Then Moses and the children of Israel sang this song to the Lord and spoke saying,
حينئذ سبح موسى وبنو إسرائيل بهذه التسبحة للرب وقالوا،
jeϫⲉ marenhosⲙⲁⲣⲉⲛϩⲱⲥ e-epshoisⲉ̀Ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ jeϫⲉ khenϧⲉⲛ o-oouⲟⲩⲱ̀ⲟⲩ gharⲅⲁⲣ afchi-oou.ⲁϥϭⲓⲱ̀ⲟⲩ.
"I will sing to the Lord for He has triumphed gloriously."
"فلنسبح للرب لأنه بالمجد قد تمجد."

The Lord is my strength and song,
مُعيني وساتري،
afshopiⲁϥϣⲱⲡⲓ neeⲛⲏⲓ enousoteeria.ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲥⲱⲧⲏⲣⲓⲁ.
and He has become my salvation.
صار لي خلاصاً.
FaiⲪⲁⲓ peⲡⲉ PanotiⲠⲁⲛⲟⲩϯ tinati-oouϯⲛⲁϯⲱ̀ⲟⲩ naf:ⲛⲁϥ:
He is my God and I will glorify Him,
هذا هو إلهي فأمجده،
EfnotiⲪ̀ⲛⲟⲩϯ empaiotⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲓⲱⲧ tinachasf.ϯⲛⲁϭⲁⲥϥ.
my father´s God and I will exalt Him.
إله أبي فأرفعه.

+ غطاهم الماء،

إنغمسوا إلى العمق مثل الحجر.

Your right hand O Lord has become glorious in power.
يمينك يا رب تمجدت بالقوة.

يدك اليمنى يا إلهي أهلكت أعداءك.

+ And in the greatness of Your excellence,
+ بكثرة مجدك،

You have overthrown those who rose up against You,
سحقت الذين يقاوموننا،

You sent forth Your wrath,
أرسلت غضبك،

فأكلهم مثل الهشيم.

وإرتفعت الماء مثل السور،

and the depths were congealed in the heart of the sea.
وجمدت الأمواج في وسط البحر.

قال العدو،

وأقسم الغنائم،

my lust shall be satisfied upon them,
وأشبع نفسي،
entakhotebⲛ̀ⲧⲁϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ khenϧⲉⲛ taseefiⲧⲁⲥⲏϥⲓ enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ tajigⲧⲁϫⲓϫ ershois.ⲉⲣϭⲟⲓⲥ.
I will draw my sword and my hand shall destroy them."
وأقتل بسيفي ويدي تتسلط."
AkoworpⲀⲕⲟⲩⲱⲣⲡ empekepnevma:ⲙ̀Ⲡⲉⲕⲡ̀ⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁ:
You blew with Your wind,
أرسلت روحك،
afhovsouⲁϥϩⲟⲃⲥⲟⲩ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ efiom:ⲫ̀ⲓⲟⲙ:
the sea covered them,
فغطاهم البحر،

وغطسوا إلى أسفل كالرصاص في مياه كثيرة.

يا رب من يشبهك،

glorified in His saints,
مُمجداً في قديسيك،

amazing in glory,
متعجباً منك بالمجد،
ekiriⲉⲕⲓ̀ⲣⲓ enhaneshfeeri.ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛϣ̀ⲫⲏⲣⲓ.
performing wonders.
صانعاً عجائب.
AksoutenⲀⲕⲥⲟⲩⲧⲉⲛ tekouinamⲧⲉⲕⲟⲩⲓ̀ⲛⲁⲙ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ afomkouⲁϥⲟⲙⲕⲟⲩ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ epkahi.ⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ.

مددت يمينك فإبتلعتهم الأرض.

هديت شعبك بالحقيقة، هذا الذي إخترته،

You have guided them in Your strength,
وقويته بتعزيتك،

to Your holy habitation.
إلى موضع راحة قدسك.

والمخاض أخذ سكان فلسطين.

+ You will bring them in and plant them in the mountain of Your inheritance,
+ أدخلهم وأغرسهم على جبل ميراثك،

in the place O Lord,
وفي مسكنك المُعَد،
faiⲫⲁⲓ etakerhobⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲕⲉⲣϩⲱⲃ erofⲉ̀ⲣⲟϥ Epshois.Ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ.
which You have made for You to dwell in.
هذا الذي صنعته يا رب.

In Your sanctuary O Lord which Your hands have established,
موضعك المقدس يا رب الذي أعددته يداك،

أما بنو إسرائيل فكانوا يمشون على اليابسة في وسط البحر.

the sister of Aaron,
أخت هرون،
empikemkemⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲕⲉⲙⲕⲉⲙ khenϧⲉⲛ nesjig:ⲛⲉⲥϫⲓϫ:
took a timbrel in her hand,
الدُف بيديها،
o-wohⲟⲩⲟϩ aviⲁⲩⲓ̀ evolⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ samenheesⲥⲁⲙⲉⲛϩⲏⲥ enjeⲛ̀ϫⲉ nihiomiⲛⲓϩⲓⲟⲙⲓ teerouⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ khenϧⲉⲛ hankemkemϩⲁⲛⲕⲉⲙⲕⲉⲙ nemⲛⲉⲙ hanhos.ϩⲁⲛϩⲱⲥ.
and all the women went out after her with timbrels and with praises.
وخرج في إثرها جميع النسوة بالدُفوف والتسابيح.

وبدأت مريم في مقدمتهنَّ تقول،

"Sing to the Lord,
"فلنسبح الرب،

طرحهما في البحر.
