9:1 Then the fifth angel sounded: And I saw a star fallen from heaven to the earth.
1 ثُمَّ بَوَّقَ الْمَلاَكُ الْخَامِسُ، فَرَأَيْتُ كَوْكَباً قَدْ سَقَطَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ إِلَى الأَرْضِ،
o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ avtiⲁⲩϯ nafⲛⲁϥ ennishoshtⲛ̀ⲛⲓϣⲟϣⲧ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ tishotiϯϣⲱϯ emefnoun.ⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲛⲟⲩⲛ.
To him was given the key to the bottomless pit.
وَأُعْطِيَ مِفْتَاحَ بِئْرِ الْهَاوِيَةِ.
9:29:2 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ afsheⲁϥϣⲉ e-epshoiⲉ̀ⲡ̀ϣⲱⲓ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ pi-ekhremtsⲡⲓⲭ̀ⲣⲉⲙⲧⲥ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ tishotiϯϣⲱϯ emefreetiⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ enetekhremtsⲛ̀ⲧ̀ⲭ̀ⲣⲉⲙⲧⲥ enounishtiⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ enehroⲛ̀ϩ̀ⲣⲱ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ aferkhakiⲁϥⲉⲣⲭⲁⲕⲓ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ efreeⲫ̀ⲣⲏ nemⲛⲉⲙ pi-aeerⲡⲓⲁ̀ⲏⲣ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ pi-ekhremtsⲡⲓⲭ̀ⲣⲉⲙⲧⲥ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ tishoti.ϯϣⲱϯ.
9:2 And he opened the bottomless pit, and smoke arose out of the pit like the smoke of a great furnace. So the sun and the air were darkened because of the smoke of the pit.
2 فَفَتَحَ بِئْرَ الْهَاوِيَةِ، فَصَعِدَ دُخَانٌ مِنَ الْبِئْرِ كَدُخَانِ أَتُونٍ عَظِيمٍ، فَأَظْلَمَتِ الشَّمْسُ وَالْجَوُّ مِنْ دُخَانِ الْبِئْرِ.
9:39:3 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ aviⲁⲩⲓ̀ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ haneshjeeouϩⲁⲛϣ̀ϫⲏⲟⲩ e-ehreeⲉ̀ϩ̀ⲣⲏⲓ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ pikahiⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ pi-ekhremtsⲡⲓⲭ̀ⲣⲉⲙⲧⲥ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ avtiershishiⲁⲩϯⲉⲣϣⲓϣⲓ noouⲛⲱⲟⲩ emefreetiⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ enni-echleeⲛ̀ⲛⲓϭ̀ⲗⲏ eteⲉ̀ⲧⲉ o-ontouⲟⲩⲟⲛⲧⲟⲩ ershishiⲉⲣϣⲓϣⲓ emmavⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲩ hijenϩⲓϫⲉⲛ epkahi.ⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ.
9:3 Then out of the smoke locusts came upon the earth. And to them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.
3 وَمِنَ الدُّخَانِ خَرَجَ جَرَادٌ عَلَى الأَرْضِ، فَأُعْطِيَ سُلْطَاناً كَمَا لِعَقَارِبِ الأَرْضِ سُلْطَانٌ.
9:49:4 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ avgosⲁⲩϫⲟⲥ noouⲛⲱⲟⲩ e-eshtemerathikinⲉ̀ϣ̀ⲧⲉⲙⲉⲣⲁⲇⲓⲕⲓⲛ enni-esmehⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲥ̀ⲙⲉϩ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ epkahiⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ outheⲟⲩⲇⲉ eshsheenϣ̀ϣⲏⲛ nivenⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ outheⲟⲩⲇⲉ enkaiⲉⲛⲭⲁⲓ nivenⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ etowetowotⲉⲧⲟⲩⲉⲧⲟⲩⲱⲧ eveelⲉ̀ⲃⲏⲗ eniromiⲉ̀ⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ neeⲛⲏ eteⲉ̀ⲧⲉ ti-esefragisϯⲥ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲁⲅⲓⲥ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ EfnotiⲪ̀ϯ hiϩⲓ toutehniⲧⲟⲩⲧⲉϩⲛⲓ an.ⲁⲛ.
9:4 They were commanded not to harm the grass of the earth, or any green thing, or any tree, but only those men who do not have the seal of God on their foreheads.
4 وَقِيلَ لَهُ أَنْ لاَ يَضُرَّ عُشْبَ الأَرْضِ وَلاَ شَيْئاً أَخْضَرَ وَلاَ شَجَرَةً مَا، إِلَّا النَّاسَ فَقَطِ الَّذِينَ لَيْسَ لَهُمْ خَتْمُ اللهِ عَلَى جِبَاهِهِمْ.
9:59:5 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ avteeisⲁⲩⲧⲏⲓⲥ noouⲛⲱⲟⲩ hinaϩⲓⲛⲁ entou-eshtemkhothvouⲛ̀ⲧⲟⲩϣ̀ⲧⲉⲙϧⲟⲑⲃⲟⲩ allaⲁⲗⲗⲁ hinaϩⲓⲛⲁ enseti-emkahⲛ̀ⲥⲉϯⲙ̀ⲕⲁϩ noouⲛⲱⲟⲩ enetioouⲛ̀ⲉⲧⲓⲟⲟⲩ (etiou)(ⲉ̅) enavotⲛ̀ⲁ̀ⲃⲟⲧ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ pi-emkahⲡⲓⲙ̀ⲕⲁϩ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ pou-ethemkoⲡⲟⲩⲧ̀ϩⲉⲙⲕⲟ efeshopiⲉϥⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ efmokhⲉϥⲙⲟⲕϩ emefreetiⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ empi-ethemkoⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲧ̀ϩⲉⲙⲕⲟ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ hanechleeϩⲁⲛϭ̀ⲗⲏ eshopⲉϣⲱⲡ avshanjekhⲁⲩϣⲁⲛϫⲉⲕϩ ouromi.ⲟⲩⲣⲱⲙⲓ.
9:5 And they were not given authority to kill them, but to torment them for five months. Their torment was like the torment of a scorpion when it strikes a man.
5 وَأُعْطِيَ أَنْ لاَ يَقْتُلَهُمْ بَلْ أَنْ يَتَعَذَّبُوا خَمْسَةَ أَشْهُرٍ. وَعَذَابُهُ كَعَذَابِ عَقْرَبٍ إِذَا لَدَغَ إِنْسَاناً.
9:69:6 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ enehreeⲛ̀ϩ̀ⲣⲏⲓ khenϧⲉⲛ ni-ehoouⲛⲓⲉ̀ϩⲟⲟⲩ ete-emmavⲉ̀ⲧⲉⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲩ ereⲉ̀ⲣⲉ niromiⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ evekotiⲉⲩⲉ̀ⲕⲱϯ ensaⲛ̀ⲥⲁ efmouⲫ̀ⲙⲟⲩ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ ennoujemfⲛ̀ⲛⲟⲩϫⲉⲙϥ eve-erepithiminⲉⲩⲉ̀ⲉⲣⲉ̀ⲡⲓⲑⲩⲙⲓⲛ e-efmouⲉ̀ⲫ̀ⲙⲟⲩ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ efmouⲫ̀ⲙⲟⲩ efefotⲉϥⲉ̀ϥⲱⲧ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ haroou.ϩⲁⲣⲱⲟⲩ.
9:6 In those days men will seek death and will not find it; they will desire to die, and death will flee from them.
6 وَفِي تِلْكَ الأَيَّامِ سَيَطْلُبُ النَّاسُ الْمَوْتَ وَلاَ يَجِدُونَهُ، وَيَرْغَبُونَ أَنْ يَمُوتُوا فَيَهْرُبُ الْمَوْتُ مِنْهُمْ.
9:79:7 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ epesmotⲡ̀ⲥ̀ⲙⲟⲧ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ni-eshjeeouⲛⲓϣ̀ϫⲏⲟⲩ ete-emmavⲉ̀ⲧⲉⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲩ evoniⲉⲩⲟ̀ⲛⲓ enni-ehthorⲛ̀ⲛⲓϩ̀ⲑⲱⲣ etsevtotⲉⲧⲥⲉⲃⲧⲱⲧ e-eppolemosⲉ̀ⲡ̀ⲡⲟⲗⲉⲙⲟⲥ eowonⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ou-eklomⲟⲩⲭ̀ⲗⲟⲙ eftoiⲉϥⲧⲟⲓ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ etafeⲧ̀ⲁ̀ⲫⲉ empiowaiⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲟⲩⲁⲓ piowaiⲡⲓⲟⲩⲁⲓ emmoouⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ evoiⲉⲩⲟⲓ enaowanⲛ̀ⲁ̀ⲟⲩⲁⲛ ennoubⲛ̀ⲛⲟⲩⲃ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ pouhoⲡⲟⲩϩⲟ efoniⲉϥⲟ̀ⲛⲓ emephoⲙ̀ⲡ̀ϩⲟ enhanromiⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲣⲱⲙⲓ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ enounaghiⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲛⲁϫϩⲓ evoniⲉⲩⲟ̀ⲛⲓ emefreetiⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ ennaⲛ̀ⲛⲁ nimoui.ⲛⲓⲙⲟⲩⲓ̀.
9:7 The shape of the locusts was like horses prepared for battle. On their heads were crowns of something like gold, and their faces were like the faces of men.
7 وَشَكْلُ الْجَرَادِ شِبْهُ خَيْلٍ مُهَيَّأَةٍ لِلْحَرْبِ، وَعَلَى رُؤُوسِهَا كَأَكَالِيلَ شِبْهِ الذَّهَبِ، وَوُجُوهُهَا كَوُجُوهِ النَّاسِ.
9:89:8 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ ereⲉ̀ⲣⲉ poufoiⲡⲟⲩϥⲱⲓ oniⲟⲛⲓ emfaⲙ̀ⲫⲁ nihiomi.ⲛⲓϩⲓⲟⲙⲓ.
9:8 They had hair like women's hair, and their teeth were like lions' teeth.
8 وَكَانَ لَهَا شَعْرٌ كَشَعْرِ النِّسَاءِ، وَكَانَتْ أَسْنَانُهَا كَأَسْنَانِ الأُسُودِ،
9:99:9 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ noutenhⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉⲛϩ emefreetiⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ enhankhelivshⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛϧⲉⲗⲓⲃϣ emvenipiⲙ̀ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲡⲓ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ ti-esmeeϯⲥ̀ⲙⲏ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ noutenhⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉⲛϩ emefreetiⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ enetesmeeⲛ̀ⲧ̀ⲥ̀ⲙⲏ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ hanharmaϩⲁⲛϩⲁⲣⲙⲁ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ hanehthorϩⲁⲛϩ̀ⲑⲱⲣ evsevtotⲉⲩⲥⲉⲃⲧⲱⲧ e-eppolemos.ⲉ̀ⲡ̀ⲡⲟⲗⲉⲙⲟⲥ.
9:9 And they had breastplates like breastplates of iron, and the sound of their wings was like the sound of chariots with many horses running into battle.
9 وَكَانَ لَهَا دُرُوعٌ كَدُرُوعٍ مِنْ حَدِيدٍ، وَصَوْتُ أَجْنِحَتِهَا كَصَوْتِ مَرْكَبَاتِ خَيْلٍ كَثِيرَةٍ تَجْرِي إِلَى قِتَالٍ.
9:109:10 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ o-onⲟⲩⲟⲛ seetⲥⲏⲧ eroouⲉ̀ⲣⲱⲟⲩ emefreetiⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ enni-echleeⲛ̀ⲛⲓϭ̀ⲗⲏ nemⲛⲉⲙ hansouriϩⲁⲛⲥⲟⲩⲣⲓ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ ereⲉ̀ⲣⲉ powershishiⲡⲟⲩⲉⲣϣⲓϣⲓ enehreeⲛ̀ϩ̀ⲣⲏⲓ khenϧⲉⲛ pouseetⲡⲟⲩⲥⲏⲧ e-erathikinⲉ̀ⲉⲣⲁⲇⲓⲕⲓⲛ enniromiⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ enetioouⲛ̀ⲉⲧⲓⲟⲟⲩ (etiou)(ⲉ̅) enavot.ⲛ̀ⲁ̀ⲃⲟⲧ.
9:10 They had tails like scorpions, and there were stings in their tails. Their power was to hurt men five months.
10 وَلَهَا أَذْنَابٌ شِبْهُ الْعَقَارِبِ، وَكَانَتْ فِي أَذْنَابِهَا حُمَاتٌ، وَسُلْطَانُهَا أَنْ تُؤْذِيَ النَّاسَ خَمْسَةَ أَشْهُرٍ.
9:119:11 EfkeeⲈϥⲭⲏ higoouϩⲓϫⲱⲟⲩ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ epouroⲡ̀ⲟⲩⲣⲟ piangelosⲡⲓⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ efnounⲫ̀ⲛⲟⲩⲛ feeⲫⲏ eteⲉ̀ⲧⲉ pefranⲡⲉϥⲣⲁⲛ emmetevreosⲙ̀ⲙⲉⲧⲉⲃⲣⲉⲟⲥ peⲡⲉ MagethonⲘⲁⲅⲉⲇⲱⲛ eshavowahmefⲉ̀ϣⲁⲩⲟⲩⲁϩⲙⲉϥ emmetoweininⲙ̀ⲙⲉⲧⲟⲩⲉⲓⲛⲓⲛ jeϫⲉ feeⲫⲏ ettako.ⲉⲧⲧⲁⲕⲟ.
9:11 And they had as king over them the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon, but in Greek he has the name Apollyon.
11 وَلَهَا مَلاَكُ الْهَاوِيَةِ مَلِكاً عَلَيْهَا اسْمُهُ بِالْعِبْرَانِيَّةِ «أَبَدُّونَ» وَلَهُ بِالْيُونَانِيَّةِ اسْمُ «أَبُولِّيُّونَ».
9:129:12 PihouitⲠⲓϩⲟⲩⲓⲧ enowoiⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲟⲓ afsiniⲁϥⲥⲓⲛⲓ isⲓⲥ heeppeϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ efneeouⲉϥⲛⲏⲟⲩ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ pimahesnavⲡⲓⲙⲁϩⲥ̀ⲛⲁⲩ (esnav)(ⲃ̅) enowoiⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲟⲓ menensaⲙⲉⲛⲉⲛⲥⲁ nai.ⲛⲁⲓ.
9:12 One woe is past. Behold, still two more woes are coming after these things.
12 الْوَيْلُ الْوَاحِدُ مَضَى هُوَذَا يَأْتِي وَيْلاَنِ أَيْضاً بَعْدَ هَذَا.
9:139:13 AⲀ pimahsoouⲡⲓⲙⲁϩⲥⲟⲟⲩ (soou)(ⲋ) enangelosⲛ̀ⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ afersalpizinⲁϥⲉⲣⲥⲁⲗⲡⲓⲍⲓⲛ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ aisotemⲁⲓⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ eou-esmeeⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲥ̀ⲙⲏ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ nitapⲛⲓⲧⲁⲡ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ pimaⲡⲓⲙⲁ enershooushiⲛ̀ⲉⲣϣⲱⲟⲩϣⲓ ennoubⲛ̀ⲛⲟⲩⲃ feeⲫⲏ etkeeⲉⲧⲭⲏ empe-emthoⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲙ̀ⲑⲟ empi-ethronosⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲑ̀ⲣⲟⲛⲟⲥ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ Efnoti:Ⲫ̀ϯ:
9:13 Then the sixth angel sounded: And I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,
13 ثُمَّ بَوَّقَ الْمَلاَكُ السَّادِسُ، فَسَمِعْتُ صَوْتاً وَاحِداً مِنْ أَرْبَعَةِ قُرُونِ مَذْبَحِ الذَّهَبِ الَّذِي أَمَامَ اللهِ،
9:149:14 EfgoⲈϥϫⲱ emmosⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ empimahsoouⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲙⲁϩⲥⲟⲟⲩ (soou)(ⲋ) enangelosⲛ̀ⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ feeⲫⲏ eteⲉ̀ⲧⲉ tisalpinksϯⲥⲁⲗⲡⲓⲅⲝ entotf:ⲛ̀ⲧⲟⲧϥ:
9:14 saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet,
14 قَائِلاً لِلْمَلاَكِ السَّادِسِ الَّذِي مَعَهُ الْبُوقُ:
jeϫⲉ velⲃⲉⲗ pi-eftoouⲡⲓϥ̀ⲧⲟⲟⲩ (eftou)(ⲇ̅) enangelosⲛ̀ⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ evol.ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ.
"Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates."
«فُكَّ الأَرْبَعَةَ الْمَلاَئِكَةَ الْمُقَيَّدِينَ عِنْدَ النَّهْرِ الْعَظِيمِ الْفُرَاتِ».
9:159:15 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ avvolouⲁⲩⲃⲟⲗⲟⲩ empi-eftoouⲙ̀ⲡⲓϥ̀ⲧⲟⲟⲩ (eftou)(ⲇ̅) enangelosⲛ̀ⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ neeⲛⲏ etavsonhouⲉⲧⲁⲩⲥⲟⲛϩⲟⲩ eounishtiⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ ni-aroⲛⲓⲁ̀ⲣⲟ EvefrateesⲈⲩⲫ̀ⲣⲁⲧⲏⲥ neeⲛⲏ etsevtotⲉⲧⲥⲉⲃⲧⲱⲧ etiounouⲉ̀ϯⲟⲩⲛⲟⲩ nemⲛⲉⲙ pi-ehoouⲡⲓⲉ̀ϩⲟⲟⲩ nemⲛⲉⲙ pi-avotⲡⲓⲁ̀ⲃⲟⲧ nemⲛⲉⲙ tirompiϯⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ hinaϩⲓⲛⲁ ensekhotebⲛ̀ⲥⲉϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ emefreshomtⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲉϣⲟⲙⲧ (shomt)(ⲅ̅) enniromi.ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ.
9:15 So the four angels, who had been prepared for the hour and day and month and year, were released to kill a third of mankind.
15 فَانْفَكَّ الأَرْبَعَةُ الْمَلاَئِكَةُ الْمُعَدُّونَ لِلسَّاعَةِ وَالْيَوْمِ وَالشَّهْرِ وَالسَّنَةِ، لِكَيْ يَقْتُلُوا ثُلْثَ النَّاسِ.
9:169:16 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ eteepiⲧ̀ⲏ̀ⲡⲓ empi-estatevmaⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲥ̀ⲧⲁⲧⲉⲩⲙⲁ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ pihippikonⲡⲓϩⲩⲡⲡⲓⲕⲟⲛ ethvaⲑ̀ⲃⲁ esnavⲥ̀ⲛⲁⲩ (esnav)(ⲃ̅) enhanethvaⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲑ̀ⲃⲁ neⲛⲉ aisotemⲁⲓⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ etoweepi.ⲉⲧⲟⲩⲏ̀ⲡⲓ.
9:16 Now the number of the army of the horsemen was two hundred million; I heard the number of them.
16 وَعَدَدُ جُيُوشِ الْفُرْسَانِ مِئَتَا مِلْيُونٍ. وَأَنَا سَمِعْتُ عَدَدَهُمْ.
9:179:17 EmpaireetiⲘ̀ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ ainavⲁⲓⲛⲁⲩ eni-ehthorⲉ̀ⲛⲓϩ̀ⲑⲟⲣ khenϧⲉⲛ tihorasisϯϩⲟⲣⲁⲥⲓⲥ nemⲛⲉⲙ neeⲛⲏ ethemsiⲉⲧϩⲉⲙⲥⲓ higoouϩⲓϫⲱⲟⲩ eowonⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲟⲛ hankhelivshϩⲁⲛϧⲉⲗⲓⲃϣ enekromⲛ̀ⲭ̀ⲣⲱⲙ toiⲧⲟⲓ hiotouϩⲓⲱⲧⲟⲩ nemⲛⲉⲙ ouhi-akinthinonⲟⲩϩⲩⲁ̀ⲕⲓⲛⲑⲓⲛⲟⲛ nemⲛⲉⲙ hantheenϩⲁⲛⲑⲏⲛ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ etafeⲧ̀ⲁ̀ⲫⲉ enni-ehthorⲛ̀ⲛⲓϩ̀ⲑⲱⲣ emefreetiⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ enetafeⲛ̀ⲧ̀ⲁ̀ⲫⲉ enhanmouiⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲙⲟⲩⲓ̀ evneeouⲉⲩⲛⲏⲟⲩ theⲇⲉ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ roouⲣⲱⲟⲩ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ ou-ekromⲟⲩⲭ̀ⲣⲱⲙ nemⲛⲉⲙ ou-ekhremtsⲟⲩⲭ̀ⲣⲉⲙⲧⲥ nemⲛⲉⲙ outheen.ⲟⲩⲑⲏⲛ.
9:17 And thus I saw the horses in the vision: those who sat on them had breastplates of fiery red, hyacinth blue, and sulfur yellow; and the heads of the horses were like the heads of lions; and out of their mouths came fire, smoke, and brimstone.
17 وَهَكَذَا رَأَيْتُ الْخَيْلَ فِي الرُّؤْيَا وَالْجَالِسِينَ عَلَيْهَا، لَهُمْ دُرُوعٌ نَارِيَّةٌ وَأَسْمَانْجُونِيَّةٌ وَكِبْرِيتِيَّةٌ، وَرُؤُوسُ الْخَيْلِ كَرُؤُوسِ الأُسُودِ، وَمِنْ أَفْوَاهِهَا يَخْرُجُ نَارٌ وَدُخَانٌ وَكِبْرِيتٌ.
9:189:18 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ paishomtⲡⲁⲓϣⲟⲙⲧ (shomt)(ⲅ̅) enerkhotⲛ̀ⲉⲣϧⲟⲧ avmouⲁⲩⲙⲟⲩ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ efreshomtⲫ̀ⲣⲉϣⲟⲙⲧ (shomt)(ⲅ̅) enniromiⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ pi-ekromⲡⲓⲭ̀ⲣⲱⲙ nemⲛⲉⲙ ti-ekhremtsϯⲭ̀ⲣⲉⲙⲧⲥ nemⲛⲉⲙ pitheenⲡⲓⲑⲏⲛ neeⲛⲏ ethneeouⲉⲑⲛⲏⲟⲩ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ roou.ⲣⲱⲟⲩ.
9:18 By these three plagues a third of mankind was killed--by the fire and the smoke and the brimstone which came out of their mouths.
18 مِنْ هَذِهِ الثَّلاَثَةِ قُتِلَ ثُلْثُ النَّاسِ مِنَ النَّارِ وَالدُّخَانِ وَالْكِبْرِيتِ الْخَارِجَةِ مِنْ أَفْوَاهِهَا،
9:199:19 EpershishiⲠ̀ⲉⲣϣⲓϣⲓ gharⲅⲁⲣ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ni-ehthorⲛⲓϩ̀ⲑⲱⲣ nafkeeⲛⲁϥⲭⲏ khenϧⲉⲛ roouⲣⲱⲟⲩ peⲡⲉ nemⲛⲉⲙ pouseetⲡⲟⲩⲥⲏⲧ pouseetⲡⲟⲩⲥⲏⲧ gharⲅⲁⲣ nafoniⲛⲁϥⲟⲛⲓ peⲡⲉ enhanehfoⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛϩ̀ϥⲱ eowonⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲟⲛ hanafeϩⲁⲛⲁ̀ⲫⲉ eroouⲉ̀ⲣⲱⲟⲩ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ enehreeⲛ̀ϩ̀ⲣⲏⲓ khenϧⲉⲛ faiⲫⲁⲓ naverathikinⲛⲁⲩⲉⲣⲁ̀ⲇⲓⲕⲓⲛ peⲡⲉ enniromiⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ enetioouⲛ̀ⲉⲧⲓⲟⲟⲩ (etiou)(ⲉ̅) enavot.ⲛ̀ⲁ̀ⲃⲟⲧ.
9:19 For their power is in their mouth and in their tails; for their tails are like serpents, having heads; and with them they do harm.
19 فَإِنَّ سُلْطَانَهَا هُوَ فِي أَفْوَاهِهَا وَفِي أَذْنَابِهَا، لأَنَّ أَذْنَابَهَا شِبْهُ الْحَيَّاتِ وَلَهَا رُؤُوسٌ وَبِهَا تَضُرُّ.
9:209:20 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ epsepiⲡ̀ⲥⲉⲡⲓ enniromiⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ empoumouⲙ̀ⲡⲟⲩⲙⲟⲩ khenϧⲉⲛ naierkhotⲛⲁⲓⲉⲣϧⲱⲧ outheⲟⲩⲇⲉ empowermetanoinⲙ̀ⲡⲟⲩⲉⲣⲙⲉⲧⲁⲛⲟⲓⲛ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ ni-ehveeouiⲛⲓϩ̀ⲃⲏⲟⲩⲓ̀ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ noujig:ⲛⲟⲩϫⲓϫ:
9:20 But the rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands,
20 وَأَمَّا بَقِيَّةُ النَّاسِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقْتَلُوا بِهَذِهِ الضَّرَبَاتِ فَلَمْ يَتُوبُوا عَنْ أَعْمَالِ أَيْدِيهِمْ،
hinaϩⲓⲛⲁ entou-eshtemowoshtⲛ̀ⲧⲟⲩϣ̀ⲧⲉⲙⲟⲩⲱϣⲧ ennikhⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲓϧ nemⲛⲉⲙ nitholonⲛⲓⲓ̀ⲇⲱⲗⲟⲛ ninoubⲛⲓⲛⲟⲩⲃ nemⲛⲉⲙ nihatⲛⲓϩⲁⲧ nemⲛⲉⲙ nihomtⲛⲓϩⲟⲙⲧ nemⲛⲉⲙ nisheⲛⲓϣⲉ nemⲛⲉⲙ ni-oniⲛⲓⲱ̀ⲛⲓ neeⲛⲏ eteⲉ̀ⲧⲉ emmonⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲛ eshgomϣ̀ϫⲟⲙ emmoouⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ enavⲉ̀ⲛⲁⲩ emvolⲙ̀ⲃⲟⲗ outheⲟⲩⲇⲉ esotemⲉ̀ⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ outheⲟⲩⲇⲉ emoshi.ⲉ̀ⲙⲟϣⲓ.
that they should not worship demons, and idols of gold, silver, brass, stone, and wood, which can neither see nor hear nor walk.
حَتَّى لاَ يَسْجُدُوا لِلشَّيَاطِينِ وَأَصْنَامِ الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ وَالنُّحَاسِ وَالْحَجَرِ وَالْخَشَبِ الَّتِي لاَ تَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ تُبْصِرَ وَلاَ تَسْمَعَ وَلاَ تَمْشِيَ،
9:219:21 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ empowermetanoinⲙ̀ⲡⲟⲩⲉⲣⲙⲉⲧⲁⲛⲟⲓⲛ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ noukhotebⲛⲟⲩϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ outheⲟⲩⲇⲉ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ noufakhriⲛⲟⲩⲫⲁϧⲣⲓ enhikⲛ̀ϩⲓⲕ outheⲟⲩⲇⲉ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ nouporniaⲛⲟⲩⲡⲟⲣⲛⲓⲁ nemⲛⲉⲙ nousofⲛⲟⲩⲥⲱϥ outheⲟⲩⲇⲉ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ nouchioui.ⲛⲟⲩϭⲓⲟⲩⲓ̀.
9:21 And they did not repent of their murders or their sorceries or their sexual immorality or their thefts.
21 وَلاَ تَابُوا عَنْ قَتْلِهِمْ وَلاَ عَنْ سِحْرِهِمْ وَلاَ عَنْ زِنَاهُمْ وَلاَ عَنْ سِرْقَتِهِمْ.
