AmeenⲀ̀ⲙⲏⲛ ameenⲁ̀ⲙⲏⲛ tigoϯϫⲱ emmosⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ notenⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ jeϫⲉ eshopⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡ areshanⲁⲣⲉϣⲁⲛ o-waiⲟⲩⲁⲓ arehⲁ̀ⲣⲉϩ epasajiⲉ̀ⲡⲁⲥⲁϫⲓ ennefnavⲛ̀ⲛⲉϥⲛⲁⲩ e-efmouⲉ̀ⲫ̀ⲙⲟⲩ sha-eneh:ϣⲁⲉ̀ⲛⲉϩ:
Most assuredly, I say to you, if anyone keeps My word he shall never see death." Then the Jews said to Him, "Now we know that You have a demon!
اَلْحَقَّ الْحَقَّ أَقُولُ لَكُمْ: إِنْ كَانَ أَحَدٌ يَحْفَظُ كلاَمِي فَلَنْ يَرَى الْمَوْتَ إِلَى الأَبَدِ».
PejeⲠⲉϫⲉ nioudaiⲛⲓⲓⲟⲩⲇⲁⲓ nafⲛⲁϥ jeϫⲉ tinouϯⲛⲟⲩ anemiⲁⲛⲉ̀ⲙⲓ jeϫⲉ o-onⲟⲩⲟⲛ outhemonⲟⲩⲇⲉⲙⲱⲛ nemak:ⲛⲉⲙⲁⲕ:
Abraham is dead, and the prophets;
فَقَالَ لَهُ الْيَهُودُ: «الآنَ عَلِمْنَا أَنَّ بِكَ شَيْطَاناً.
Abra-amⲀⲃⲣⲁⲁⲙ afmouⲁϥⲙⲟⲩ nemⲛⲉⲙ nike-eprofeeteesⲛⲓⲕⲉⲡ̀ⲣⲟⲫⲏⲧⲏⲥ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ enthokⲛ̀ⲑⲟⲕ ekgo-emmosⲕ̀ϫⲱⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ jeϫⲉ fee-ethna-arehⲫⲏⲉⲑⲛⲁⲁ̀ⲣⲉϩ epasajiⲉ̀ⲡⲁⲥⲁϫⲓ ennefjemtipiⲛ̀ⲛⲉϥϫⲉⲙϯⲡⲓ emefmouⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲙⲟⲩ sha-eneh:ϣⲁⲉ̀ⲛⲉϩ:
and You say, 'If anyone keeps My word he shall never taste death.' Are You greater than our father Abraham, who is dead?
قَدْ مَاتَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ وَالأَنْبِيَاءُ وَأَنْتَ تَقُولُ: «إِنْ كَانَ أَحَدٌ يَحْفَظُ كلاَمِي فَلَنْ يَذُوقَ الْمَوْتَ إِلَى الأَبَدِ».
MeeⲘⲏ enthokⲛ̀ⲑⲟⲕ ounishtiⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ enthokⲛ̀ⲑⲟⲕ epeniotⲉ̀ⲡⲉⲛⲓⲱⲧ Abra-amⲀⲃⲣⲁⲁⲙ fee-etafmouⲫⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲁϥⲙⲟⲩ nemⲛⲉⲙ nike-eprofeeteesⲛⲓⲕⲉⲡ̀ⲣⲟⲫⲏⲧⲏⲥ avmouⲁⲩⲙⲟⲩ kiriⲕⲓⲣⲓ emmokⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲕ ennim.ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲙ.
And the prophets are dead.
أَلَعَلَّكَ أَعْظَمُ مِنْ أَبِينَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ الَّذِي مَاتَ.
AferowoⲀϥⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲩⲱ̀ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ IeesousⲒⲏ̅ⲥ̅ efgoⲉϥϫⲱ emmosⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ jeϫⲉ eshopⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡ anokⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲕ aishanⲁⲓϣⲁⲛ ti-oouϯⲱ̀ⲟⲩ neeⲛⲏⲓ emmavatⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲩⲁⲧ paoouⲡⲁⲱⲟⲩ hliϩⲗⲓ anⲁⲛ pe:ⲡⲉ:
Whom do You make Yourself out to be?" Jesus answered, "If I honor Myself, My honor is nothing.
وَالأَنْبِيَاءُ مَاتُوا. مَنْ تَجْعَلُ نَفْسَكَ؟» أَجَابَ يَسُوعُ: «إِنْ كُنْتُ أُمَجِّدُ نَفْسِي فَلَيْسَ مَجْدِي شَيْئاً.
efshopenjeϥ̀ϣⲟⲡⲛ̀ϫⲉ paiotⲡⲁⲓⲱⲧ ethnati-oouⲉⲑⲛⲁϯⲱ̀ⲟⲩ nee:ⲛⲏⲓ:
It is My Father who honors Me, of whom you say that He is your God.
أَبِي هُوَ الَّذِي يُمَجِّدُنِي الَّذِي تَقُولُونَ أَنْتُمْ إِنَّهُ إِلَهُكُمْ وَلَسْتُمْ تَعْرِفُونَهُ.
fee-enthotenⲫⲏⲛ̀ⲑⲱⲧⲉⲛ etetenⲉ̀ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛ goϫⲱ emmosⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ jepetennotiϫⲉⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲟⲩϯ pe:ⲡⲉ:
Yet you have not known Him, but I know Him.
وَأَمَّا أَنَا فَأَعْرِفُهُ.
o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ empetensowonfⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲥⲟⲩⲱⲛϥ anokⲁⲛⲟⲕ theⲇⲉ tisoounϯⲥⲱⲟⲩⲛ emmofⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ eshopⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡ theⲇⲉ aishangosⲁⲓϣⲁⲛϫⲟⲥ jeϫⲉ tisoounϯⲥⲱⲟⲩⲛ emmofⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ anⲁⲛ ei-eshopiⲉⲓⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ eioniⲉⲓⲟⲛⲓ emmotenⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲧⲉⲛ ensamethnougⲛ̀ⲥⲁⲙⲉⲑⲛⲟⲩϫ allaⲁⲗⲗⲁ tisoounϯⲥⲱⲟⲩⲛ emmofⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ pefsajiⲡⲉϥⲥⲁϫⲓ ti-arehϯⲁ̀ⲣⲉϩ erof:ⲉⲣⲟϥ:
And if I say, 'I do not know Him,' I shall be a liar like you;
وَإِنْ قُلْتُ إِنِّي لَسْتُ أَعْرِفُهُ أَكُونُ مِثْلَكُمْ كَاذِباً لَكِنِّي أَعْرِفُهُ وَأَحْفَظُ قَوْلَهُ. أَبُوكُمْ إِبْرَاهِيمُ تَهَلَّلَ بِأَنْ يَرَى يَوْمِي فَرَأَى وَفَرِحَ».
Abra-amⲀⲃⲣⲁⲁⲙ peteniotⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲓⲱⲧ naftheleelⲛⲁϥⲑⲉⲗⲏⲗ peⲡⲉ efowoshⲉϥⲟⲩⲱϣ enavⲉⲛⲁⲩ eowehoouⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲉ̀ϩⲟⲟⲩ enteeⲛ̀ⲧⲏⲓ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ afnavⲁϥⲛⲁⲩ afrashi.ⲁϥⲣⲁϣⲓ.
but I do know Him and keep His word.
فَقَالَ لَهُ الْيَهُودُ: «لَيْسَ لَكَ خَمْسُونَ سَنَةً بَعْدُ أَفَرَأَيْتَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ؟» قَالَ لَهُمْ يَسُوعُ:
PejeⲠⲉϫⲉ nioudaiⲛⲓⲓⲟⲩⲇⲁⲓ ounⲟⲩⲛ nafⲛⲁϥ jeϫⲉ empatekerⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲧⲉⲕⲉⲣ teviⲧⲉⲃⲓ enrompiⲛ̀ⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ aknavⲁⲕⲛⲁⲩ eabra-am.ⲉ̀Ⲁⲃⲣⲁⲁⲙ.
Your father Abraham rejoiced to see My day, and he saw it and was glad." Then the Jews said to Him,
«الْحَقَّ الْحَقَّ أَقُولُ لَكُمْ:
PejeⲠⲉϫⲉ IeesousⲒⲏ̅ⲥ̅ noouⲛⲱⲟⲩ jeϫⲉ ameenⲁ̀ⲙⲏⲛ ameenⲁ̀ⲙⲏⲛ tigoϯϫⲱ emmosⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ notenⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ jeϫⲉ empateⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲧⲉ Abra-amⲀⲃⲣⲁⲁⲙ shopiϣⲱⲡⲓ anokⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲕ pe:ⲡⲉ:
"You are not yet fifty years old, and have You seen Abraham?" Jesus said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to you,
قَبْلَ أَنْ يَكُونَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ أَنَا كَائِنٌ».
AveloniⲀⲩⲉⲗⲱ̀ⲛⲓ ounⲟⲩⲛ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ nioudaiⲛⲓⲓⲟⲩⲇⲁⲓ hinaϩⲓⲛⲁ ensehiouiⲛ̀ⲥⲉϩⲓⲟⲩⲓ̀ egof:ⲉ̀ϫⲱϥ:
before Abraham was, I AM." Then they took up stones to throw at Him;
فَرَفَعُوا حِجَارَةً لِيَرْجُمُوهُ.
IeesousⲒⲏ̅ⲥ̅ theⲇⲉ afkhopfⲁϥⲭⲟⲡϥ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ afiⲁϥⲓ̀ evolⲉⲃⲟⲗ khenϧⲉⲛ pierfeiⲡⲓⲉⲣⲫⲉⲓ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ afsiniⲁϥⲥⲓⲛⲓ nafmoshiⲛⲁϥⲙⲟϣⲓ peⲡⲉ khenϧⲉⲛ toumeetiⲧⲟⲩⲙⲏϯ o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ nafsini-oouⲛⲁϥⲥⲓⲛⲓⲱ̀ⲟⲩ empaireeti.ⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ.
but Jesus hid Himself and went out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by.
أَمَّا يَسُوعُ فَاخْتَفَى وَخَرَجَ مِنَ الْهَيْكَلِ مُجْتَازاً فِي وَسْطِهِمْ وَمَضَى هَكَذَا.
O-oshtⲞⲩⲱϣⲧ empievangelionⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲉⲩⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲓⲟⲛ ethowab.ⲉⲑ̅ⲩ̅.
Bow down before the Holy Gospel.
