5:15:1 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ ainavⲁⲓⲛⲁⲩ saouinamⲥⲁⲟⲩⲓ̀ⲛⲁⲙ emfeeⲙ̀ⲫⲏ ethemsiⲉⲧϩⲉⲙⲥⲓ hijenϩⲓϫⲉⲛ pi-ethronosⲡⲓⲑ̀ⲣⲟⲛⲟⲥ eougomⲉ̀ⲟⲩϫⲱⲙ efeskheeoutⲉϥⲥ̀ϧⲏⲟⲩⲧ sakhounⲥⲁϧⲟⲩⲛ nemⲛⲉⲙ savolⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ eftobⲉϥⲧⲟⲃ enshashfⲛ̀ϣⲁϣϥ (shashf)(ⲍ̅) entevs.ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲃⲥ.
5:1 And I saw in the right hand of Him who sat on the throne a scroll written inside and on the back, sealed with seven seals.
1 وَرَأَيْتُ عَلَى يَمِينِ الْجَالِسِ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ سِفْراً مَكْتُوباً مِنْ دَاخِلٍ وَمِنْ وَرَاءٍ، مَخْتُوماً بِسَبْعَةِ خُتُومٍ.
5:25:2 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ ainavⲁⲓⲛⲁⲩ eowangelosⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ efgorⲉϥϫⲟⲣ efhioishⲉϥϩⲓⲱⲓϣ khenϧⲉⲛ ounishtiⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ enesmee:ⲛ̀ⲥ̀ⲙⲏ:
5:2 Then I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice,
2 وَرَأَيْتُ مَلاَكاً قَوِيّاً يُنَادِي بِصَوْتٍ عَظِيمٍ:
jeϫⲉ nimⲛⲓⲙ etemepshaⲉⲧⲉⲙⲡ̀ϣⲁ eowonⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲱⲛ empaigomⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲓϫⲱⲙ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ entefowonⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲟⲩⲱⲛ enneftevs.ⲛ̀ⲛⲉϥⲧⲉⲃⲥ.
"Who is worthy to open the scroll and to loose its seals?"
«مَنْ هُوَ مُسْتَحِقٌّ أَنْ يَفْتَحَ السِّفْرَ وَيَفُكَّ خُتُومَهُ؟»
5:35:3 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ empeⲙ̀ⲡⲉ ehliϩ̀ⲗⲓ eshjemgomϣ̀ϫⲉⲙϫⲟⲙ khenϧⲉⲛ etfeⲧ̀ⲫⲉ outheⲟⲩⲇⲉ hijenϩⲓϫⲉⲛ epkahiⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ outheⲟⲩⲇⲉ sapeseetⲥⲁⲡⲉⲥⲏⲧ emepkahiⲙ̀ⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ e-aowonⲉ̀ⲁ̀ⲟⲩⲱⲛ empigomⲙ̀ⲡⲓϫⲱⲙ outheⲟⲩⲇⲉ enavⲉ̀ⲛⲁⲩ erof.ⲉ̀ⲣⲟϥ.
5:3 And no one in heaven or on the earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll, or to look at it.
3 فَلَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ أَحَدٌ فِي السَّمَاءِ وَلاَ عَلَى الأَرْضِ وَلاَ تَحْتَ الأَرْضِ أَنْ يَفْتَحَ السِّفْرَ وَلاَ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَيْهِ.
5:45:4 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ navrimiⲛⲁⲩⲣⲓⲙⲓ teerouⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ peⲡⲉ jeϫⲉ empeⲙ̀ⲡⲉ ehliϩ̀ⲗⲓ emepshaⲉⲙⲡ̀ϣⲁ eowonⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲱⲛ empigomⲙ̀ⲡⲓϫⲱⲙ outheⲟⲩⲇⲉ enavⲉ̀ⲛⲁⲩ erof.ⲉ̀ⲣⲟϥ.
5:4 So I wept much, because no one was found worthy to open and read the scroll, or to look at it.
4 فَصِرْتُ أَنَا أَبْكِي كَثِيراً، لأَنَّهُ لَمْ يُوجَدْ أَحَدٌ مُسْتَحِقّاً أَنْ يَفْتَحَ السِّفْرَ وَيَقْرَأَهُ وَلاَ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَيْهِ.
5:55:5 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ aⲁ o-waiⲟⲩⲁⲓ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ ni-epresviterosⲛⲓⲡ̀ⲣⲉⲥⲃⲩⲧⲉⲣⲟⲥ afiⲁϥⲓ̀ haroiϩⲁⲣⲟⲓ pegafⲡⲉϫⲁϥ nee:ⲛⲏⲓ:
5:5 But one of the elders said to me, "Do not weep.
5 فَقَالَ لِي وَاحِدٌ مِنَ الشُّيُوخِ: «لاَ تَبْكِ.
jeϫⲉ emperrimiⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲣⲣⲓⲙⲓ heeppeϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ afechroⲁϥϭ̀ⲣⲟ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ pimouiⲡⲓⲘⲟⲩⲓ̀ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ etfileeⲧ̀ⲫⲩⲗⲏ enyoudaⲛ̀Ⲓⲟⲩⲇⲁ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ ethnouniⲑ̀Ⲛⲟⲩⲛⲓ endavidⲛ̀Ⲇⲁⲩⲓⲇ e-aowonⲉ̀ⲁ̀ⲟⲩⲱⲛ empigomⲙ̀ⲡⲓϫⲱⲙ nemⲛⲉⲙ neftevs.ⲛⲉϥⲧⲉⲃⲥ.
Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll and to loose its seven seals."
هُوَذَا قَدْ غَلَبَ الأَسَدُ الَّذِي مِنْ سِبْطِ يَهُوذَا، أَصْلُ دَاوُدَ، لِيَفْتَحَ السِّفْرَ وَيَفُكَّ خُتُومَهُ السَّبْعَةَ».
5:65:6 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ ainavⲁⲓⲛⲁⲩ khenϧⲉⲛ ethmeetiⲑ̀ⲙⲏϯ empi-ethronosⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲑ̀ⲣⲟⲛⲟⲥ nemⲛⲉⲙ pi-eftoouⲡⲓϥ̀ⲧⲟⲟⲩ (eftou)(ⲇ̅) enzo-onⲛ̀ⲍⲱⲟⲛ nemⲛⲉⲙ khenϧⲉⲛ ethmeetiⲑ̀ⲙⲏϯ enni-epresviterosⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲡ̀ⲣⲉⲥⲃⲩⲧⲉⲣⲟⲥ eouhieebⲉ̀ⲟⲩϨⲓⲏⲃ efohiⲉϥⲟ̀ϩⲓ eratfⲉ̀ⲣⲁⲧϥ efkhelkholⲉϥϧⲉⲗϧⲱⲗ eowonⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲟⲛ shashfϣⲁϣϥ (shashf)(ⲍ̅) entapⲛ̀ⲧⲁⲡ erofⲉ̀ⲣⲟϥ evkeeⲉⲩⲭⲏ higofϩⲓϫⲱϥ nemⲛⲉⲙ shashfϣⲁϣϥ (shashf)(ⲍ̅) emvalⲙ̀ⲃⲁⲗ eteⲉ̀ⲧⲉ pishashfⲡⲓϣⲁϣϥ (shashf)(ⲍ̅) emepnevmaⲙ̀Ⲡ̀ⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ EfnotiⲪ̀ϯ neⲛⲉ neeⲛⲏ etavtaowoouⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲩⲧⲁⲟⲩⲱ̀ⲟⲩ e-ekhreeⲉ̀ϧ̀ⲣⲏⲓ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ pikahiⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ teerf.ⲧⲏⲣϥ.
5:6 And I looked, and behold, in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as though it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent out into all the earth.
6 وَرَأَيْتُ فَإِذَا فِي وَسَطِ الْعَرْشِ وَالْحَيَوَانَاتِ الأَرْبَعَةِ وَفِي وَسَطِ الشُّيُوخِ حَمَلٌ قَائِمٌ كَأَنَّهُ مَذْبُوحٌ، لَهُ سَبْعَةُ قُرُونٍ وَسَبْعُ أَعْيُنٍ، هِيَ سَبْعَةُ أَرْوَاحِ اللهِ الْمُرْسَلَةُ إِلَى كُلِّ الأَرْضِ.
5:75:7 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ afiⲁϥⲓ̀ afoliⲁϥⲱ̀ⲗⲓ empigomⲙ̀ⲡⲓϫⲱⲙ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ ethouinamⲑ̀ⲟⲩⲓ̀ⲛⲁⲙ emfeeⲙ̀ⲫⲏ ethemsiⲉⲧϩⲉⲙⲥⲓ hijenϩⲓϫⲉⲛ pi-ethronos.ⲡⲓⲑ̀ⲣⲟⲛⲟⲥ.
5:7 Then He came and took the scroll out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne.
7 فَأَتَى وَأَخَذَ السِّفْرَ مِنْ يَمِينِ الْجَالِسِ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ.
5:8 O-woh etafchi empigom a pi-eftoou (eftou) enzo-on nem pigout eftoou (gout eftou) emepresviteros avhitou epeseet empe-emtho empihieeb eowon oukithara enten piowai piowai emmoou nem hanfi-alee ennoub evmeh enestoinoufi ete ni-eprosevshee ente niagios.5:8 Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲧⲁϥϭⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓϫⲱⲙ ⲁ ⲡⲓϥ̀ⲧⲟⲟⲩ (ⲇ̅) ⲛ̀ⲍⲱⲟⲛ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲓϫⲟⲩⲧ ϥ̀ⲧⲟⲟⲩ (ⲕ̅ⲇ̅) ⲙ̀ⲡ̀ⲣⲉⲥⲃⲩⲧⲉⲣⲟⲥ ⲁⲩϩⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲡⲉⲥⲏⲧ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲙ̀ⲑⲟ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓϨⲓⲏⲃ ⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲟⲩⲕⲩⲑⲁⲣⲁ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲡⲓⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲉⲙ ϩⲁⲛⲫⲩⲁ̀ⲗⲏ ⲛ̀ⲛⲟⲩⲃ ⲉⲩⲙⲉϩ ⲛ̀ⲥ̀ⲑⲟⲓⲛⲟⲩϥⲓ ⲉ̀ⲧⲉ ⲛⲓⲡ̀ⲣⲟⲥⲉⲩⲭⲏ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲛⲓⲁⲅⲓⲟⲥ.
5:8 Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.
8 وَلَمَّا أَخَذَ السِّفْرَ خَرَّتِ الأَرْبَعَةُ الْحَيَوَانَاتُ وَالأَرْبَعَةُ وَالْعِشْرُونَ شَيْخاً أَمَامَ الْحَمَلِ، وَلَهُمْ كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ قِيثَارَاتٌ وَجَامَاتٌ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ مَمْلُوَّةٌ بَخُوراً هِيَ صَلَوَاتُ الْقِدِّيسِينَ.
5:95:9 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ navhosⲛⲁⲩϩⲱⲥ khenϧⲉⲛ ouhotheeⲟⲩϩⲱⲇⲏ emveriⲙ̀ⲃⲉⲣⲓ evgoⲉⲩϫⲱ emmos:ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ:
5:9 And they sang a new song, saying:
9 وَهُمْ يَتَرَنَّمُونَ تَرْنِيمَةً جَدِيدَةً قَائِلِينَ:
jeϫⲉ ekemepshaⲕ̀ⲉⲙⲡ̀ϣⲁ echiⲉ̀ϭⲓ empigomⲙ̀ⲡⲓϫⲱⲙ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ e-aowonⲉ̀ⲁ̀ⲟⲩⲱⲛ enneftevsⲛ̀ⲛⲉϥⲧⲉⲃⲥ jeϫⲉ avkhelkholkⲁⲩϧⲉⲗϧⲱⲗⲕ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ akshoptenⲁⲕϣⲟⲡⲧⲉⲛ emefnotiⲙ̀Ⲫ̀ϯ enehreeⲛ̀ϩ̀ⲣⲏⲓ khenϧⲉⲛ PekesnofⲠⲉⲕⲥ̀ⲛⲟϥ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ fileeⲫⲩⲗⲏ nivenⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ nemⲛⲉⲙ lasⲗⲁⲥ nivenⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ nemⲛⲉⲙ eshlolϣ̀ⲗⲟⲗ nivenⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ nemⲛⲉⲙ laosⲗⲁⲟⲥ niven:ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ:
"You are worthy to take the scroll, And to open its seals; For You were slain, And have redeemed us to God by Your blood Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,
«مُسْتَحِقٌّ أَنْتَ أَنْ تَأْخُذَ السِّفْرَ وَتَفْتَحَ خُتُومَهُ، لأَنَّكَ ذُبِحْتَ وَاشْتَرَيْتَنَا لِلَّهِ بِدَمِكَ مِنْ كُلِّ قَبِيلَةٍ وَلِسَانٍ وَشَعْبٍ وَأُمَّةٍ،
5:105:10 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ akthamioouⲁⲕⲑⲁⲙⲓⲱⲟⲩ empennotiⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲛⲚⲟⲩϯ enoumetouroⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲟⲩⲣⲟ nemⲛⲉⲙ hanoweebϩⲁⲛⲟⲩⲏⲃ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ eve-erouroⲉⲩⲉ̀ⲉⲣⲟⲩⲣⲟ hijenϩⲓϫⲉⲛ pikahi.ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ.
5:10 And have made us kings and priests to our God; And we shall reign on the earth."
10 وَجَعَلْتَنَا لِإِلَهِنَا مُلُوكاً وَكَهَنَةً، فَسَنَمْلِكُ عَلَى الأَرْضِ».
5:115:11 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ ainavⲁⲓⲛⲁⲩ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ aisotemⲁⲓⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ e-etesmeeⲉ̀ⲧ̀ⲥ̀ⲙⲏ enoumeeshⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲙⲏϣ enangelosⲛ̀ⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ emepkotiⲙ̀ⲡ̀ⲕⲱϯ empi-ethronosⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲑ̀ⲣⲟⲛⲟⲥ nemⲛⲉⲙ nizo-onⲛⲓⲍⲱⲟⲛ nemⲛⲉⲙ ni-epresviterosⲛⲓⲡ̀ⲣⲉⲥⲃⲩⲧⲉⲣⲟⲥ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ neⲛⲉ toweepiⲧⲟⲩⲏⲡⲓ neⲛⲉ hanethvaϩⲁⲛⲑ̀ⲃⲁ enhanethvaⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲑ̀ⲃⲁ neⲛⲉ nemⲛⲉⲙ hananshoϩⲁⲛⲁⲛϣⲟ enhanansho:ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲁⲛϣⲟ:
5:11 Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, the living creatures, and the elders; and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands,
11 وَنَظَرْتُ وَسَمِعْتُ صَوْتَ مَلاَئِكَةٍ كَثِيرِينَ حَوْلَ الْعَرْشِ وَالْحَيَوَانَاتِ وَالشُّيُوخِ، وَكَانَ عَدَدُهُمْ رَبَوَاتِ رَبَوَاتٍ وَأُلُوفَ أُلُوفٍ،
5:125:12 EvgoⲈⲩϫⲱ emmosⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ khenϧⲉⲛ ounishtiⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ enekhroou:ⲛ̀ϧ̀ⲣⲱⲟⲩ:
5:12 saying with a loud voice:
12 قَائِلِينَ بِصَوْتٍ عَظِيمٍ:
jeϫⲉ efemepshaϥ̀ⲉⲙⲡ̀ϣⲁ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ pihieebⲡⲓϨⲓⲏⲃ etkhelkholⲉⲧϧⲉⲗϧⲱⲗ echiⲉ̀ϭⲓ entigomⲛ̀ϯϫⲟⲙ nemⲛⲉⲙ timetouroϯⲙⲉⲧⲟⲩⲣⲟ nemⲛⲉⲙ tisofiaϯⲥⲟⲫⲓⲁ nemⲛⲉⲙ pitaioⲡⲓⲧⲁⲓⲟ nemⲛⲉⲙ pi-oouⲡⲓⲱ̀ⲟⲩ nemⲛⲉⲙ pi-esmou.ⲡⲓⲥ̀ⲙⲟⲩ.
"Worthy is the Lamb who was slain To receive power and riches and wisdom, And strength and honor and glory and blessing!"
«مُسْتَحِقٌّ هُوَ الْحَمَلُ الْمَذْبُوحُ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ الْقُدْرَةَ وَالْغِنَى وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَالْقُوَّةَ وَالْكَرَامَةَ وَالْمَجْدَ وَالْبَرَكَةَ».
5:135:13 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ sontⲥⲱⲛⲧ nivenⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ etkhenⲉⲧϧⲉⲛ etfeⲧ̀ⲫⲉ nemⲛⲉⲙ hijenϩⲓϫⲉⲛ epkahiⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ nemⲛⲉⲙ neeⲛⲏ etshopⲉⲧϣⲟⲡ khenϧⲉⲛ efiomⲫ̀ⲓⲟⲙ nemⲛⲉⲙ neeⲛⲏ teerouⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ eteⲉ̀ⲧⲉ enekhreeⲛ̀ϧ̀ⲣⲏⲓ enkheetouⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧⲟⲩ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ aisotemⲁⲓⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ eroouⲉ̀ⲣⲱⲟⲩ evgoⲉⲩϫⲱ emmosⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ emfeeⲙ̀ⲫⲏ ethemsiⲉⲧϩⲉⲙⲥⲓ hijenϩⲓϫⲉⲛ pi-ethronos:ⲡⲓⲑ̀ⲣⲟⲛⲟⲥ:
5:13 And every creature which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, I heard saying:
13 وَكُلُّ خَلِيقَةٍ مِمَّا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَعَلَى الأَرْضِ وَتَحْتَ الأَرْضِ، وَمَا عَلَى الْبَحْرِ، كُلُّ مَا فِيهَا، سَمِعْتُهَا قَائِلَةً:
jeϫⲉ pi-esmouⲡⲓⲥ̀ⲙⲟⲩ fokⲫⲱⲕ peⲡⲉ nemⲛⲉⲙ pi-oouⲡⲓⲱ̀ⲟⲩ nemⲛⲉⲙ pitaioⲡⲓⲧⲁⲓⲟ nemⲛⲉⲙ pi-amahiⲡⲓⲁ̀ⲙⲁϩⲓ shaϣⲁ enehⲉ̀ⲛⲉϩ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ni-eneh.ⲛⲓⲉ̀ⲛⲉϩ.
"Blessing and honor and glory and power Be to Him who sits on the throne, And to the Lamb, forever and ever!"
«لِلْجَالِسِ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ وَلِلْحَمَلِ الْبَرَكَةُ وَالْكَرَامَةُ وَالْمَجْدُ وَالسُّلْطَانُ إِلَى أَبَدِ الآبِدِينَ».
5:145:14 O-wohⲞⲩⲟϩ pi-eftoouⲡⲓϥ̀ⲧⲟⲟⲩ (eftou)(ⲇ̅) enzo-onⲛ̀ⲍⲱⲟⲛ evgoⲉⲩϫⲱ emmos:ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ:
5:14 Then the four living creatures said,
14 وَكَانَتِ الْحَيَوَانَاتُ الأَرْبَعَةُ تَقُولُ:
jeϫⲉ ameen:ⲁ̀ⲙⲏⲛ:
"Amen!"
«آمِينَ».
o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ ni-epresviterosⲛⲓⲡ̀ⲣⲉⲥⲃⲩⲧⲉⲣⲟⲥ avhitouⲁⲩϩⲓⲧⲟⲩ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ pouhoⲡⲟⲩϩⲟ avowosht.ⲁⲩⲟⲩⲱϣⲧ.
And the twenty-four elders fell down and worshiped Him who lives forever and ever.
وَالشُّيُوخُ الأَرْبَعَةُ وَالْعِشْرُونَ خَرُّوا وَسَجَدُوا لِلْحَيِّ إِلَى أَبَدِ الآبِدِينَ.
