Hi, I am Roma Catholic and wanting to convert to Coptic Orthodoxy but I am worried about a certain thing

I am unmarried, but have two children with my partner of 9 years (oldest being 4)

My RC Priest did not have a problem with this when it came to Baptising my children, but would this stop me from converting to Coptic

    I think the first thing the priests will talk to you about is getting married to your partner of 9 years. I don't know if they can baptize you if you're not married. the children, however, maybe can be baptized without a marriage......I would talk to a Coptic priest about your wishes and see what he recommends you do
