϥⲥ̀ⲕⲩⲛⲏ nemⲛⲉⲙ neeⲛⲏ etshopⲉⲧϣⲟⲡ enehreeⲛ̀ϩ̀ⲣⲏⲓ khenϧⲉⲛ etfe.ⲧ̀ⲫⲉ.
13:6 Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven.
6 فَفَتَحَ فَمَهُ بِالتَّجْدِيفِ عَلَى اللهِ، لِيُجَدِّفَ عَلَى اسْمِهِ وَعَلَى مَسْكَنِهِ وَعَلَى السَّاكِنِينَ فِي السَّمَاءِ.
13:713:7 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ avteeisⲁⲩⲧⲏⲓⲥ nafⲛⲁϥ eiriⲉ̀ⲓⲣⲓ enouvotsⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲃⲱⲧⲥ nemⲛⲉⲙ niagiosⲛⲓⲁⲅⲓⲟⲥ nemⲛⲉⲙ echroⲉ̀ϭⲣⲟ eroouⲉ̀ⲣⲱⲟⲩ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ avtiershishiⲁⲩϯⲉⲣϣⲓϣⲓ nafⲛⲁϥ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ nifileeⲛⲓⲫⲩⲗⲏ teerouⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ nemⲛⲉⲙ lasⲗⲁⲥ nivenⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ nemⲛⲉⲙ eshlolϣ̀ⲗⲟⲗ niven.ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ.
13:7 It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation.
7 وَأُعْطِيَ أَنْ يَصْنَعَ حَرْباً مَعَ الْقِدِّيسِينَ وَيَغْلِبَهُمْ، وَأُعْطِيَ سُلْطَاناً عَلَى كُلِّ قَبِيلَةٍ وَلِسَانٍ وَأُمَّةٍ.
13:813:8 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ eveowoshtⲉⲩⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲱϣⲧ emmofⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ teerouⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ neeⲛⲏ etshopⲉⲧϣⲟⲡ hijenϩⲓϫⲉⲛ epkahiⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ neeⲛⲏ eteⲉ̀ⲧⲉ pouranⲡⲟⲩⲣⲁⲛ eskheeoutⲥ̀ϧⲏⲟⲩⲧ anⲁⲛ hiϩⲓ epgomⲡ̀Ϫⲱⲙ emeponkhⲙ̀ⲡ̀ⲱⲛϧ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ pihieebⲡⲓϨⲓⲏⲃ feeⲫⲏ etavkhelkholfⲉⲧⲁⲩϧⲉⲗϧⲟⲗϥ isjenⲓⲥϫⲉⲛ ethkatavoleeⲑ̀ⲕⲁⲧⲁⲃⲟⲗⲏ empikosmos.ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲕⲟⲥⲙⲟⲥ.
13:8 All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
8 فَسَيَسْجُدُ لَهُ جَمِيعُ السَّاكِنِينَ عَلَى الأَرْضِ، الَّذِينَ لَيْسَتْ أَسْمَاؤُهُمْ مَكْتُوبَةً مُنْذُ تَأْسِيسِ الْعَالَمِ فِي سِفْرِ حَيَاةِ الْحَمَلِ الَّذِي ذُبِحَ.
13:913:9 FeeⲪⲏ eteⲉ̀ⲧⲉ o-onⲟⲩⲟⲛ mashgⲙⲁϣϫ emmofⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ esotemⲉ̀ⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ marefsotem.ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ.
13:9 If anyone has an ear, let him hear.
9 مَنْ لَهُ أُذُنٌ فَلْيَسْمَعْ!
13:1013:10 FeeⲪⲏ ethnasheⲉⲑⲛⲁϣⲉ khenϧⲉⲛ o-ekhmalosiaⲟⲩⲉⲭⲙⲁⲗⲱⲥⲓⲁ marefsheⲙⲁⲣⲉϥϣⲉ feeⲫⲏ ethnakhotebⲉⲑⲛⲁϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ enetseefiⲛ̀ⲧ̀ⲥⲏϥⲓ senakhothvefⲥⲉⲛⲁϧⲟⲑⲃⲉϥ enetseefiⲛ̀ⲧ̀ⲥⲏϥⲓ feeⲫⲏ theⲇⲉ eteⲉ̀ⲧⲉ tihipomoneeϯϩⲩⲡⲟⲙⲟⲛⲏ entotfⲛ̀ⲧⲟⲧϥ nemⲛⲉⲙ pinahtiⲡⲓⲛⲁϩϯ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ niagiosⲛⲓⲁⲅⲓⲟⲥ oouniatf.ⲱ̀ⲟⲩⲛⲓⲁⲧϥ.
13:10 He who leads into captivity shall go into captivity; he who kills with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.
10 إِنْ كَانَ أَحَدٌ يَجْمَعُ سَبْياً فَإِلَى السَّبْيِ يَذْهَبُ. وَإِنْ كَانَ أَحَدٌ يَقْتُلُ بِالسَّيْفِ فَيَنْبَغِي أَنْ يُقْتَلَ بِالسَّيْفِ. هُنَا صَبْرُ الْقِدِّيسِينَ وَإِيمَانُهُمْ.
13:1113:11 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ ainavⲁⲓⲛⲁⲩ eketheerionⲉ̀ⲕⲉⲑⲏⲣⲓⲟⲛ efneeouⲉϥⲛⲏⲟⲩ e-epshoiⲉ̀ⲡ̀ϣⲱⲓ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ epkahiⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ neⲛⲉ o-onⲟⲩⲟⲛ esnavⲥ̀ⲛⲁⲩ (esnav)(ⲃ̅) entapⲛ̀ⲧⲁⲡ higofϩⲓϫⲱϥ peⲡⲉ evoniⲉⲩⲟ̀ⲛⲓ enouhieebⲛ̀ⲟⲩϩⲓⲏⲃ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ evsajiⲉⲩⲥⲁϫⲓ emefreetiⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ enou-ethrakon.ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲇ̀ⲣⲁⲕⲱⲛ.
13:11 Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon.
11 ثُمَّ رَأَيْتُ وَحْشاً آخَرَ طَالِعاً مِنَ الأَرْضِ، وَكَانَ لَهُ قَرْنَانِ شِبْهُ خَرُوفٍ، وَكَانَ يَتَكَلَّمُ كَتِنِّينٍ،
13:1213:12 PefershishiⲠⲉϥⲉⲣϣⲓϣⲓ teerfⲧⲏⲣϥ afemefreetiⲁϥⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ empihouitⲙ̀ⲡⲓϩⲟⲩⲓⲧ entheerionⲛ̀ⲑⲏⲣⲓⲟⲛ nafiriⲛⲁϥⲓⲣⲓ emmofⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ empefemthoⲙ̀ⲡⲉϥⲙ̀ⲑⲟ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ afethreⲁϥⲑ̀ⲣⲉ epkahiⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ nemⲛⲉⲙ neeⲛⲏ etshopⲉⲧϣⲟⲡ hiotfϩⲓⲱⲧϥ o-oshtⲟⲩⲱϣⲧ empitheerionⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲑⲏⲣⲓⲟⲛ enhouitⲛ̀ϩⲟⲩⲓⲧ feeⲫⲏ etafougaiⲉⲧⲁϥⲟⲩϫⲁⲓ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ peferkhotⲡⲉϥⲉⲣϧⲟⲧ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ pefmou.ⲡⲉϥⲙⲟⲩ.
13:12 And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
12 وَيَعْمَلُ بِكُلِّ سُلْطَانِ الْوَحْشِ الأَوَّلِ أَمَامَهُ، وَيَجْعَلُ الأَرْضَ وَالسَّاكِنِينَ فِيهَا يَسْجُدُونَ لِلْوَحْشِ الأَوَّلِ الَّذِي شُفِيَ جُرْحُهُ الْمُمِيتُ،
13:1313:13 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ efeiriⲉϥⲉ̀ⲓⲣⲓ enhanmeeini:ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲙⲏⲓⲛⲓ:
13:13 He performs great signs,
13 وَيَصْنَعُ آيَاتٍ عَظِيمَةً،
hinaϩⲓⲛⲁ entefethreⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲑ̀ⲣⲉ ou-ekromⲟⲩⲭ̀ⲣⲱⲙ iⲓ̀ epeseetⲉ̀ⲡⲉⲥⲏⲧ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ etfeⲧ̀ⲫⲉ hijenϩⲓϫⲉⲛ epkahiⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ empe-emthoⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲙ̀ⲑⲟ enniromi.ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ.
so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men.
حَتَّى إِنَّهُ يَجْعَلُ نَاراً تَنْزِلُ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ عَلَى الأَرْضِ قُدَّامَ النَّاسِ،
13:1413:14 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ efesoremⲉϥⲉ̀ⲥⲱⲣⲉⲙ enneeⲛ̀ⲛⲏ etshopⲉⲧϣⲟⲡ hijenϩⲓϫⲉⲛ epkahiⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ ethveⲉⲑⲃⲉ nimeeiniⲛⲓⲙⲏⲓⲛⲓ etavteeitouⲉⲧⲁⲩⲧⲏⲓⲧⲟⲩ nafⲛⲁϥ eafaitouⲉ̀ⲁϥⲁⲓⲧⲟⲩ empe-emthoⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲙ̀ⲑⲟ empitheerionⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲑⲏⲣⲓⲟⲛ efgoⲉϥϫⲱ emmosⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ enneeⲛ̀ⲛⲏ etshopⲉⲧϣⲟⲡ hijenϩⲓϫⲉⲛ pikahiⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ jeϫⲉ entouthamieⲛ̀ⲧⲟⲩⲑⲁⲙⲓⲉ hikonϩⲩⲕⲱⲛ empitheerionⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲑⲏⲣⲓⲟⲛ feeⲫⲏ eteⲉ̀ⲧⲉ eperkhotⲡ̀ⲉⲣϧⲟⲧ enetseefiⲛ̀ⲧ̀ⲥⲏϥⲓ enkheetfⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧϥ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ afonkh.ⲁϥⲱⲛϧ.
13:14 And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived.
14 وَيُضِلُّ السَّاكِنِينَ عَلَى الأَرْضِ بِالآيَاتِ الَّتِي أُعْطِيَ أَنْ يَصْنَعَهَا أَمَامَ الْوَحْشِ، قَائِلاً لِلسَّاكِنِينَ عَلَى الأَرْضِ أَنْ يَصْنَعُوا صُورَةً لِلْوَحْشِ الَّذِي كَانَ بِهِ جُرْحُ السَّيْفِ وَعَاشَ.
13:1513:15 AvteeisⲀⲩⲧⲏⲓⲥ nafⲛⲁϥ etiⲉ̀ϯ epnevmaⲡ̀ⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁ etihikonⲉ̀ϯϩⲩⲕⲱⲛ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ pitheerionⲡⲓⲑⲏⲣⲓⲟⲛ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ ekhotebⲉ̀ϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ enneeⲛ̀ⲛⲏ ete-ensenaowoshtⲉ̀ⲧⲉⲛ̀ⲥⲉⲛⲁⲟⲩⲱϣⲧ anⲁⲛ empitheerionⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲑⲏⲣⲓⲟⲛ nemⲛⲉⲙ tefhikon.ⲧⲉϥϩⲩⲕⲱⲛ.
13:15 He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed.
15 وَأُعْطِيَ أَنْ يُعْطِيَ رُوحاً لِصُورَةِ الْوَحْشِ، حَتَّى تَتَكَلَّمَ صُورَةُ الْوَحْشِ وَيَجْعَلَ جَمِيعَ الَّذِينَ لاَ يَسْجُدُونَ لِصُورَةِ الْوَحْشِ يُقْتَلُونَ.
13:1613:16 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ efe-ethreⲉϥⲉ̀ⲑ̀ⲣⲉ nikoujiⲛⲓⲕⲟⲩϫⲓ teerouⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ nemⲛⲉⲙ ninishtiⲛⲓⲛⲓϣϯ nemⲛⲉⲙ niramaoiⲛⲓⲣⲁⲙⲁⲟⲓ nemⲛⲉⲙ niheekiⲛⲓϩⲏⲕⲓ nemⲛⲉⲙ niremhevⲛⲓⲣⲉⲙϩⲉⲩ nemⲛⲉⲙ nivokⲛⲓⲃⲱⲕ efesholhouⲉϥⲉ̀ϣⲟⲗϩⲟⲩ khenϧⲉⲛ toujigⲧⲟⲩϫⲓϫ enouinamⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲓ̀ⲛⲁⲙ nemⲛⲉⲙ toutehni:ⲧⲟⲩⲧⲉϩⲛⲓ:
13:16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads,
16 وَيَجْعَلَ الْجَمِيعَ: الصِّغَارَ وَالْكِبَارَ، وَالأَغْنِيَاءَ وَالْفُقَرَاءَ، وَالأَحْرَارَ وَالْعَبِيدَ، تُصْنَعُ لَهُمْ سِمَةٌ عَلَى يَدِهِمِ الْيُمْنَى أَوْ عَلَى جِبْهَتِهِمْ،

13:17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
17 وَأَنْ لاَ يَقْدِرَ أَحَدٌ أَنْ يَشْتَرِيَ أَوْ يَبِيعَ إِلَّا مَنْ لَهُ السِّمَةُ أَوِ اسْمُ الْوَحْشِ أَوْ عَدَدُ اسْمِهِ.

13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.
18 هُنَا الْحِكْمَةُ! مَنْ لَهُ فَهْمٌ فَلْيَحْسِبْ عَدَدَ الْوَحْشِ فَإِنَّهُ عَدَدُ إِنْسَانٍ، وَعَدَدُهُ: سِتُّ مِئَةٍ وَسِتَّةٌ وَسِتُّونَ.
