The only-begotten God,
الإله الوحيد،
afiⲁϥⲓ̀ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ piordanees:ⲡⲓⲒⲟⲣⲇⲁⲛⲏⲥ:
came to the Jordan,
جاء إلى الأردن،
tihikonϯϩⲓⲕⲱⲛ etastako:ⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲥⲧⲁⲕⲟ:
and the portrait that was destroyed,
والصورة التى فسدت،
o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ asmouⲁⲥⲙⲟⲩ khenϧⲉⲛ pinovi.ⲡⲓⲛⲟⲃⲓ.
and ruined by sin.
وماتت بالخطية.
AfaisⲀϥⲁ̀ⲓⲥ emveriⲙ̀ⲃⲉⲣⲓ enkesop:ⲛ̀ⲕⲉⲥⲟⲡ:
He restored it once again,
جددها مرة أخرى،
hitenϩⲓⲧⲉⲛ pi-omsⲡⲓⲱ̀ⲙⲥ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ pimo-ou:ⲡⲓⲙⲱⲟ̀ⲩ:
by the baptism of water,
بعماد الماء،
o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ aflosⲁϥⲗⲱⲥ enetafeⲛ̀ⲧ̀ⲁ̀ⲫⲉ empi-ethrakon:ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲇ̀ⲣⲁⲕⲟⲛ:
He demolish the head of the dragon,
ورض رأس التنين،
hijenϩⲓϫⲉⲛ nimo-ouⲛⲓⲙⲱⲟ̀ⲩ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ piordanees.ⲡⲓⲒⲟⲣⲇⲁⲛⲏⲥ.
upon the water of the Jordan.
على مياه الأردن.

You have seen the Holy Spirit,
نظرت الروح القدس،

coming down from heaven,
الذي نزل من السماء،
aisotemⲁⲓⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ etesmeeⲉ̀ⲧⲥ̀ⲙⲏ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ Efiot:Ⲫ̀ⲓⲱⲧ:
and you have heard the voice of the Father,
وسمعت صوت الآب،
esoshⲉⲥⲟ̀ϣ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ esgoⲉⲥϫⲱ emmos.ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ.
proclaiming and saying.
يصرخ قائلاً:
JeϪⲉ faiⲫⲁⲓ peⲡⲉ PasheeriⲠⲁϢⲏⲣⲓ pamenrit:ⲡⲁⲙⲉⲛⲣⲓⲧ:
"This is My beloved Son,
هذا هو إبني حبيبي
etaⲉ̀ⲧⲁ ta-epsisheeⲧⲁⲯ̀ⲩⲭⲏ timatiϯⲙⲁϯ enkheetf:ⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧϥ:
with whom My soul is well pleased,
الذي سُرّت به نفسي
aferpa-owoshⲁϥⲉ̀ⲣⲡⲁⲟ̀ⲩⲱ̀ϣ sotemⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ensof:ⲛ̀ⲥⲱϥ:
He does My will hear Him,
وصنع مشيئتي له إسمعوا
jeϫⲉ enthofⲛ̀ⲑⲟϥ peⲡⲉ pireftankho.ⲡⲓⲢⲉϥⲧⲁⲛϧⲟ.
for He is the life-Giver."
لأنه هو المحيي.
Eesa-eeasⲎ̀ⲥⲁⲏ̀ⲁⲥ pi-eprofeetees:ⲡⲓⲡ̀ⲣⲟⲫⲏⲧⲏⲥ:
Isaiah the prophet,
أشعياء النبى،
afgoⲁϥϫⲱ emeptaioⲙ̀ⲡ̀ⲧⲁⲓⲟ empi-eprothromos:ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲡ̀ⲣⲟⲇⲣⲟⲙⲟⲥ:
spoke of the honor of the forerunner,
نطق بكرامة السابق،
piparthenosⲡⲓⲡⲁⲣⲑⲉⲛⲟⲥ ethowabⲉ̅ⲑ̅ⲩ̅ Yo-annees:Ⲓⲱⲁ̀ⲛⲛⲏⲥ:
Saint John the celibate,
البتول الطاهر يوحنا،
pisingeneesⲡⲓⲥⲩⲅⲅⲉⲛⲏⲥ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ Pi-ekhristos.Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅.
the relative of Christ.
نسيب المسيح.

Blessed are You O Christ our Master,
مبارك أنت يا سيدنا المسيح،

the only-begotten Son,
الإبن الوحيد،

and was baptized in the Jordan.
وأعتمد فى الأردن.
TheleelⲐⲉⲗⲏⲗ emefreetiⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ enhanhieeb:ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛϩⲓⲏⲃ:
Rejoice like the lambs,
تهلل مثل حملان،
oⲱ̀ piordaneesⲡⲓⲒⲟⲣⲇⲁⲛⲏⲥ nemⲛⲉⲙ pefethrimos:ⲡⲉϥⲇ̀ⲣⲓⲙⲟⲥ:
O Jordon and it's shores,
أيها الأردن وبريته،
afiⲁϥⲓ̀ sharokϣⲁⲣⲟⲕ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ pihieeb:ⲡⲓϨⲓⲏⲃ:
for unto you came the Lamb,
فقد أتى إليك الحمل،
fee-etoliⲫⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲱ̀ⲗⲓ emefnoviⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲛⲟⲃⲓ empikosmos.ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲕⲟⲥⲙⲟⲥ.
who carries the sin of the world.
حامل خطيه العالم.

This is the Lamb of God,
هذا هو حمل الله،
fee-etoliⲫⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲱ̀ⲗⲓ emefnoviⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲛⲟⲃⲓ empikosmos:ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲕⲟⲥⲙⲟⲥ:
who carried the sin of the world,
حامل خطية العالم،
fee-etafiniⲫⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲁϥⲓ̀ⲛⲓ enoutapⲛ̀ⲟ̀ⲩⲧⲁⲡ ensoti:ⲛ̀ⲥⲱϯ:
who brought a horn of salvation,
الذي جاء بقرن خلاص،
ethrefnohemⲉⲑⲣⲉϥⲛⲟϩⲉⲙ empeflaos.ⲙ̀ⲡⲉϥⲗⲁⲟⲥ.
in order to save His people.
ليخلص شعبه.
AmoiniⲀ̀ⲙⲱⲓⲛⲓ nilaosⲛⲓⲗⲁⲟⲥ teerou:ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ:
Come all you peoples,
تعالوا يا جميع الشعوب،
ni-ouro-ouⲛⲓⲟ̀ⲩⲣⲱⲟ̀ⲩ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ epkahi:ⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ:
and kings of the earth,
وملوك الأرض،
nimetmatoiⲛⲓⲙⲉⲧⲙⲁⲧⲟⲓ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ nifeeoui:ⲛⲓⲫⲏⲟⲩⲓ̀:
and all the heavenly hosts,
والجنود السمائية،
enhosⲉⲛϩⲱⲥ erofⲉ̀ⲣⲟϥ khenϧⲉⲛ oumetathmounk.ⲟ̀ⲩⲙⲉⲧⲁ̀ⲑⲙⲟⲩⲛⲕ.
to praise Him unceasingly.
لنسبحه بغير فتور.
EnoshⲈⲛⲱ̀ϣ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ engoⲉⲛϫⲱ emmos:ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ:
Proclaiming and saying,
صارخين قائلين،
jeϫⲉ agiosⲁ̀ⲅⲓⲟⲥ agios:ⲁ̀ⲅⲓⲟⲥ:
"Holy holy,
قدوس قدوس،
agiosⲁ̀ⲅⲓⲟⲥ Kirios:Ⲕⲩⲣⲓⲟⲥ:
holy O Lord,
قدوس الرب،
faiⲫⲁⲓ peⲡⲉ PasheeriⲠⲁϢⲏⲣⲓ pamenrit.ⲡⲁⲙⲉⲛⲣⲓⲧ.
this My beloved Son."
هذا هو إبنى حبيبى.
KhenϦⲉⲛ naiⲛⲁⲓ tenrashiⲧⲉⲛⲣⲁϣⲓ tenerpsalin:ⲧⲉⲛⲉ̀ⲣⲯⲁⲗⲓⲛ:
Wherefore we rejoice and sing,
بهذا نفرح ونرتل،
nemⲛⲉⲙ ni-angelosⲛⲓⲁ̀ⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ ethowab:ⲉ̅ⲑ̅ⲩ̅:
with the holy angels,
مع الملائكة الأطهار،
khenϧⲉⲛ outheleelⲟ̀ⲩⲑⲉⲗⲏⲗ engoⲉⲛϫⲱ emmos:ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ:
with joy saying,
بتهليل قائلين،
jeϫⲉ o-o-ouⲟ̀ⲩⲱ̀ⲟ̀ⲩ khenϧⲉⲛ nee-etchosiⲛⲏⲉ̀ⲧϭⲟⲥⲓ emefnoti.ⲙ̀Ⲫϯ.
"Glory to God in the highest."
المجد لله فى الأعالى.
NemⲚⲉⲙ ouhireeneeⲟ̀ⲩϩⲓⲣⲏⲛⲏ hijenϩⲓϫⲉⲛ pikahi:ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ:
And peace on earth,
وعلى الأرض السلام،
nemⲛⲉⲙ outimatiⲟ̀ⲩϯⲙⲁϯ khenϧⲉⲛ niromi:ⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ:
and good will towards men,
وفى الناس المسرة،
jeϫⲉ aftimatiⲁϥϯⲙⲁϯ gharⲅⲁⲣ enkheeti:ⲛ̀ϧⲏϯ:
for He was please by You,
لأنه سر بك،

who is worthy of glory forever.
الذى له المجد إلى الأبد.
