Hi,
I just want to be sure- but what exactly does this mean? Ousanna ?
Hosanna in the highest? Where exactly is hosanna now?

The exact meaning of hosanna is uncertain, but it is usually translated as "save now" or "save now Lord"; in any case something to do with salvation.
So "Hosanna in the highest" would mean something along the lines of "Salvation in the highest".
